The studio is located in the neighborhood of the Musiciens and is a 800m walk to the famous "Promenade des Anglais" and the beach. It's easily accessible from the main train station of Nice (8-minute walk) and the tram stop (3-minute walk) connecting you directly to Nice's international airport within a 20-min tram ride.

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was as listed in the listing description. We were greeted and checked in by Nona. She was so kind and personable. She showed us how everything worked and pointed us to the closest grocery store. Communication with Hanna and her team was easy and quick. The beach towels and umbrella were really nice to have as well as we did frequent the beach! The air conditioner was quiet and a very nice to have for our stay. Overall, I would recommend this flat for your stay and would stay here again! :)

EN Accommodation: - Parties are not allowed. We expect you or your guest to respect this place and the neighborhood and to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own! - Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning is included, but the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. - The guest is responsible and must pay for any damage to the accommodation. - All these rules also apply to the common areas. Please avoid noise and do not leave your personal belongings in the common areas. Please remember to leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it on arrival. Arrival and Departure: Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€. The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in. - Please note that we can check your ID upon arrival for security reasons. If the reservation was made for another person, please provide us with the name of the person and ask him/her to present an ID upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse access to the apartment if no identification is presented. - On the day of departure, please follow the instructions of the check-in representative. - Key: If you do not return the key that was given to you or if you lose it, you must inform us immediately. If you took the key with you, you must return it to us within 7 days by certified mail with return receipt requested. Otherwise, the replacement of the lock, which can amount to several thousand euros, will be done at your expense. Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In) Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each). With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree. The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience. The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
