  **IMPORTANT: THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING IN WHICH FAMILIES RESIDE, SO TO RESPECT SILENCE FROM 9PM. 1. No smoking in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. If necessary you can do it on the balcony or outside the apartment, enjoying the local life. - 2. Please respect our neighbours. Control the noise level on the stairs, as well as in the apartment, at all times. It is totally forbidden to make excessive noise from 21h to 9h and the fiestas, in the apartment. Breaking this rule will take you to be kicked out of the apartment anytime day or night, with no refund. - 3. Be properly dressed (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times while using the building's common areas. - 4. Please use the air conditioning and heating responsibly, and also remember to switch off the lights when leaving the apartment. (We pay one of the highest electricity prices in Europe and want to continue offering good prices in the rent, please help us achieve it.) - 5. For your safety, lock the door from the outside and close the windows every time you leave during your stay. - 6. Accommodating more people than originally stated in the booking is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule will take you to be rexpulsed from the apartment anytime day or night, with no refund. - 7. Please do not use the towels from the apartment for the beach or the pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please note that your own towels should be provided. - 8. Do not remove any objects, contents or furniture from the apartment. - 9. We take care of this apartment so that you can feel at home in it, so please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other content will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show that you care. Leave the floor as you found it, take out the trash, and don't leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and we do not ask you to do a cleaning, just leave the apartment tidy. However, if prolonged cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty there will be an extra charge to deduct from your security deposit. - 11. If there is anything wrong, or if you break something during your stay, please make sure you let us know immediately. - 12. We provide a cot (cot bedding not included) and a high chair - both on request. Extra cot (+60€)/extra high chair (+40€) - 13. The security deposit for this apartment is €500 and will cover any damage to the apartment and/or its contents and/or any inappropriate behaviour by guests. - 14. The tourist tax does not apply to this property. - 15. Extra charge for arriving at the apartment later than: * 9:00 PM - €30 * 12 midnight - €50 - 16. Make yourself at home and enjoy Barcelona!
