Sleeping arrangements
Three double bedrooms sleep up to six guests. The master bedroom is the standout - spacious and private, with a 200 x 200 cm bed and direct access to a glass gallery that leads onto a terrace. The two additional double bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping space for the rest of the group, each with room-darkening shades and clothing storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, espresso machine, and all the cooking basics you'd expect. Dishes, silverware, pots, and pans are all provided, so whether you're putting together a quick breakfast before heading to La Pedrera or settling in for a proper dinner, the kitchen is ready.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the apartment. The ensuite off the master bedroom includes both a bathtub and a separate shower. The second bathroom features a shower. Both are stocked with bathroom essentials - shampoo, body soap, shower gel, and hot water - and a hair dryer and bidet are also available.

Very efficient place to stay at. After visiting Barcelona a few times, I would suggest first timers to try to stay in the Gothic Quarter or right next to it, on the edge of el Born or el Raval, but close to the Gothic Quarter. Since we had done that before, this apartment was nice in that it gave us a more neighborhood feel while still being close enough to most sites. Very comfortable place. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The host management company is very efficient and nice to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

**IMPORTANT: THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING IN WHICH FAMILIES RESIDE, SO TO RESPECT SILENCE FROM 9PM. 1. No smoking in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. If necessary you can do it on the balcony or outside the apartment, enjoying the local life. - 2. Please respect our neighbors. Control the noise level on the stairs, as well as in the apartment, at all times. It is totally forbidden to make excessive noise from 21h to 9h and the fiestas, in the apartment. Breaking this rule will take you to be kicked out of the apartment anytime day or night, with no refund. - 3. Properly view (shirt, pants and shoes) at all times, while using the common areas of the building. - 4. Use AC and heating responsibly, and remember to also turn the lights off when leaving the apartment. (We pay one of the highest electricity prices in Europe and want to continue offering good prices in the rent, please help us achieve it.) - 5. For your safety, lock the door outside and lock the windows each time you leave, during your stay. - 6. Accommodating more people than originally listed in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will take you to be rexpulsed from the apartment anytime day or night, with no refund. - 7. Please do not use the towels in the apartment for the beach or the pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please note that your own towels should be provided. - 8. Do not remove from the apartment any object, content or furniture. - 9. We take care of this apartment so that you can feel at home in it, so please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other content will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show that he cares. Leave the floor as you found it, take out the trash, and don't leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and we do not ask you to do a cleaning, just leave the apartment tidy. However, if prolonged cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty there will be an extra charge to deduct from your security deposit. - 11.
