Since parties are not allowed in this listing, we rely on you to respect the place, as well as the neighborhood. We ask that you take care of this property as you would in yours. - These lodgings are Non Smoking. - Cleaning is included but we ask you to return the accommodation to us as you found it. - The costs caused by damage to the amenities of the accommodation provided at your disposal will be at your expense. - All these rules also apply in the common areas, please avoid noise disturbances,do not leave your personal belongings there and keep the space as it was upon arrival. Arrival and departure: In order to welcome you in the best conditions, we ask you to confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance . For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
