Great stay, ideal location to explore the city. Very responsive host, we had a problem with wifi due to a problem on the line so no internet and TV of the stay but Rebecca came to bring us a 4G box. Also, the shower does not have a large hot water tank and the water pressure is not very high.

My partner and I stayed at the place for 10 days. This is very quietly located in a back house in a beautiful courtyard. We enjoyed the nightly silence. One evening, someone rehearsed the piano in the neighborhood - it was heavenly beautiful and we felt like a little private concert. The mattress is a little uncomfortable for couples with a larger weight difference, as you are a little higher as a lighter person. The pillows are quite large and hard (those who are sensitive should bring their own pillow). The landlords of the property were very responsive and very quick to respond to messages. There was a spot in the ceiling in the ceiling one night due to heavy rain in the kitchen area. This issue was taken care of directly the following day and it was resolved. The location is unbeatable: Carmes is my absolute favorite city district and from there you can reach everything perfectly on foot/ by metro/ etc.
