Had a lovely stay here! It was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the location was amazing! We were in the heart of nice and walking distance to everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. It is in the center of everything, so you can walk to Old Town, the train station, grocery stores, retail shopping, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Hanna was a lovely host. Her airbnb was exactly how she described and communicating with her was easy and effortless. Hanna gave us good recommendations about restaurants, bars, things to do etc. Apartment was in a good location and everything was in walking distance. The accommodation was a little far, about a 15-20 minute walk from Massena Square, but it was within walking distance. It was a spacious and clean space that matched the photos, the cooling was good in the hot summer, the water pressure was strong, and the hot water came out right away (a really important issue for me), so I had a really pleasant stay! They even prepared beach towels, so I used them well in the sea ~ Thank you Hanna for your kind response until the end:)

Hanna’s accommodation was perfect. It nicely fit 3 of us. It looked exactly like the photos. Beach and old town was walkable distance. Hanna made check in very easy and was accessible to contact throughout our stay. Lovely place, will definitely stay again!

Have a very good geography!All the scenic spots are within walking distance!All nearby transportation, a quiet part of the city!Everything you need for a lifetime is prepared in the room!The washing machine works, but it can't dry clothes, which is very unfortunate.The last two days of our stay, the next door is being renovated and there will be a lot of dust and the neighbors upstairs were loud and made it impossible to sleep.But everything else was great!Would stay again!!!

Old city as well as beach well reachable by foot. Hanna is very responsive. It is a nice appartment for a few days. It has everything you need and very clean. We enjoyed it a lot.

This place is just like the pictures show... super cute and well appointed. Felt homey and comfy. Beautiful. There is a large book with all the information you could need for using all that this apartment has to offer. Instant hot water, comfy bed, located in the heart of town. Air works amazing during major heat of summer. If you want a great place in Nice, this is it! Hanna was easy to talk with and gave lots of advice. Answered my messages quickly. Would recommend without hesitation.

What a gem!! Wonderful apparent, perfect location, near everything you possibly need! Beautifully presented, with an excellent extras, beach towels, beach parasol! Everything in the apartment was thought of, the comfort of the beds and luxurious linen, shampoo and body wash, hair dryer, fully equipper kitchen!!! I can go on and on!!! Overall 10 out of 10 !!! Hanna was excellent host, went extra mile every time to make us feel welcome and comfortable!! Big thank you for making our vacation truly enjoyable!!!

The property was beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable with all the required amenities. The location is right next to Jean Medecin yet very peaceful and quiet. A special mention for the property manager Hanna who was promptly responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. She had a wonderful smile while welcoming us and thoroughly explained each and every aspect of the house including using the appliances and other things. The check out was a breeze too as we had to just leave the keys inside and check out. Would definitely recommend this property to all travelers looking for a serene and quiet place right next to all the touristy activities.

I will highly recommend Hanna’s place! Amazing apartment big, clean and beautiful! We were greeted by the host and she was so nice and welcoming! Location is amazing as well. 5-7 min walk to the old town and 5 min walk to the main train station. We will definitely come back again and will stay at Hanna’s flat!

Great location right next to one of the main streets in Nice. It was just step away from restaurants and an easy walk from the old town or the beach. It got a little bit loud at night, but we expected that considering how close we were to some really great places to eat! It was spacious and well designed! A wonderful homebase after visiting some of the other coastal cities!

Everything was perfect! Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Room height is high and french balcony was lovely. There were dishwasher, washing machine, iron and many other household goods available. Location is close to transportation, restaurants and shops. Hanna was very helpfull, friendly and flexible with check in and out. I can warmly recommend this accommodation to anyone. If we ever visit Nice again we would love to stay again in here.

Great place to stay for a couple. We had an in-person check-in late in the evening, where Nona gave us a good run down on everything we needed to know, gave some good tips, and answered all our questions. It's a comfortable 10+ minute walk to the train and tram. The place has close proximity to restaurants and a grocery store with great baguettes and croissants and anything else you might need. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Had to use earplugs due to a noisy neighbor with a dog one night. I would suggest getting a different coffee maker as this one wasted a few of our coffee pods and the clothes drier wasn't doing its job at all, but other than that I would certainly recommend staying at Hanna's place.

This is an amazing stay for a couple. The location is just perfect, the property was impeccable, we enjoyed coffee and drinks on the balcony while people watching. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch as well. It went to good use. We didn't cook, but coffee machine, refrigerator and washing machine were all in perfect condition. Hanna also had great food recommendations. There's a giant amazing grocery store near by too. Don't hesitate-great value and perfect location.

Our stay at Hannah’s was so great! Great apartment, was very clean and we loved being able to walk to many great restaurants, the beach and the hike to castle hill. She had many wonderful recommendations in her guide book at the apartment. We really appreciated her accommodating our early check in as we arrived a few hours earlier then we had planned. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Very nice apartment, well located and perfect for couples who come to visit Nice and the surrounding area. 2 constructive reviews: 1) You would need to adjust the air conditioning, because at night it can be slightly disturbing with its knocking and cracking light but repeated. 2) The stairs to the apartment are very dark in the evening, which can not only provide some people but also make it difficult to unblock the apartment and the intermediate door. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Excellent location although homeless people seemed to congregate 100 yds from the property and we could hear them at all hours , also building work was taking place below the property which started at 8am and finished late afternoon the drilling which started early morning in particular was annoying no lie in for us !

