It's the kind of place that draws you in from the first morning, whether you're wrapping both hands around a coffee before anyone else wakes up, or slipping into the private hot tub as the evening cools. Three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a central location make this an easy choice for families, small groups, or anyone who wants to actually settle into Barcelona rather than just pass through it.

The space
Spread across approximately 100 square meters, the apartment is arranged to give everyone room to breathe. The living and dining area is open and generously proportioned - wide enough for a relaxed evening in, a meal that stretches into conversation, or simply a comfortable place to spread out after a long day of walking. Artwork and carefully chosen furnishings give the space its own character without feeling overdone.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms are configured with both privacy and flexibility in mind. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each hold a queen bed (150x200 cm), while Bedroom 3 offers a double bed (135x190 cm). Fresh bed linens are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets for cooler spring nights. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bathroom serves the remaining rooms.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use - whether that means quick breakfasts before heading out or longer meals cooked from scratch. An electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a full set of cooking basics and dishes mean you won't need to hunt for anything. The dining area comfortably seats six.

Great location. Close walking distance some famous Gaudi sites, main shopping area, restaurants, close to metro and bus lines. Beautifully decorated apartment with all the amenities and laundry. There is small elevator (enough to fit 4 people) if you have heavy luggage. Great hosts as well.

This unit was just as described in the listing. We were a group of 3 women and felt completely safe in the neighborhood. It was a very residential and quiet area but only a 6-8 minute walk from Casa Batllo and metro station. Everyone in our group eats gluten free and we had no shortage of dedicated restaurants and bakeries in the city. Onis coffee on the corner was our favorite. Building does has a small elevator for getting bags up and down. There is a hotel at the corner so getting a taxi back to the airport was no problem. Check in was super easy, the host met us in person and went over all the details. We did not utilize the kitchen but it seemed to have all the essentials if you did want to cook.

    **IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the balcony or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9.
