Very available, welcoming and responsive host. Well appointed apartment with beautiful terrace. The pool is really a plus and fortunately it is part of the services because there is no air conditioning and it is very difficult to cool the apartment. The lack of air conditioning is the only negative point, but it can be important because it can get really hot!!!

Nice, spacious apartment that is equipped with all comforts in a quiet neighborhood (except during the road works in front of the door) within walking distance of the train station and (a little further away) the center of Toulouse. Even without air conditioning, the house stays relatively cool in the heat, and the pool is wonderful for some extra cooling. Rébecca was super understanding and flexible regarding our late arrival due to train delays, and responded quickly to questions during our stay. It was a good base with all the necessary facilities for young top sports talents on training internship in Toulouse.

Since parties are not allowed in this listing, we rely on you to respect the place, as well as the neighborhood. We ask that you take care of this property as you would in yours. - These lodgings are Non Smoking. - Cleaning is included but we ask you to return the accommodation to us as you found it. - The costs caused by damage to the amenities of the accommodation provided at your disposal will be at your expense. - All these rules also apply in the common areas, please avoid noise pollution, do not leave your personal belongings and keep the space as it was on arrival. - Check-in and check-out: In order to accommodate you in the best possible way, we ask that you confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance .
