We are students who come to Esada Business School nearby to exchange and study. We are very lucky to find a house so close to the school. The bedroom is very clean and spacious.The living room is convenient for us to chat and discuss our study life.The kitchen is also convenient for us to make breakfast and dinner together.We can drink and enjoy the sunset on the balcony.Anyway, Jaume's famous inn is well worth it!

Overall we had a nice stay. The apartment is clean, and has a lovely view from the kitchen and patio. Very comfortable beds, and loved the blackout screens for getting over jet lag! Note the bedrooms are small, no room for luggage. The neighborhood is not near the city center but still lively and vibrant, though we did spend a lot of time each day back and forth on public transit. The walk back from metro is uphill so keep that in mind (with our toddler that meant it was a longer haul). There are some details that could use attention in terms of functionality and I will provide that feedback privately. Nothing major but you can tell this isn’t someone’s part time home. Lastly, we have an infant and toddler and booked partly based on the unit having a crib and high chair provided, but there was some major issues with these. Jaume was quickly responsive in trying to resolve it when we arrived on a Sunday evening which we really appreciated but it was still a bit frustrating

The best part of this Spanish Airbnb is definitely its location—it’s very close to all the popular tourist attractions, so I saved a lot of time traveling to visit spots, which was super convenient. The room was also cleaned thoroughly, making the stay really comfortable. Plus, the house has a large terrace that’s quite handy; relaxing there in the evening was lovely. Great place for couples to stay for a few days. Great and spacious veranda with sun for most of the day. Well equipped for cooking/grilling. Quiet neighborhood with a good selection of grocery stores and 5-6 minutes to a large shopping street and good restaurants. The hosts responded quickly and we received a good introduction and welcome. Great apartment - Recommended🙂

Great location. Very safe and easy walk to Diagonal st which is a bustling road with nice restaurants, grocery stores etc. far away from downtown if you came here as a tourist but we chose this place for different reasons. Apt was very clean, beautiful wrap around balcony. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend to anyone who wants a safe and quiet Barcelona neighborhood.

Because there was a problem with the check-in link and I couldn't fill in the information, I informed them of my arrival time by text message before I arrived. We arrived at 9pm, and the customer service charged a fee of 50 euros for not filling in the information in advance and arriving too late. The room price was already high, and I was actually charged for such a small problem. I didn't see any other homestays charging for this reason. Please pay attention to this, because I didn't understand the language, I suffered in silence. The room was clean and spacious, with a large terrace, and there was a Japanese restaurant run by a Chinese family downstairs.Apart from the extra 50 euros, which I don't understand, everything else is fine!

Jaume was an incredible host and was quick to accommodate us while we tried diligently to plan a very specific trip with family. Loved the veranda and outside living area. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go. The bedrooms don’t really have space to accommodate luggage or personal items. Just enough for the bed so make plans to step around what you bring but we couldn’t have been more happy with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a quiet, well-maintained building within a lovely and peaceful neighbourhood. The surrounding area felt safe and civilised, with grocery stores and other amenities just a short walk away. One of the highlights was the spacious balcony, which receives sunlight from approximately 11am to 8pm. It offered a convenient and straightforward 30-minute commute to the city centre. The hosts were an absolute pleasure to communicate with—providing clear, helpful instructions and responding to our questions promptly and kindly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with easy access to the city.

This penthouse apartment provides a convenient base from which to experience Barcelona....nice views of the local neighborhood from the rooftop deck and a short walk to the Maria Christina subway station. Our checkin process was a bit complicated and linens were missing. The linens were straightened out by the third day. Make sure to check that you have everything you need during the checkin process. The kitchen and bath are beautiful with nice views and modern conveniences. Two of the bedrooms are somewhat cramped, at least for our maximum occupancy crew of six people. There was an extra charge for supplies for the Nespresso machine.

