The apartment CARAVEL is situated on the 4th floor with elevator in an art deco building. Caravel has a big living room with dining area and open kitchen. The original beautiful wooden floor is one of it's highlights. The 3 bedrooms are located at the rear of the building and thus provide a quiet place to sleep during the night. The main bed room has its own bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub and WC. On the corridor a shower, sink and separate WC. AC and heating is provided throughout the property.

Squeaky clean apartment with plenty of room for our family of five. The space is as described in the listing. The layout is great, with plenty of privacy for each bedroom. The apartment is located close to the main shopping district in Nice. Although the immediate neighborhood is somewhat lacking in nicer shops and restaurants, there is an abundance of both within 10 minutes by foot. The host, Hanna, was exceptionally welcoming, helpful and informative. You can tell she takes great pride in providing a quality experience for her guests. Our train arrived over two hours late, meaning we couldn’t check in until after 8p.m. Despite the late hour, Hanna met us at the apartment and took the time to show us around the place and explain how to operate everything. Such a blessing! The price might be a little high for the budget-conscious traveler, but it’s comparable with similar properties in Nice.

The place was lovely, it was a well organised arrival and a great place to stay. There were good amenities locally and a lift to get to the 4th floor. The welcome was friendly. However there was a lot of admin to completed. I booked a year in advance and they cancelled the booking after a few months before arrival and asked me to rebook. I was charged for this and only refunded AFTER my stay. The listing changed from accommodating for 6 people to 4 people and I worried about why (they explained and said they had some leaks and they would be fixed - which they were... so the listing was just incorrect for the 6 of us) . Then I was then charged for late arrival (10pm) after my flight was changed There also seemed to be a checkin process that was external to Airbnb which I felt was unnecessary - especially given all the hassle. Either way, we had a nice stay and they were responsive and friendly.

We booked the apartment for a two-week family reunion and holiday, and really appreciated it's central location, plentiful daylight, comfortable beds and seating, and well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom unavoidably had to be taken out of use at the last minute but thanks to Hanna's proactive and positive communications, we were able to make alternative plans and work as best we could with the space available. The lift access and air conditioning worked without issue, the apartment block was well-maintained, and very little external noise was heard. This apartment is the ideal base from which to explore and enjoy everything that Nice has to offer — I fully recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Hanna’s apartment! It was a beautiful space, very spacious for 5 people. Hanna was very proactive and responsive to all our questions. It was in a wonderful location near all the shops and bakeries and food!

The tenant/guest ensures that all personal property brought to the apartment is free of pests. The tenant must keep the property reasonably tidy and clean to avoid any pest infestation. The Renter/Guest must immediately notify the Owner/Manager of any pest infestation and cooperate in all necessary pest control measures. If pest control is necessary, the Renter/Guest must make appropriate arrangements at the rented premises in accordance with the Owner/Manager's instructions for treatment. The owner/manager excludes all liability, such as direct and indirect damages, losses, damages and costs that the tenant may incur due to a bedbug infestation. The tenant is advised to take out insurance, if necessary, against such damage in order to protect himself.
