Great stay, ideal location to explore the city. Very responsive host, we had a problem with wifi due to a problem on the line so no internet and TV of the stay but Rebecca came to bring us a 4G box. Also, the shower does not have a large hot water tank and the water pressure is not very high.

My partner and I stayed at the property for 10 days. It is in a very quiet location in a rear building in a beautiful courtyard. We enjoyed the silence at night. One evening, someone in the neighbourhood was practising the piano – it was heavenly beautiful, and we felt like we were at a little private concert. The mattress is somewhat uncomfortable for couples with a significant difference in weight, as the lighter person lies slightly higher. The pillows are quite large and hard (if you're sensitive to that, you should bring your own pillow). The landlords of the property were very easy to reach and responded to messages very quickly. One night, due to heavy rain in the kitchen area, there was a spot in the ceiling of the room from which water was dripping. This problem was dealt with directly the next day and fixed. The location is unbeatable: Carmes is my absolute favourite neighbourhood, and from there you can get everywhere perfectly on foot/by métro/etc.

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
