Ad compliant. Pretty and comfortable to live in. The tram at the end of the street is very convenient . Appreciated parking space. good communication. Small downsides: piping noises in the building at night.

We stayed at 4 for a week, everything went well. The accommodation is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center because it is a little out of the way. Small downside, there is no door insulating the living area where the sofa bed was located... which would have made it possible to isolate the couple who slept there a little. The bathroom space is very nice and the apartment had all the amenities we could have needed and parking was really a plus. Looking forward to staying at your place again.
