The apartment was very clean and the rooms are spaced apart from each other which is appreciable when there are many. Everything went perfectly. We just found that the check-in instructions were too insistent. The reminder messages were too regular from the date of booking with the absolute need to fill in and scan all our identity cards on a specific site before our arrival. It was complicated for one of us to check in, it was necessary for the one who booked to do it, despite the fact that we had all entered our IDs. But in the end it was sorted out.

Nice apartment in great location. We walked everywhere. The apartment was clean with plenty of storage area for cloths. Air conditioning was in every room. There is no freezer or icemaker. We got only 1 set of keys - we were told that the second set was defective, that they will make new key and bring it over, but they never did. We managed, but it would be much more convenient to have 2 sets of keys, as we were not a family, but coworkers. Other than that, Jaume communicated very well. We paid extra for early check-in. It was expensive, but Barcelona is expensive city. Certainly better deal than hotel with 2 rooms.

This is a great place - comfortable and well located. We were coming for a wedding and it was the perfect place to hang out during the day (conserving energy!) and then two bathrooms so we could all get ready. Also close to the centre - short taxi ride (under 10€ back from the centre) or about 20 mins walk. Also convenient for getting the Aerobus back to the airport

Kind regards, Communication in English, clean apartment with many details such as washing machine, shower bath, soap... Good accessibility by public transport, close to the city centre. The 2 bedrooms are a bit small, each with a French bed with a large duvet (instead of a double bed). Dishes and cutlery for 4 people only.

really enjoyed our stay. Quite comfortable. Need accurate instructions on how to use the washer / dryer combo. It was very difficult to arrange early morning transportation via a taxi. Tried calling multiple companies and they wouldn't answer. Not sure if it was because we had an international phone number. took us several hours and help from Jaume and the lady that let us in. Bit of a bummer that we had to pay extra for early check-in. Other AirB&Bs let us check in early at no additional cost. However, we appreciate the flexibility. Overall, good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really spacious and was very clean. Maria was a great host. She gave good recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is in a good location. The area is not too busy and you are a 15min walk to Sagrada Família and about 25min walk to the centre of Barcelona.

Pros: good location & connection, host accessibility. But: The stay (2 families with small children) in the apartment was disappointing. The bright photos are misleading - it was very dark (in top weather in October). The dishes in the well appointed kitchen were smeared/unsanitary. At the bottom of the bathroom door, there were tufts of hair from previous guests. The flat is out of date, needs a few repairs, e.g. shower shower splashes in all directions). We were supposed to let a Gaswerk employee in for maintenance during our stay - this messed up daily schedules. The crib provided could only be used as a playpen with a floor (according to the landlord a mattress). The landlord came to the help to set up the bed (it also took about 20 minutes and then sent us a set-up manual as TikTok).

Lovely place. Quiet at night. The double door at the balcony helped with the sounds from outside. Check in was easy and the host waited for us, hence we didn't have to wait on the corridor with our bags. Ample space for 4 of us and 2 bathroom was a bonus.

This place was well situated, walking distance to many places to visit and restaurants. Unfortunately the place was not well maintained, one of the shower head was broken off the wall, and the track for the sliding door in the shower was broken and it would come off every time you walk in. Also it was very small you could barely turn around in it to go in and out. The faucet in the kitchen was almost wobbling off its connection, they came and repair it some how, but not completely. Only one TV is functional. The washer/dryer combo was not working properly, neither was the dishwasher and some other small issues like loose shelves coming off the walls. I contacted the office a few times about these issues, I got a quick response from them but not a satisfactory solution to the problems. It's a shame, it could be a very nice place if they keep up with maintenance. I want to add they were very nice and friendly, they offer a quick response to our requests but not a good solutions.

The host lived in many cities in China and was kind.There is an elevator, easy to come and go with your big luggage, the house is neat and clean, fully equipped with daily necessities, I thought there were no bath towels, I didn't think it was ready for the guests, it was great!Downstairs is the bustling street, the balcony doors and windows have sound insulation, sleep at night is very quiet, and you will continue to choose here afterwards!

