  * No parties or noise will be allowed inside the apartment, or in common areas. Guests may be subject to pay a fine or will be removed from the property. * No more than 4 Adults and 2 children at the apartment. * This is a no smoking apartment. * Swimming pool: Children under 12 must be supervised. No rubbish to be left at after using the pool area. Guests that use the swimming pool are expected to wear appropriate swimming attire. * A damage deposit of R 1 000,00 will be charged before arrival and refunded 14 days after checking out. Guests will be liable for any damage or fines exceeding the damage deposit. Any damage to the property must be reported within the first 6 hours after checking in. * Exit cleaning & linen is charged at R300. Guests that book for 7 days or more is offered a complementary clean and linen change during their stay. * Daily service cleaning can be booked with the agent prior to arrival at a fee of R 250,00 per basic clean.
