We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was as listed in the listing description. We were greeted and checked in by Nona. She was so kind and personable. She showed us how everything worked and pointed us to the closest grocery store. Communication with Hanna and her team was easy and quick. The beach towels and umbrella were really nice to have as well as we did frequent the beach! The air conditioner was quiet and a very nice to have for our stay. Overall, I would recommend this flat for your stay and would stay here again! :)

Super nice host and a really nice apartment. Said there would be an elevator but this one was broken when we arrived, didn't see any signs that it was under repair. Would have been good to know late before as there were a lot of stairs. Otherwise, nice apartment, good area, close to everything.

Nice apartment extremely well located in the city : close to the beach, close to a tram station, close to the train station, close to several supermarkets, quiet street. Hanna is very responsive and reactive if you have any questions or problem.

Very nice appartement in a nice neighbourhood, perfect for a city trip or longer stay in Nice. Not directly in the crowed city centre but in a living area next to it so not that noisy but accessible to the centre, the beach or the train station. Hanna was a perfect host. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Gorgeous balcony which was one of the reasons we chose the place. Great location in Nice. We did find that the bathroom was very tight/small and the bed and pillows were not super comfortable, but it was acceptable for the length of our stay.

Hanna showed such a great hospitality. It was so easy to check in, house was clean and all must have things available at house. Location is also great that by walking you can reach out anywhere. Balcony and hij ceiling apartment creates a nice relax environment. The only may be disadvantage - shower is a small one, but I had no issue at all. Thank you Hanna!

I can highly recommend it. The location is great (15 minutes max. walk to the sea or the old town) and the apartment has a very nice terrace. Hanna and her colleague were available via messenger, which made communication easy and straightforward. Very nice there. I would always book it again.

Good stay in this studio that perfectly matches the listing and is very well equipped, but worries about work on the terrace so we could not enjoy it + leakage problem but which was immediately repaired. The studio is in a pretty good location (it takes about a 10-minute walk to get to the city center). Hanna, the host is very kind and available!

Cannot recommend more to stay here in Nice. The train station is just a 10 minute walk away so it’s perfect for taking day trips out to Menton, Cannes etc. The beach is also just a 10 minute walk if you would like to stay in Nice. Hanna is an incredible host who always makes herself available and was extremely helpful on both our check-in and out as well as giving us some great recommendations. 10/10 experience

Hanna was an excellent host, who was on hand with lots of information. The apartment is very close to the Tramp station Alcasac Loraint. There are also various buses in all directions. The apartment impresses with a beautiful small terrace and is centrally located in Nice, so you can also reach everything on foot. The apartment is highly recommended. We will book it again when we go to Nice again.

Hanna's accommodation is easy to find and has good transportation rights! It's close to the airport and you can walk to Nice Station I can cook, I can do the laundry Hanna was very kind when she was friendly I had a great time in hot Nice because of the air conditioner!

Wonderful apartment that matches photos and descriptions perfectly! Hanna and Nonna were lovely hosts, very helpful and quick response time to queries. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Nice! Round the corner from a shop, tram stop and only 10 minutes to the beach! Apartment was clean and the balcony really makes this place!

Positive sides: + location ( next to a metro station, a few min to the beach and the train station, not far from Vieux Nice) + sunny terrace Negative sides: - the street is rather noisy (by night you can hear motos and cars) so sleeping with a window open during the night doesn't work, you will want to close to the window and turn on the A/C but the air blows directly above your head when you sleep - we stayed there for 5 nights but only 2 rolls of, very thin toilet, paper were provided. The host said for the rest of our stay we should get toilet paper ourselves. Since what you can get in a supermarket is minium pack of 8 rolls maybe it's better you take some extra toilet paper with you if you plan to stay there more than 2 nights - the clic-clack bed would be okay for one person but it's only 140 cm wide so it wasn't big enough for 2 people - the celling of the kitchen looks a bit scary (doesn't look like a decent job) and we had cockroaches (!) not only in the kitchen but also under the bed and in the wardrobe . That was definitely the worst of our stay. Ask the host if the issue with cockroaches has been solved before you book this Airbnb We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the fact how convenient it was to get to the metro station and the beach from the Airbnb but we didn't enjoy our stay in that place.

