The stay was very pleasant, Rebeca was very attentive, the location is very good, close to downtown and quiet to rest well. Parking for the car is a plus. I highly recommend it.

Apartment was clean and comfortable with a balcony/terrace that got the afternoon/evening sun. Overall, no frills but good value for the price. The area is residential and not that interesting in itself, but an easy walk into the centre of Toulouse and also very near the river, where there's a nice riverside path to walk along. The host was very responsive and helpful and replied to my questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is quiet and in a quiet environment. The bedding was comfortable, including the one on the clic-clac. The services were quite suitable: induction hobs, microwave oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, TV, Wifi... The balcony offers a friendly terrace area as long as the sun is part. The apartment is bright and decorated with taste. The presence of a few books and magazines is appreciated for evening readings or quiet times. The most undeniable is the presence of private underground parking for safe parking facilities. At the end of the street, immediate access to the tram allows you to fully enjoy Toulouse. Five minutes walk away, you can access the Cours Dillon and the meadow of Filtres with its playgrounds on the banks of the Garonne, very nice for oxygenating and entertaining the children. We had a very nice 14 days, almost at home. The owner is responsive and very pleasant.
