The space

You will love this 70 m² flat, located just a short walk from Place du Capitole, in a beautiful Haussmann-style building, on the 4th floor with a view of an internal courtyard, accessed via the stairs.
All the rooms overlook the inner courtyard, so there is no noise during the day or at night.

This apartment consists of:

- a bright living room with a lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area,
- A spacious bedroom with a double bed, a large storage cupboard, a work area, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, a bath and a shower. A wonderful collection of comics in the library.
- A staircase leads to the mezzanine, which features a double sofa bed, a built-in wardrobe and a fan.

The colourful, modern décor showcases each object and painting, each of which tells its own story. Feel right at home.

Excellent location right in the city centre, with the shopping street right on your doorstep!However, it's on a high floor without a lift, so if you have heavy luggage, it's best not to choose this room.

Very well located apartment, near the Victor Hugo market, very quiet, bright. Excellent bedding, well-equipped kitchen. We quickly forget the 4 floors. Recommended address!

Charming accommodation in the centre of Toulouse, very well located, with 2 beds. The apartment and the buildings are very quiet. Rebecca welcomed us warmly, and was accommodating. On the other hand, I regret a lack of maintenance on several defective bulbs, broken tiles in the bathroom, and the start of water infiltration from the shower in the bedroom. The beds are worn out and uncomfortable. I was also surprised by the untimely switching on of the corridor light during the slightest movement in the duplex room. Despite this, the price remains correct for the location.
