We had a great time. The accommodation is in a great location, we can reach the centre in a few minutes' walk and it is close to the train station. The accommodation is lovely. This is a great place! Rebecca gave us all the information we needed for a smooth arrival.

Impeccable apartment, well-equipped, very spacious and well located (15-20 min walk to Place du Capitole) The check-in instructions are clear and cordial. A downside is the parking space, which is small, but there is easy paid parking in front of the building. I definitely recommend this apartment to guests.

This is the second time I have taken this apartment for my parents and they are delighted. I think it's become their apartment while they're visiting us in Toulouse. The location is ideal: central yet in a peaceful location. The apartment is great and very well-equipped. Rebecca and Gérard are always friendly and available. The apartment is well located, close to Place du Capitole (15 minutes' walk), and the journey to get there is pleasant. The accommodation was clean, the sheets smelled like laundry (important in my opinion to sleep well). The sofa in the living room, convertible into a bed, is comfortable and very practical. The kitchen is well equipped. Self check-in with the lockbox is very well signposted. The parking space is narrow for an SUV but we always found a space at the foot of the building. The hosts are discreet, which meets our expectations.

Overall we had a good stay at Rébecca’s apartment. It is located right next to the Canal, and short walk away from the centre. Apartment is recently renovated and very clean. If you wish to use the parking of the apartment, make sure that your car is super narrow :)

Thank you Rebecca for this beautiful apartment. The rental of the property just behind Saint Aubin is absolutely perfect for easily visiting the centre of Toulouse. The freshness of the Canal du Midi, which the balcony overlooks, is a real plus, especially in hot weather! The apartment is very well laid out and equipped, perfect for a stay with family or friends! only one tiny downside, the parking space for which it is indeed desirable to have only a city car as the space is tight and does not allow easy maneuverability when the space behind is occupied.

Very clean apartment, good location and very well-equipped. Despite everything, the street is quite noisy and the balcony overlooks this street. In addition, the soundproofing is poor, we can hear the neighbours. The bathroom and kitchen were very good but the bedding, whether the mattresses or the sofa bed, were not up to the price paid. Air conditioning or a fan would be welcome.

I rented this apartment for my parents who were visiting Toulouse. It was a great choice: close to the centre but in a quiet area along the Canal du Midi. Super well equipped and very clean. I have a demanding mum when it comes to cleanliness. This is the first Airbnb where she is delighted, no comments to make. Impeccable hosts and at your service. If you need an Airbnb in Toulouse, I highly recommend it.

Accommodation allowing you to do everything on foot: close to the train station and the city center. The apartment is very luminous and pleasant. There are multiple convenience stores around. The bedrooms overlook the back and are therefore quiet.

Rebecca responded very quickly to our requests and was very helpful. The apartment is clean and the living area is spacious and bright. The property is about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and there are many good restaurants close by, as well as good bakeries for breakfast. If you are quite noise sensitive, as we are with a one-year-old baby, we found the walls of the property quite thin, which allowed noise to travel through the apartment easily, and we could clearly hear noise from the other apartments around us. But, in terms of catering for a baby, the apartment is well equipped and Rebecca was great at making sure we had all we needed. Overall, I would recommend a stay here.

Our stay at Rebecca's was great. We were with a baby under 6 months the apartment is perfectly equipped for a child. it is spacious well arranged and close to the city center and the Saint Aubin district and also a 10min walk from the TGV station. Throughout the stay Rebecca was very responsive and was flexible and understandable I highly recommend her!

Apartment in a very good location in a quiet building. Close to Toulouse city center (15 minute walk). Very clean apartment. Possibility of parking for a city car (a little bigger even, I managed to park my Renault Captur without problem). Ease of access to check-in (self check-in), the guidelines are clear and accurate. We had a great time with 5 with our children (adults).

Very nice accommodation near the city center. Everything is well thought out and everything you need is on site for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom is nice, so is the kitchen. The host is very responsive. The only downside I could put on is that the apartment was not nice because there must have before us guests with toddlers and I think everything was not spotted after their visit.. Nevertheless it was a pleasure to spend 4 nights there

Good location, located across the bridge from Saint Aubin. Short walk to the busier part of town. Parking was super easy and large enough for our mid size car. Place had what we wanted and is close to small grocery stores for the everyday essentials. I’d recommend staying there

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The location was good, very close to the Saint Aubin market and the city center in general. The place was quiet. The parking space was very convenient. Communication with Rebecca was very good and clear in terms of instructions. Cleaning could be a bit improved. The space was clean overall but a few details should be reviewed.

We spent 4 days with our family at this place and it was just perfect. The house is as advertised. Clean, beautiful and practical. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The living room is nice and the bedrooms are practical. It is a 20-minute walk away on foot to the Capitole, but it's easy to get there by car. Having a garage is a real luxury. We would definitely come back

We had a great stay, the apartment is lovely (beautiful bathroom), accurately decorated and with pleasant volumes. The location is very good (restaurants, convenience store, etc. nearby) with views of the canal and trees. Maybe slightly noisy on the balcony side with a fairly busy road but the double glazing does its job well. Much quieter room side. The private parking at the foot of the building is a real asset, especially in Toulouse. Very responsive concierge is specific in her responses. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely family stay in this apartment. Although we didn’t cook, there is a very well equipped kitchen. The location was very good - an easy walk from the train station along the canal. It was also a pleasant walk into the centre too. Netflix on the tv was an unexpected bonus. The road is noisy - but we are in a city, fortunately the double glazing is very good.