Great place! Stayed with the our two kids and it was plenty of room to stretch out and handy to have a washer and dryer in unit. Had some issues with hot water but the host was super responsive and fixed everything with a little help via messaging! Hands down, an amazing place to stay. Perfect for our family of four. We have two young kids and wanted a home to stay in that was away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas, but was walkable, close to transit, and peaceful. Tons of fantastic parks were close by, the metro was just a quick walk, and a lovely neighborhood. We had our best meals in nearby restaurants. Jaume and his team were responsive and helpful. Great experience all around.

Posh but quiet location walkable to diagonal and Maria Cristina metro. Area dominated by locals and didn't see to many tourists around. Place looks better than in the pics. Interiors have been recently upgraded to a very high spec. Very spacious master bedroom and sunny dining area that opens into a terrace ! Very tasteful penthouse unit.

This was my first time in Barcelona and this was the right place to be in. I’m a sucker for views and this penthouse does just that. Private, quiet mostly, and a great location. We could walk to most restaurants near our building and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. I would stay here again if I return!

Photographs were accurate although the flat was a little smaller than expected. Well furnished and comfortable. Location convenient for travelling into Barcelona on the metro. Restaurants, cafes and shops all in immediate vicinity. Jaume was very responsive eg we found one of the sunbeds was broken and it was replaced very promptly. My only negative point is that as the flat caters for up to 6 people it would be nice to have 6 sunbeds rather than just four and it would be better if outdoor seating /sunbeds had cushions provided (there were only 3 cushions for outdoor use).

Check-in with Sarah was very friendly and smooth; she was also very flexible with the time. The flat is in a great location; it's in a quieter residential area. The nearest Metro station (Maria Christina) is about a 10-minute walk away and is on the L3 line; this line takes you directly to the city centre and to all the main stations. Otherwise, we had nothing to complain about; the beds were clean, and in the kitchen, too, all the necessary utensils for cooking were available.

The amenities were also great, with a fully equipped kitchen and access to a balcony with a beautiful view. Value for money a little high. As a cook, I was missing saucepans, a salad spinner, a scale and a cake tin. The bedding is, for us to change. On the other hand, for the location, just opposite the CIMA hospital, it was ideal for our medical trip. The residence is very clean and quiet, the neighborhood quiet, not far from all amenities (supermarket, restaurant, metro...) it's the best! The apartment itself is very clean, well laid out, true to the descriptions of the ad.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Jaume’s place in Barcelona and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling there. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four and is in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to public transportation, supermarket and smaller grocery stores. The building itself is very quiet as well. The view of the city is beautiful from the 8th floor and there is a small elevator that is always available to go up and down. The weather was very hot while we were there, but the air conditioner kept us cool. The electric barbecue grill on the balcony worked well and we cooked on it every night. The other appliances in the kitchen worked fine as well as did the washer and dryer. Overall, Barcelona was a great city to visit and Jaume’s place was a great place for us to stay!

Jaime’s place was a total gem. Super bright and spacious, with a massive patio that connects both ends of the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was spotless. The neighborhood is slightly removed from the center of town, but has tons of great restaurants, grocery stores and farmacies around. There’s also a really pretty garden/park a block away.

This is a great, comfortable, spacious and very modern apartment. It's in a very good district a little out of the centre - Sarria is a short walk away and a really nice large village with good food shops, informal restaurants and so on. The centre of Barcelona is reached quickly and easily by bus (the buses start and end just over the road) or metro (station just five minutes walk away). Highly recommended though, as an apartment for six, it is obviously expensive for just two, which is what we were.

This is a superb, comfortable and well-equipped apartment where we had a great three weeks. The location was perfect for us because very close to family we were visiting in Barcelona. But I can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who doesn't feel the need to be close to the centre - and Sarria is a lovely area in which to be in any case, with food shops, cafes, restaurants in an old village now a prosperous suburb. Travel to the centre is very quick on the Metro (5 minutes walk) or bus (opposite the apartment building). We were always amused that the heading for the apartment on AirBnB says 'free Nespresso!' but that wasn't the case anyway. We weren't in any way troubled by the fact that it wasn't there (though a machine was) but it might be taken off the heading! This is not a serious issue and the apartment is exceptional.

