Erin was an awesome host ! Let us check in early and within a moments notice. House was big enough for the 7 of us. Plenty of space & activities. 20 min from all attractions . Will use this house again in the future

House wasn't the cleanest. It's not a vacation when you have to sweep the floors when you arrive. The theater room had cockroaches. Was told to keep the door shut to that room and was going have pest control check it out. Next day stated finding baby ones in master bath. Nobody ever showed up to take care of issue. Also had issues with the pool water being slimy and that was as excuse of the rain maybe throwing the PH off. Well first of all it didn't even rain. Was going send pool guy to check this out but never did. So, after being there 3 days and dealing with that I asked for a partial refund which I was denied. I suggested an amount to cover cleaning and still give owner a small profit. After several messages of her trying to negotiate my refund, I settled for around half back of what I spent for a 7 day stay just to get out of that house. Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful home in good location. It needs be a little, cleaner and better fallow up on issues.

Erin was veey punctual with her responses. She was friendly and made sure we had more than enough details before we got to the house. She sent the info where we could order groceries to be delivered before we arrived. The only thing was hard for us was we're used to being closer to areas with walmarts and such. House was very clean. We enjoyed ourselves!

The Villa was perfect. It was a dream staying here with 10 people. The weather we had the week of our vacation was less than ideal( lots of severe thunderstorms) But all the wonderful amenities made it so we still had an incredible vacation. The theater room was awesome for a rainy afternoon or the gaming set up’s. And the private hot tub and pool were perfect to be able to sneak in some pool time between storms. Would definitely stay here again.

Erin’s villa felt like home as soon as we stepped in. We were a party of 9 with 4 children under 10, for 2 weeks doing the parks and local adventures… It was exactly what we needed! It is not the most “modern” or stylised compared to other villas in the area on AirBnb, but everything worked, everything was clean, there was no clutter, and Erin was always just a message away and responded so quickly. Highly recommend this rental!

Great stay my kids enjoyed our time and lots of room for everyone to spread out! Host was very accommodating and responsive! Location is nice overall! You can never go wrong with this area

Erin was amazing, she was so kind and helpful and was willing to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled!! The home was beautiful everyone loved it!!The pool and spa were great as well and warmed up perfectly for our chilly stay!

Everything about this stay was great. Erin was extremely responsive and proactive with all communications. The house is exactly as described and pictured. Great security in neighborhood. The oasis club amenities are also well appointed. Highly recommend this host and property!!! We will definitely book again!!!!

The place was great and seriously, no matter the time I needed help she was there great host and hot a problem with the hot tub she had it fixed and the pool re cleaned right away my family loved loved there spring break would definitely recommend!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The pool deck is great for family to hang out. If you get restless, there is also the neighborhood pool and waterpark. We didn't use it because there was a line out the door to check in and no line at the private pool in our backyard! The kitchen has plenty of space and the beds are quite comfortable; a step up from many other homes where they have clearly bought the most spartan/basic beds possible. Many of the features in the home are deluxe.
