  * No parties or noise will be allowed inside the apartment, or in common areas. Guests may be subject to pay a fine or will be removed from the property. * This is a no smoking apartment. * Swimming pool: Children under 12 must be supervised. No rubbish to be left at after using the pool area. Guests that use the swimming pool are expected to wear appropriate swimming attire. * Any damage to the property must be reported within the first 6 hours after checking in. * Exit cleaning & linen is charged at R300. Guests that book for 7 days or more is offered a complementary clean and linen change during their stay. * Daily service cleaning can be booked with the agent prior to arrival at a fee of R 250,00 per basic clean.
