Rebecca’s flat is perfect for a stay in Toulouse. The location is walkable to the city centre, riverside attractions and other areas with parks, markets and great cafes and restaurants. It’s comfortable and well-equipped and Rebecca is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay at the Richelieu. The apartment is well located. It is located close to the city centre and the train station, so there is no need for a car. Everything can be done on foot. Communication with Rebecca was always easy, and the instructions are very clear. I recommend this flat if you're visiting Toulouse.

Great, spacious apartment with modern kitchen walking distance to the best activities in the city center. In the warmer seasons having a flat with a view to the street where you see a big leafy tree from the terrace (instead of cars and highways) makes for a serene feel on a busy road. As others mention, the parking is tight, but with a fiat or twingo it will fit, or a small car that sticks out a bit from the spot but doesn’t impede on the spot perpendicular (you’ll know what I mean when you try it, so don’t give up :)) Rebecca is very responsive and helpful, and accommodated an adjusted checkout when I had an emergency flight cancellation. I recommend it!

Overall, our stay was good, especially because of its excellent location. The city centre is easily reachable on foot. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos and is very well-equipped. We were travelling with a baby, and we found it particularly convenient that there was a cot, a highchair and a bath – details that we really appreciated. The kitchen also has everything you need. In terms of areas for improvement, we found the beds and pillows to be very uncomfortable, especially as it was a stay of several days. The kitchen stools weren't very comfortable either, and they were quite wobbly. We also appreciated the fact that there was parking. You can park a compact SUV, but manoeuvring is difficult due to the presence of a pillar. During our stay, there were works going on next to the building which, on weekdays, started around 7:00 a.m. and woke us up. We understand that this is a temporary situation and unrelated to the property.

A very pleasant apartment where we stayed twice, for about ten days each time. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the shops, and offers a lovely view of the canal. It also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rébecca is a warm host, available and very responsive. We had a great time and would love to come back. A wonderful experience in Toulouse!

Rebecca gave us an excellent welcome. Clear instructions and availability. Fully equipped accommodation. Highly practical kitchen worktop for a family with teenagers. Suitable for families, with 5 or 6 sleeping places. Bright apartment that gets plenty of sunlight in the afternoons. We had a very enjoyable stay there. Location not too far from the very centre (15-minute walk) We recommend.

We had a great weekend at Rebecca's. I thank her very much for her honesty, she did indeed indicate the presence of works before validating our rental and her kindness during our exchanges. This work did not bother us (rental from Friday evening to Tuesday morning) The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Toulouse on foot. We easily found a place to park our car on the street. A city crossroads is accessible within a 5-minute walk. Everything was perfect for us!

Spacious, clean and well equipped, the apartment is very nice and well heated. The car park (Twingo size) communicates directly with the building. The noise around is the only negative point: the boulevards on the living room side are quite noisy despite the double glazing. And the single-glazed rooms face the railway line. In addition, on this side, major construction work began several weeks ago and will last many months in my opinion. The workers' machines arrive at 7 am, and the noisy work begins at 8 am. It is therefore better to be an early riser or to stay at the weekend. Communication with the apartment manager was very quick, which is nice.

Impeccable apartment, well-equipped, very spacious and well located (15-20 min walk to Place du Capitole) The check-in instructions are clear and cordial. A downside is the parking space, which is small, but there is easy paid parking in front of the building. I definitely recommend this apartment to guests.

The apartment is well located, close to Place du Capitole (15 minutes' walk), and the journey to get there is pleasant. The accommodation was clean, the sheets smelled like laundry (important in my opinion to sleep well). The sofa in the living room, convertible into a bed, is comfortable and very practical. The kitchen is well equipped. Self check-in with the lockbox is very well signposted. The parking space is narrow for an SUV but we always found a space at the foot of the building. The hosts are discreet, which meets our expectations.

Overall we had a good stay at Rébecca’s apartment. It is located right next to the Canal, and short walk away from the centre. Apartment is recently renovated and very clean. If you wish to use the parking of the apartment, make sure that your car is super narrow :)

Thank you Rebecca for this beautiful apartment. The rental of the property just behind Saint Aubin is absolutely perfect for easily visiting the centre of Toulouse. The freshness of the Canal du Midi, which the balcony overlooks, is a real plus, especially in hot weather! The apartment is very well laid out and equipped, perfect for a stay with family or friends! only one tiny downside, the parking space for which it is indeed desirable to have only a city car as the space is tight and does not allow easy maneuverability when the space behind is occupied.

Very clean apartment, good location and very well-equipped. Despite everything, the street is quite noisy and the balcony overlooks this street. In addition, the soundproofing is poor, we can hear the neighbours. The bathroom and kitchen were very good but the bedding, whether the mattresses or the sofa bed, were not up to the price paid. Air conditioning or a fan would be welcome.

I rented this apartment for my parents who were visiting Toulouse. It was a great choice: close to the centre but in a quiet area along the Canal du Midi. Super well equipped and very clean. I have a demanding mum when it comes to cleanliness. This is the first Airbnb where she is delighted, no comments to make. Impeccable hosts and at your service. If you need an Airbnb in Toulouse, I highly recommend it.

Rebecca responded very quickly to our requests and was very helpful. The apartment is clean and the living area is spacious and bright. The property is about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and there are many good restaurants close by, as well as good bakeries for breakfast. If you are quite noise sensitive, as we are with a one-year-old baby, we found the walls of the property quite thin, which allowed noise to travel through the apartment easily, and we could clearly hear noise from the other apartments around us. But, in terms of catering for a baby, the apartment is well equipped and Rebecca was great at making sure we had all we needed. Overall, I would recommend a stay here.

Our stay at Rebecca's was fantastic. We were staying with a baby under 6 months old. The apartment is perfectly equipped for a child. It is spacious, well laid out and close to the city centre and the Saint-Aubin neighbourhood, and also a 10-minute walk from the TGV train station. Possibility of parking for a city car (a little bigger even, I managed to park my Renault Captur without problem). Ease of access to check-in (self check-in), the guidelines are clear and accurate. We had a great time with 5 with our children (adults).

Very nice accommodation near the city center. Everything is well thought out and everything you need is on site for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom is nice, so is the kitchen. The host is very responsive. The only downside I could put on is that the apartment was not nice because there must have before us guests with toddlers and I think everything was not spotted after their visit.. Nevertheless it was a pleasure to spend 4 nights there

We spent four days as a family at this accommodation and it was simply perfect. The house is just as advertised. Clean, beautiful and practical. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The living room is pleasant and the bedrooms are practical. It's a 20-minute walk to the Capitole, but it's also easy to get there by car. Having a garage is a real luxury. We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay, the apartment is lovely (beautiful bathroom), accurately decorated and with pleasant volumes. The location is very good (restaurants, convenience store, etc. nearby) with views of the canal and trees. Maybe slightly noisy on the balcony side with a fairly busy road but the double glazing does its job well. Much quieter room side. The private parking at the foot of the building is a real asset, especially in Toulouse. Very responsive concierge is specific in her responses. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely family stay in this apartment. Although we didn’t cook, there is a very well equipped kitchen. The location was very good - an easy walk from the train station along the canal. It was also a pleasant walk into the centre too. Netflix on the tv was an unexpected bonus. The road is noisy - but we are in a city, fortunately the double glazing is very good.