This was one of the best AirBNB experiences we've had. The flat has an incredible terrace with great views. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The decorations were lovely. The communication with hosts was easy and fast. The doorman of the building was kind and welcoming. We appreciated the elevator for our baggage. There was even a taxi stand just outside of the front door. Great neighborhood, including restaurants, markets and pharmacies nearby. Honestly, we had a fantastic time and can't wait to return. You will be very, very glad that you selected this apartment!!!

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Jaume for the opportunity to allow us to rent his apartment. You were very kind and generous. Renting this apartment was the best decision since our trip was for the purposes of a surgery of our son in the Hospital CIMA and this one was just across the street. The apartment had everything. Everything was very pleasant and he gave us everything we needed to have a pleasant stay of 20 days. Imagine arriving tired and strenuous in the afternoon to the apartment and go to the terrace and catch the soft breeze that comes from the Mediterranean sea, very relaxing. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. all very accessible. Nearby is the Metro María Cristina station that allows you to get to any part of the city of Barcelona. Also just across the street you can take the bus that takes you directly to Sagrada Familia, number 34. My family and I are really grateful to Jaume and Virginia. They were always willing to help us have the best possible stay. Clearly this would be the best option for another future stay in Barcelona. Thank you, we have a nice souvenir. The apartment is very beautiful, clean, the linen is clean, it is well heated. The photos correspond to reality. But I was very surprised that for such a price!!! necessary household items are missing. Cons-1. There was a coffee machine, but there were no capsules. Coffee could only be bought at the shopping center near el corte ingles, but since we arrived late Saturday night, we could only buy coffee on Monday. 2. There was no water, salt, sugar, garbage bags... small things, but it all adds up to the impression. In general, the impression is good, I recommend it!

Great place but far from the center and the Marina which we found to be the two hot spots. You can get to most places via public transportation but we had a car and it made all the difference getting to the Tourist attractions further away from the center and to the beaches. We also ventured outside to Stiges a little fishing village. The place is clean and pretty much what you see in the pictures. Bring your own coffee if you are American and also some trash bags as they don't provide them. The Tagliatella across the street is a great Italian restaurant and the grocery store, convenience store and several bakeries are all near by. This is a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood called Pedrables. The metro stop is Maria Christina.

The apartment was great, even better than what the photos suggested, a real gem! Nevertheless, regarding Jaume (who is a man and not the woman in the photo), we cannot say the same... Jaume did not bother to welcome us and sent staff from his agency. Yes, Jaume is a professional (BizFlats agency) and the least we can say is that we expect more professionalism from him. Jaume made us pay for the used towels and the late check-out (only one hour...) under a deposit request. It's a shame our pleasant stay ended on a really disappointing false note.

Jaume did us a great favor by accepting us into the house on very short notice. They had just finished construction and the house was completely renovated. Excellent location, impeccable house and furniture, and absolutely nice and attentive owners. The house is beautiful, the terrace is stunning. We were lucky and were able to enjoy it with the days of sun and at night. Definitely one of the best houses I've ever been to. Hi, We cannot say that de was a pleasure trip since our son was operated on the spinal cord in front of the Cima Hospital. (Successful operation) However this beautifully renovated apartment allowed us to live this week in a more pleasant way by enjoying a little of the beautiful terrace overlooking the hospital. Everything is decorated with bcp of taste... Super equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, very nice bathroom. Quiet neighborhood and building with concierge. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to visit Barcelona, but we will do so another time. We'll be happy to go back... So excellent value for money (before renovation) since we were the 1 st tenants since the complete renovation of this apartment. Very bright too! Very nice... In addition to Jaume who received us is really very nice...Only small annoyance that should be fixed soon , there was no wifi... But apart from that PERFECT

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with good airconditioning and a lovely terrace with a nice breeze as we were situated on the 8th Floor. All necessary supplies were present. Jaume made us feel welcome and had some nice tips. Two bakerues at the corner and 100 meter further the supermarket. Nearby al kinds of restaurants, public transportation and (trendy) shops at the Avenue Diagonal, Yes even Starbucks! Also Nou Camp on 950 mtr walk from the apt. Conclusion: it was perfect!