Maria was very responsive and was waiting for us at check in. She was thorough going through apartment amenities. It was quiet, a/c worked great in each room and it was nice having an elevator. It was centrally located and easy walking distance to La Rambles, metro, hop on/off bus stop. I would stay again should my travels bring me to Barcelona in the future.

Attention, there are extra fees for check-in in the evening (in our case 30 euros). The hairdryer didn't work. You can hear the neighbors very well. Overall well suited to a family.

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and liked the location. It was away from the real touristy parts of Barcelona ands yet within walking distance of everything. Metro was also nearby. Jaume was quick to respond to concerns we had about the apartment. It is a great setup for two couples though the shower stall is very small in the one bathroom. Kitchen worked well though some basic pots and pans are missing. Highly recommend Von Gigis for tapas just up on Avenue Marina.

Overall, we had a good stay in this apartment. Meet Jaume once - he was pleasant and helpful, as were the people from his company that we communicated with. The location was good in that you can walk to many sites, the hop on, hop off bus was nearby, as were a couple of small market shops, etc. While the apartment had everything that we needed, one of the couches, and our beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Enjoyed our 5 days in Barcelona - a fabulous city!

We were six people on the accommodation. The apartment was clean and met our expectations. In 30 minutes you can walk to the beach and the city center can also be reached in 30 minutes. An additional advantage of the accommodation was the two bathrooms. In general, we would recommend the accommodation.

We had a great time staying at Jaume’s place. It’s a wonderful modern apartment with all modern amenities in place. However, the most wonderful thing about the place is it’s central location very close to Sagrada Familia on the east side of the road and Plaça de Catalunya towards the west. One is never too far from the action. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay, nice surroundings and wonderful location.

Jaume’s place is in a location and worked pretty well for our family. The furnishing however, aren’t really little kid-friendly. So if you have toddlers, I’d rethink. Everything else was great—well furnished, clean, and comfortable.

The place was exactly as described and within 20 minutes walking to the best parts of the city and parks. The service was outstanding. The company arranged for a shuttle from the airport, the host stayed very late to accommodate our delayed flight and was very flexible about leaving luggage behind between check out and transfer back to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I enjoyed the flat . It works perfectly for us . A green leafy out look. Comfy beds, plenty of space. Very close to transport, the metro, busses and we used the tram to go to the beach . A quiet neighbourhood with corner supermarkets, a pharmacist and several cafes on hand. Excellent security with two , key opening front doors to go through before you get to the lift and then an excellent lock on the flat door. Air conditioners in the bedrooms and main room which we needed to use but cooled the flat quickly and quietly. If I return to Barcelona I will stay here again.

Apartment is a walking distance from Sagrada Familia, but close to metro stations and bus stops for everything else (although I recommend walking everywhere as the streets of Barcelona are worth seeing!) Jaume’s unit is ideal for a holiday in Barcelona. We stayed for four nights and it was perfect, and actually it would also be perfect for a longer stay of a few weeks. There is loads of space, I stayed with a family member and we could have fitted the entire extended family in. It is also in a great location, 25minute walk to the beach, less than 20minute walk to la Sagrada familia, 20-25 minute walk to placa de catalunya and major shopping areas and loads of supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by within a ten minute walk. You also have 2 different train/metro stations within less than a 5minute walk. The unit itself is large with great air conditioning, and very clean. Would highly recommend.

While the apartment was clean and it was an ok location, there are a few things that bothered us during the stay and I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. - as pointed out by others some neighbour plays the piano and it sounds as if it was in the apartment itself - not great if you have kids who need a nap in the afternoon... - there was no linen provided for the cot. it was mentioned in the ad however who travels with cot sheets? (talking about fitted sheets mostly that are not a safety hazard for any age) . - there was no blankets or doonas provided. I raised it with Jaume and he first told me how surprised he was since its Summer so did not think it was needed.. (well I guess everyone is different but as standard I would assume it to be available) and then told me not to use the air-conditioning to the point where I needed to use a doona - granted I would be careful anyway for environmental reasons but I did not appreciate to be told how much I could use an amenity (advertised). - there was no shower gel, shampoo, air conditioner. only a liquid in unlabelled bottle.. assuming some kind of cheap soap. - there were no tissues available - some lights were broken - we did not let Jaume know as only staying for a few nights so not sure when they could have come to fix them and it would have been worth it.. but the bedside one in the room with single bed was not working and the one in the hallway was working every now and again (not consistently).

