Kiah is perfect for a couple, two couples or family of four or more. The bbq equipped verandah overlooks a pond, outdoor seating, fire-pit and outdoor shower.

The space
Perfect for a romantic break away for two, two couples, a couple of friends or a family of four or five. Easy access towards the back of the property, surrounded by space, you will have privacy and tranquility, and possibly a few visiting native birds.Pre-order your firewood by contact us. $50 will provide you with enough wood to keep you cosy and warm.
We are pet friendly. Please let us know if and how many pets you are planning to bring (max2).
Fur family stay for $40 per pet per stay. Include you fur fam when booking or payment details will be provided prior to your arrival. We don’t allow you to leave your pet unattended at the cottage. Pets left alone can be fretful, noisy & destructive. Please don't allow them to chase the resident wildlife.
If you wish to go hiking in National Parks or dine out without your pet, book your pet into Ulladulla Pet Motel or search Madpaws for doggy daycare. Contact numbers can be easily found by doing a search or visiting FB pages.
A short drive to many gorgeous beaches, national and marine parks. Kiah cottage allows you to spread out and relax, park your boat or jet ski, while relaxing away from high density living. A guest laundry is available in our barn area...ask us to show you where, if you need it.
Feel free to explore our property. Pure delicious tank water supplies your cottage and we go to great lengths to keep our water clean. We use no chemicals on, in or around our cottages, and clean with homemade organic products. Also check out our Corroboree, Cooee or Billabong Cottages.

Feel free to explore the property. You will likely spot our shy resident Wallabies, so if you have a dog please be mindful, and don't allow your dog to chase them. The grounds around your cottage are for your private use. The verandah is gated and has an relaxing daybed and dining, as well as dining near the firepit.Other things to note
All of our local beaches are pet friendly (not national park beaches) and all are unpatrolled, so care needs to be taken in the water. Pets are welcome. There is an additional charge of $40 per pet (max 2). Learn to identify rips (signs are at all the beaches to help you with this). Bawley Beach has a fun gantry (platform) to jump off into the ocean and there are two boat ramps, one at Bawley Beach and one in Kioloa. Firewood can be pre-ordered and purchased from us for $50 and will be delivered to the woodbox at the cottage. There will be enough to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Be sure to read the instructions in the compendium to get the best our of your wood fire.Bawley Point has a small group of shops which have most supplies that you will need during your stay. If you are arriving after 6pm, shop before you arrive. Local restaurant Merry Street, Bawley Beach Cafe, the takeaway at Bawley shops or a newly renovated Kioloa Beach Store and Saltwoods, are all worth a visit if you dont feel like cooking. Lucis Cafe and Flo's coffee van are also fabulous. There is a petrol station just up the road on the highway and Ulladulla to the north, and Batemans Bay to the south are larger centres for shopping. A visit to Milton further north, or Mogo village to the south is a highlight. You will find a local map in the cottage to help you to explore our beautiful Bawley Coast.

Our stay at Mimosa Eco resort exceeded expectations; the accommodation had everything and more that was needed, lovely surroundings, very responsive hosts, quiet, peaceful and a great place to relax. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels , lovely glassware. well done.

This beautiful, picturesque cottage was the perfect place to end our family holiday. Linda and Len have a beautiful property with lots to explore. The beaches are close, the small towns surrounding were only a short drive and we had plenty of room for the kids to roam. The property had everything we needed and more! If you’re after a tranquil, private getaway with your family or a couple of friends then this is the place for you. I will definitely be booking again. Thanks again Linda and Len!

Words cannot describe how lovely the cottage is with the feeling of privacy surrounded by tall trees, a fire pit and outdoor shower. The beds were super comfortable! We loved the veranda and the games were a true favorite of our family. The attention to detail is to be commended. We spent amazing quality time as a family and would love to return in the future. It was food for our souls and exactly what we needed - best getaway and great memories made!