We were incredibly excited about our stay! Very nice, cozy apartment with great furniture, kitchen, full set of dishes and cooking appliances. Great bedding and towel Open and close the shutters every day as a separate kind of pleasure 😍 The view from the balcony is fantastic! The location is also perfect, close to Main Street, but not too noisy. Hanna was always in touch, very friendly, answered all your questions. Definitely recommend it was a fabulous stay!

The air bnb and Hanna were wonderful! We stayed a week in Nice for our honeymoon. When we arrived, Hanna meet us and gave us a tour of the unit and even recommended places to have a drink and eat dinner. She’s super friendly. The air bnb itself was magnificent. It was spacious, and in good walking distance to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the amount of space we had was more than enough. I’m a big shower person, and that shower had some great water pressure! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone that is visiting Nice.

Highly recommend this Airbnb!!!! Hanna was an amazing host. She was extremely organised, super fast at replying and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. It was immaculately clean, equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay, and was very spacious. The area was probably the best part. Close to the main train station in Nice (10 min walk), close to old town (15min walk), and along the street of the apartment were plenty of amazing restaurant as well!! We will definitely be back, thank you Hanna!

We had a great time at Hanna’s AirBnb, it is a lovely combination of high ceilings, character details, charming furniture and up to date kitchen/bath. The location was very convenient to restaurants, groceries and other shopping, and approx 15 minute walk to the old town. Hanna was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this Airbnb again!

Hanna was so organized. Did not miss a detail when showing us the apartment at check in. Allowed us to check out an hour late to catch our later flight. We are second time guests at this apartment, and again had an excellent stay. The unit is well located within a short walking distance of the Nice train station, but far enough away to avoid any issues with transients in the immediate area. The studio apartment is very safe, clean, quiet, and has a well-appointed and up to date interior. The tram located two blocks from the front door provides quick access to other parts of the city. A full service grocery store is also located nearby. You won’t find a better, more responsive host than Hanna, and we highly recommend booking your stay with her.

Hanna is a great host 😇 she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and changed her schedule because our flight was delayed. The amenities are great 👍🏼 The place is modern and cosy 🎈 The location is excellent 😊 it's primarily quiet, but some nights the trash bin collectors are loud, and you can hear people on the street. All n all, we would definitely come back and recommend it 😊

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was nice, comfortable, and fit our needs very well. The hosts thoroughly set up the apartment to welcome guests and provide for their comfort. It was easy to get around the city on foot or by tram from the location of the apartment to shopping, attractions, restaurants, and mass transportation. The building and apartment felt secure. Communication with the host was timely. We didn’t need to reach out during our stay because we all coordinated early, she explained everything thoroughly at check-in, we did not have problems during our stay, and we understood check-out procedures from the beginning.

Lovely place in a perfect location. Everything in walking distance (train station, old town, sea..) and several supermarkets (Monoprix/Carrefour/Casino) right next door. The apartment is lovingly furnished and decorated, the space is high and looks big. The street is amazingly quiet, although it is so central and right off the main shopping street. Hanna is very personable and helpful, everything great.

Great Location! The apartment has everything you need and is close to the tram station, grocery stores and the beach! My husband and I were very happy to have stayed at this little gem! And to top it off, Hanna our host was so lovely and hospitable. She gave us some advice on restaurants and car rentals. She was very communicative and kept in the loop throughout our stay.

Probably the best Airbnb that I have stayed in! The apartment was perfect for our holiday with 2 young children. It is ideally situated on a quiet street but still close to everything. Beach is about a 15 minute (1km) walk away or you can take the tram from the end of the street to reduce the walking distance. Large Monoprix supermarket 2 mins away. Really close to main shopping area (Nice Etoile Shopping Centre is 2 mins away), tram line (lines 1 and 2 (for airport)), restaurants and about 10 min walk to train station. There are some great restaurants on the same street. The apartment is extremely well equipped, spacious and clean. Hanna is a very pleasant host and was great at communicating with us. We would definitely stay at The Lion on our next trip to Nice.

I was there with my 16 year old daughter for 1 week. We had a great time. We enjoyed Hanna's apartment very much. The apartment is very nice with three large windows to the street, or 2 accesses to a narrow balcony, where you can sit very well for two. We didn't miss anything in terms of amenities. The air conditioning cools down very quickly if you want it. The bathroom also has a window. The location is great. You are very quickly in the main shopping street. A supermarket that also has organic products in its assortment is right at the end of the street. The beach and the old town are within walking distance. Hanna personally welcomed us very kindly and explained everything to us briefly. The communication went great. We were able to check in earlier and check out an hour later in consultation. This was all very nice and helpful. We clearly recommend Hanna's apartment!