Very nice apartment, the communication was clear and easy. Just a bit far from the beach, or the city, but you can take a cab from the apartment. Also, the fridge and the coffee machine were a bit broken. Except that, everything was perfect.

Jaume is a good host. He was always open to communicate and help us. I went to Spain with just my girlfriend and decided to stay in his place. We arrived late, and because of Airbnb's filter of self-check-in on I didn't read the description of the place and ended up having to pay for the late check-in because we needed a person to receive us. Gladly he had that option, otherwise, we would have not been able to check-in at all, like it happened in other cities. Because we are just the two of us, we felt that the place didn't stand up for its price. Overall, the place was a bit dirty (probably because of old materials of the apartment and furniture), and a few things were breaking apart. For the price, we pay I would expect things a bit more premium, but I guess if you're sharing this place with 6 people the price will drop a lot.

This apartment is a lot smaller than it appears on the listing and the walls are paper thin. A neighbor practiced the piano and it was as loud as if it was in our apartment. We had a young baby and we felt really uncomfortable knowing that we could be heard loudly as well. The location is the best part and we really enjoyed the local tapas bar, Cabo.

We picked this one over 3 other Airbnb’s even though it was the most expensive because we wanted a nicer place. Instead of the getting the Wow affect we got the disappointed and deceived feeling. When we pulled out cups from the kitchen for coffee there was lipstick on them. We ended up feeling like we had to wash all the dishes. Both bathroom doors wouldn’t close because there was wood damage that looked like it was from water damage. The door jam was deteriorating. The vanity in one bathroom was deteriorating also at the base. The vanity door dropped to a 45 deg angle when it was opened because only one hinged worked. The paint on the ceiling above the shower was peeling. All of these things could be fixed by calling someone to do some straight forward repairs. But instead these things are piling up from a lack of effort on the managements part. The photo on the add shows a nicely decorated table with a pleasant view. What we found was a rather beat up empty table. Again, a little effort would make this more welcoming. The power went out three times and we had to flip the circuit breaker. It apparently happened when we over loaded the system with the washing machine. What was bothersome was when we checked in the woman who was very nice and pleasant didn’t bother to tell us about any of these things. Instead of saying we have had a few problems needing to be fixed and we apologize, she said nothing. This is just bad for Airbnb’s overall. I have already booked a place for another trip and instead of using an Airbnb I decided a hotel will be a safer and more reliable way to go.

The apartment is nice, within 20 minute walk to the Gothic Quarter, the beach, Sagrada Familia and close to bus and train stations. Nice neighborhood feeling, good pubs and coffee shops abound. The living room walls dividing the apartment from the neighbors was not insulated well, we could hear the neighbors, so if you have a loud, talkative or late night group this would not be a good choice.

Clean and centrally located 1 mile from the beach, and 10 mins from Sagrada Familia we walked this city end to end. The apartment is in a neighborhood and within just 2 miles of Gracia a hot spot for millenials, 3 miles from Barri Gotic, and incredible Churros con Chocolate, 4 miles from Park Guelland Gaudi home/museum . We loved our stay. The apartment was large by European standards and comfortable, nicely decorated and clean.

I booked this apartment last minute, the day before we were scheduled to arrive. One thing to note is that this apartment is rented through a company called BizFlats, not through an individual. That being said, Jaume and his team were quick to respond and gave us specific directions on how to reach the apartment. We arrived early and they stored our bags until check in. There was about an hour delay for check in because the cleaning crew was late, but overall that wasn’t a huge issue. The apartment is cute and is in a good location very near public transport. You have the option of booking a portable WiFi unit for a small fee and we did that, totally worth it. The apartment’s WiFi signal did not reach the back bedroom or terrace, and the neighbors were loud at times. But we did not mind, we were there to see the city! Not stay in the apartment all day on the internet. 😊 overall great apartment. I would stay here again!