The apartment is represented by an agency who were extremely polite and helpful, showed me the apartment and everything was in perfect order. The apartment is in a well maintained block, which is a quiet building. The facilities within the apartment are excellent and I think represented excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment for guests who would like to self cater and take advantage of the terrace.

The house is good located and it's comfortable for a family with two kids. Nevertheless the double bed is too short for people larger than 1,7 m. Same as the central toilet (it is too small for adults) We were not able to do good use of the terrace because it was November, otherwise having dinner out there should be great. We have some leakage problem in one of the toilets and it was repaired in no time. The house miss the charming atmosphere of a typical flat where someone lives the whole year. Kitchen is small. Living room is good and spacious. We have a good time there. I could recommend it, and it would be a fantastic option after some renovation work in furniture.

Clean spacious apartment with a great roof terrace in a quiet area! Apartment is rented by a company: check-in is friendly and professional, a few small tips to improve the apartment after our stay were handled immediately. Green metro line (with good connection to the old city!) is walking distance away. Also there is a small supermarket almost next door and larger one nearby. We would rent this apartment again! It made our visit to Barcelona really comfortable :-)

We stayed in this apartment for a week in August 2014. The description shown by the owner is, as a previous reviewer said, somewhat poetic, perhaps written when the apartment was first furnished. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable although the armchair/sofa covers could do with a wash and internal paintwork could do with a refresh. If you are taller than 1.7m you might find the beds a bit short. That said the apartment is in a great location, a quiet residential area only 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro (Maria Cristina), the metro is great for exploring the entire city and all the must-see sights, fast, efficient and cheap. There is a supermarket just 2 minutes walk around the corner and past local artisan bakeries and cafes. Really convenient for all the necessary self-catering food and booze. The terraces are a great place to kick back and relax or enjoy an al fresco breakfast, good panoramic views. If you are not a sun worshiper you might miss an awning or an umbrella. All in all, we thought this apartment was good value, in a brilliant location, perfect for exploring an outstanding city, we had a great time and would go back to Barcelona.

We stayed for 2 weeks and must say that the flat is a great location, maintained very well and cleaning service is a great benefit. Jaume made everything flow easy. In fact we were so taken by the city that we forgot shoes and power cord behind.

Very nice and warm welcome from the team, they were very comprehensive to adjust our check out time (we had a baby). Great views on the terrace, barbecue available in the flat - well equipped and great location (food shopping, connection to the city center, etc.).

The apartment is nice and very conveniently located. The check-in and -out was handled professionally and without any hassles. The property is handled by a company, so professionalism was expected. A few features in the apartment could use updating, but the Internet is very good and the terrace amazing! Otherwise, and whilst correctly done, the pics are a little euphemistic and may portray a slightly different impression of the apartment. Overall, I'd be happy to recommend it to anyone seeking a bigger place in Barcelona for up to 6 persons (who are happy to share one bathroom).

We spent great time in this apartment! Very light and cozy. A lot of air (i love this terrace) . Perfect area (very safety) , a little bit far from center, but in this case its plus. A lot of restaurants and cafes with good choice. Hope to come back again!

This flat has many positives! It is on the 8th floor with a spacious, wrap-around terrace with lovely views. The flat itself has parquet floors and is very comfortable. It is located close to many amenities which are within easy walking distance: grocery store, bakeries, the metro, churches, shopping malls, Barcelona soccer stadium (Camp Nou), post office, many restaurants, some Gaudi works and a long wide sidewalk on Diagonal great for strolling or jogging. Via the metro or buses, you can reach any of the many tourist sites with 15 to 30 minutes. Our host, Jaume, was very helpful with providing information about BCN and he speaks English very well in addition to Spanish and Catalan. We were very happy with our stay!
