Fabulous location, roomy apartment, and clean, not cluttered. We felt very comfortable and ‘at home.’ I would definitely recommend staying here. Host was so helpful and responsive…wonderful experience!

The room was perfect! The bed was comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the ideal place to relax after a long day. I couldn’t have asked for a better space to stay in – it felt like a home away from home!

The apartment was on the top floor and there was a small lift from second to fourth floor which was helpful for luggage. The apartment was spacious and it was great having 2 bathrooms which had spacious showers. The washing machine was very handy and we used quite a bit during our 5 day stay. The air conditioning worked well, beds were comfortable and had all amenities you may need including iron and beach towels. The location is the best with bakeries, restaurants and shops right outside the apartment. It felt very safe at night for walking around. There were countless restaurants. It was couple of minute walk to Promenade de Anglais, just over 10 min to train station and about same time old town Nice markets. The power went out in the whole building a couple of times during our stay caused by some storms on our first day. Fortunately it only impacted at night and Hanna ensured we had candles, torches and batteries. Hanna was very responsive. Loved our stay in this apartment.

We expect you or your guest to respect this place as well as the neighborhood and take care of the accommodation as if it were your own! - Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning is included, but the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. - The guest is responsible for and must pay for any damage to the accommodation. - All these rules also apply to the common areas. Please avoid noise and do not leave your personal belongings in the common areas. Please remember to leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it when you arrived. Arrival and Departure: - Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€. The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in. - Please note that we may check your ID upon arrival for security reasons. If the booking was made for another person, please let us know the guest's name and ask him/her to show ID upon arrival. We reserve the right to deny access to the apartment if no identification document is presented. - On the day of your departure, please follow the instructions of the check-in representative. - Key: If you do not return the issued key or if you lose it, you must inform us immediately. If you have taken the key with you, you must return it to us within 7 days by certified mail with confirmation of receipt. Otherwise, the replacement of the lock, which may amount to several thousand euros, will be carried out at your expense. - For your protection and that of our team, it is mandatory to wear a mouth guard when checking in and out, as well as during any other contact between you and us. Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In) Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each). With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree. The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience. The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