This is a great space! The front rooms especially are great--nice natural light, etc. The neighbourhood is walkable and there are grocery stores, etc just a couple of blocks away. We also regularly walked to the Arc de Triomf & Gothic Quarter, etc, though if you are not a big walker these might feel a little far. My only complaints are that the WiFi isn't strong enough to make it to the front bedroom. If you have international data (we did), this is not a big deal, but annoying if you are planning to depend on WiFi or if international data plans are cost-prohibitive. Also, I wish I'd known before booking that this is NOT an individual--you are renting from a company called BizFlats who will send lots of emails, etc. Overall, though, this is a great space and we would definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Spotless and in good repair, well appointed. Location is good but still generally required a 20 or more minute walk to get to anywhere of interest. Beds were comfortable and check in was very easy. Ali even took time to show us where to shop and eat before she left. Very friendly and helpful! Only negative was the neighbors were loud from time to time but it usually didn’t last for long and was tolerable. Overall great experience!

Two us women traveling without husbands " girl trip" to Barcelona, the apartment was very clean and large and the lovely women who checked us in was very helpful, she came with a map and took time to go through locations of metro, restaurants, and highlights to see. The apartment was located in a great central location,we walked to water front harbor, only a 15 minute walk to arc de Triomf and Sagrada Familia and 20 minutes to the heart of los rambles , if you don't like to walk off all the yummy food, the metro is close or easy to get a cab .

The apartment is as described. Very clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood is quiet. Location is ideal. Within 15-20 mins walk from major attractions and several supermarkets and cafes near the apartment. The master bedroom is well lit and airy however the second bedroom could get a little stuffy as the window opens towards an inner courtyard facing other apartments in the building. On the whole I recommend this place.

This apartment is situated near so many of Barcelona's attractions - either an easy walk (or a longer walk if you want the exercise) and close to Marina metro. Bike hire is also nearby as well as beach - a 20 minute stroll or a jog! Plenty of supermarkets and fresh fruit and veggie shops to choose from is another great benefit. The apartment is well-equipped if you want to dine in and has air conditioning to take the edge off the heat. The noise from the street and neighbouring apartment was a bit of a surprise at first, but this is Barcelona - we travel to live in the shoes of those around us - the city and all it offers is the experience we wanted so everyone in our party of four was very pleased with the accommodation and its location. There is very little ,if any criticism regarding our stay. The photos give a true sense of the space of the apartment. For me personally the location is great. The purpose of the trip was celebrating my parents 65th birthdays and as they had not been to Barcelona before I wanted to show them all the great sites, museums and art galleries. Within a 20min walk max you can be at sagrada familia, las rambla or at the Picasso museum. We had a great stay and Jaume and the team were incredibly helpful, from arranging transfers from the airport to good recommendations of restaurants. We really had a fantastic stay!

The apartment is in an excellent location, close the line L1 of the metro which takes you directly in the city centre. With a 15 minutes walk you can easily reach the Sagrada Familia, the Triumph Arch and the area around Mercat del Bon. The apartment is fully equipped and has a nice living and dining room which can be used to have dinner with friends etc. A little drawback is that the bedroom exposed to the main road is quite noisy in the morning due to the car traffic. Jaume and her assistant Ali were very helpful and always available for any questions and requests.

Great flat. Fantastic location, we couldn't have asked for a better flat. Everything worked smoothly. Will definitely recommend.

We were not received or had any contact with our hosts but by someone who takes care of handing over the keys. Extremely noisy area (sleep severely disrupted). Minimum facilities in the flat: the hosts do not live there; it looks like a holiday rental (no character): 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 knives ... No knife that cuts, so we have to buy sliced bread for breakfast. The bare minimum, just like at a campsite! This apartment had been rented to us for very quiet but it is not; moreover it is located above 3 collective garbage cans... Very disappointed.

This apartment is right in the heart of Barcelona and close to most of the major touristy things. Jaume and her team were very responsive both before and during our stay. The balcony is perfect to relax after a long evening around town.