Great location! Close to the city center in a quiet area. The apartment is nice and the terrace is lovely. There are shops nearby which are really convenient and a coffee place 2 minutes away. The apartment was clean, the bathroom was small (you see it all in the pictures). We didn't mind since we were out the entire day and then had a glass of wine on the terrace. The host was really nice and helpful.

The apartment is small but well equipped and close to the beach and the old town, and the outdoor area was lovely. Unfortunately, there had recently been a leak so the apartment smelled very damp. Small studio on the 5th floor, with elevator. The apartment has good basic amenities and also air conditioning. Our highlight of the apartment was the beautiful, sunny terrace! The apartment is located about 10 minutes from the nearest beach and the old town is also within walking distance.

My boyfriend and I had a really nice stay in the apartment (10 days). Everything was as described, and the communication with Hanna was effortless and friendly. We were really happy with our stay! Would not recommend for longer stays however, since the bed is a sofa bed:-)

The best Airbnb experience ever! Our host, Hanna was fantastic. We had a late arrival (10pm) and she met us at the Airbnb on time and showed us all of the important details about entering the building and using the amenities. The flat is in great condition and is very clean. Also the air conditioning was much appreciated as it was very warm in Nice. The building is in the perfect location. The area feels very safe. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the train station & a 12-15 walk to the beach. I took a day trip to Antibes and it was incredibly easy! A quick walk to the train and about a 20 minute ride to Antibes. The flat is a 5 minute walk to the nearby super market & around the corner from a fantastic gelato shop. I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again & will recommend it to my friends! Thx!

This studio apartment was perfect for my friend and I. We walked to the beach every day and enjoyed all the food. The terrace is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and read a book. Hanna was so kind and wonderful with communication. Definitely recommend for two people.

Everything was fantastic. Apartment exactly as advertised and in a brilliant area, 10 mins from both the old town and the main train station. Hanna was very friendly and she was even flexible with check in times, allowing us to check in earlier and check out later. She was always at the end of the phone and even sent over some recommendations for good restaurants/bars. Definitely recommend and would stay again! Thanks!!

Would highly reccomend this place to anyone wanted to explore Nice. The apartment is in a brilliant location and is in a 10 minute walk to most things. Me and my partner stayed here for two days and was a good sized apartment for two. Hanna the host is extremely helpful.

The apartment is terrific. We particularly enjoyed the balcony area. The apartment is very well situated for access to trains and trams. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and cafes. Really great that we had the use of towels, a beach mat and an umbrella for use on the local beaches. The apartment has a nice kitchen and we really benefitted from the use of the washing machine during our 12 day visit. We will visit Nice again and would have no hesitation in booking this apartment. Hanna also assisted with our travel plans and despite our flight delay Hanna's team member was on hand on our arrival at the apartment. Terrific service. A great trip and perfect accommodation. The flat is extremely well located. There is a tram station very close by, but the train station and beach are also a short walk away. The living room is nicely furnished, with everything you need, is clean, has a nice terrace for the evening red and I slept very well in the bed!

Julie/ Genevieve's apartment is very well located. It is close to the Promenade des Anglais, Old Nice, the beach and other amenities (grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) So if you're looking for proximity to tourist places it's a great choice. I recommend it. Nevertheless, if you are looking for comfort as well, my friend and I do not recommend. When we arrived at the time agreed with the managers, the person who was supposed to welcome us came late by more than 20 minutes. Also, she did not apologize and tried to say that the problem came from me, being unreachable and not having a French number! To add, we had some difficulties with the apartment and it was difficult for us to reach the managers and it took several follow-ups (until 48 hours) to be able to have a solution. We had a pleasant time in Nice, but it would have been perfect with a better apartment. Ps: very hot in the apartment in mid-August. Only a small fan but not enough and plan a mosquito hunt.

Beautiful high ceilings, equipped kitchen, cute patio and best of all a washer! We loved sitting out on the patio and enjoyed our stay here.
