You will be seduced by this 70 m² apartment, located a few steps from Place du Capitole, in a beautiful Hausmanian building, on the 4th floor with views of an inner courtyard. All rooms overlook the inner courtyard, no noise day or night.This apartment consists of:
- a bright living room with a living area, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area,
- one spacious bedroom with double bed, large storage closet, workspace and private bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. A nice collection of comics in the library.
- a stairway leads up mezzanine with double sofa bed and built-in closet, fan.
Colorful and modern decorations highlights each object and painting that tells its own story . Do you feel right at home.

What a fun apartment. This space was in a great location. Very close to Victor Hugo Marche and on a street full of shops! A quick 8 minute walk will get you to the Capitole. We stayed at this place for 8 days and it will forever be a positive memory for me and my friend. Being from America, the old courtyard and building is like nothing we see over here. It was such a cool building. Although the building is very old, the apartment space is completely updated and very comfortable. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked if you want to cook, and the bathroom was great. Because this apartment is away from the main street, it’s very quiet at night. The space felt safe and secure. Just a reminder, there are 4 flights of stairs to get up to your apartment. A nice daily workout. By day 8 we were climbing those stairs no problem. It’s just moving bulky luggage which can be difficult. Rebecca was a great communicator and very helpful. Thank you.

Excellent stay in this clean accommodation, very well equipped, decorated and functional. Very quiet nights very appreciated and unexpected given the central position of the apartment. Welcoming and responsive host. In short, a perfect family stay in the heart of Toulouse!

The apartment is excellent and the location is perfect for seeing all of Toulouse. The proximity to the Victor Hugo market is a plus, particularly for those who want to see genuine local Toulouse. We stayed there for 6 weeks and found the apartment to be ideal. It is very well equipped and we felt at home. Rebecca and Brigitte were very responsive to any requests we made. We would recommend this apartment to anybody who wants to visit Toulouse and the surrounding area, as the apartment is a 10 min walk from the train station.
