If you're looking for a luxury place to stay in Toulouse, "La Villa Marengo" is a great option. It is located in an area close to the center and offers high-end amenities such as a pool surrounded by greenery. The space

We recently renovated our entire family home, and we have every confidence in you to respect it.

The ground floor includes a spacious entrance with a storage closet, a fully furnished kitchen with a convection oven, pyrolysis, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, American-style fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. In addition, there is a well-equipped dining room with a ceramic table and dishes, a TV lounge with board games, a living room that overlooks the pool and a bar.

The garden offers various facilities such as a terrace with umbrella, a pool with beach linens and a shaded dining area under a century-old charcoal, and a plancha for your grills

The first floor of the house is air-conditioned and includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, as well as a private toilet. In addition, a small dressing room is located between the bedroom and the bathroom.
Another bedroom on the same floor has a queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, a desk and a TV. The landing is equipped with toilets.

The second floor is also air-conditioned and includes a double bedroom (90x200), a large desk and a TV. Another upstairs bedroom has a 160x200 bed, a desk and a TV. There is one bathroom to share, with an Italian shower and toilets.

Very nice house, well maintained and equipped with high-end equipment. The bedding is very comfortable, which makes the stay particularly relaxing. Rebecca welcomed us with a lot of smiles and responsiveness, which greatly facilitated our settling in. The location is ideal: local shops, including an excellent butcher shop, and quick access to the Réformés metro. A quality address, recommended

Amazing place, beautiful decor and spacious for a big group. Great direction on where to find every item in the house. Host was nice and the place was very clean. Only problem is we looked for a place that specifically had air conditioning and this place advertised that it did, but when we arrived it didn’t work.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic- 6 min walk to a nearby small supermarket, bakery and metro station. It’s really easy to walk (about 30 mins) or take the metro into the centre. The house is beautiful and the garden is so lovely to relax in- both are even better in real life than the pictures. Rebecca was super responsive- she kindly waited up late when our plane was delayed on the way out. She was in contact and happy to respond quickly and professionally to any questions or issues. Overall, we have a wonderful time and loved staying in the house

Perfect house for max 8 people. Beautiful house in good condition with plenty of space. Private garden with all amenities for relaxation, BBQ and swimming. There is shade in the garden, so the pool does not get super hot. Parking for 2 cars in a locked garage 50 meters from the home.

Beautiful house, very spacious and comfortable. The hosts have gone to a lot of trouble to make it easy for people staying, with clear instructions, everything in the house at your disposal etc. It’s also in a great location near the train station and just a short walk to the centre. Loved it.

Please respect the walls, furniture and decorative objects. Despite our great esteem for our animal friends, we do not want them in the house. The fireplace remains dormant for the summer. We leave at your disposal some board games, DVDs and books; we would be very happy to find them, and in good condition. The house is "non-smoking" Please respect the rules of neighborhood life and, from 10 p.m., do not make too much noise outside (music, laughter and splashing in the pool) In case of rain, please put the garden cushions in the box provided to protect them During the summer period, burglars are at their happiest….. Never leave windows open to the street, even when going to the neighboring butcher and especially if you stay on the garden side. Please close doors, windows and shutters when you go out for the day
