Since parties are not allowed in this home, we look to you to respect the premises as well as the neighborhood. We ask that you take care of this property as you would your own. - This accommodation is non-smoking. - Cleaning is included, but we ask that you return the accommodation to us as you found it. - You will be responsible for the costs incurred by damage to the equipment of the accommodation made available to you. - All these rules also apply in common areas, please avoid noise, do not leave your personal belongings there and keep the space as it was on arrival. Check-in and checkout: In order to accommodate you in the best conditions, we ask that you confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours in advance. Property Manager Terms
