The space
Step inside and the apartment opens around you - garden-facing rooms catch the soft Barcelona light, and wide glass doors draw the eye straight out to the terrace. It's the kind of space that slows things down: breakfast outdoors, afternoons reading, evenings gathered at a table set for six. The Eixample hum is there when you want it, and easy to tune out when you don't.

The apartment
This entire condo sits on a single level, reached by elevator - a layout that works equally well for families with young children, anyone travelling with mobility needs, or groups simply looking for a home that doesn't ask much of you. Inside, the living and dining areas are distinct but connected, filled with natural light and a garden view that keeps the feel residential rather than hotel-like. A TV with standard cable and a selection of books and reading material fill out the living space.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms, all oriented toward the terrace. Two rooms each hold a queen bed with wardrobe storage; the third holds two single beds with its own storage. One bedroom doubles as a dedicated workspace - a private room with a door, set up for focused work or calls. Every bedroom has its own individually controlled AC unit. Two full bathrooms serve the apartment.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking from scratch - stainless steel electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, blender, toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, and a coffee maker with coffee provided. Pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes, and wine glasses are all in place. A dining table brings everyone together for meals, and an outdoor dining area on the terrace extends the option outside.

Outdoor space
The terrace and fenced backyard are a genuine draw. Outdoor furniture makes it easy to settle in at any time of day - coffee in the morning, a book in the afternoon, dinner as the light fades. The garden view adds a layer of quiet that's hard to find in a city apartment.

Comfort & practicality
Split-type ductless AC and heating keep the apartment comfortable across seasons. An in-unit washer with a drying rack, iron, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage support longer stays. Bathroom essentials, towels, bed linens, and toilet paper are provided. A crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's books and toys, and babysitter recommendations make the apartment genuinely family-ready. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place.

Connectivity
Wifi is verified at 280 Mbps via speed test - enough for 4K streaming and video calls across multiple devices simultaneously. An Ethernet connection provides a wired alternative. The dedicated workspace is available whenever focus is needed.

The apartment is set in Eixample, one of Barcelona's most walkable and well-connected districts. La Sagrada Família is within easy reach on foot, and the neighbourhood's grid layout makes it straightforward to navigate to other parts of the city. Paid parking is available off premises. We had a good stay here. The location is pretty amazing. Just outside the noisy thick of the gothic quarter, but easily walkable, and also not far from Sagrada Familia. It's a little lacking in amenities (dishware, hair conditioner, etc.), but from our experience this seems to be fairly standard in AirBnBs in Spain.

The location of the apartment was really good and easy to find. But when we arrived, after about 1 hour the hot water pipe broke. Water came from the bedroom wall to the floor and we started to sort it out. From here on out, everything went difficult and it took almost two days to sort out. Airbnb support is really slow and they don't speak English, for example. We had to arrange a new place to stay ourselves and fortunately we got a hotel for the rest of the holiday.

To that effect we will only accept as guests FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND SENIORS. By agreement of our homeowner's association, the terrace must not be accessed during quiet hours. Therefore, THE TERRACE IS OFF-LIMITS from 21pm - 9am In the event we receive a police report in connection with loud noises or parties, a fine of 500€ will be charged for breaking the House Rules. **IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the terrace or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. For your safety lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9.
