My friends and I had a great stay here. It is a really good location and a great size for 6 people. Hanna was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Two minor “issues” were that the apartment has a slight musty smell from our experience but it wasn’t awful. The second was that we had to replace almost anything we used during our stay. An example of this was even the toilet paper as there was only a few rolls provided for 6 people over a 5 day stay. When asked for more, we were told we had to supply this ourselves. Very different from our experience using airbnbs elsewhere.

Enjoyable break at this very well appointed apartment. Spacious, bright and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach, supermarkets and walking distance to Old Town and Nice Ville station. Hanna was very helpful and responsive throughout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hanna is a very welcoming host and was always very quick to respond to any queries we had. The apartment is in a great location in Nice - a five minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk into the Old Town. The apartment is very well equipped and having two bathrooms was perfect for our family of five adults. We would love to return at some point.

My friends and I were looking to spend a few calm days in Nice to end off our hectic travels. This Airbnb was perfect for us. The place was very clean and stocked with everything from laundry detergent, espresso pods, to beach towels and toys. The location was also perfect for us to walk to lunch, the beach and even clubs on a night out. Hannah was incredible at communicating and making the check in process very easy for us.

Lovely clean apartment with a nice spacious living area. Hanna is so helpful. She was very accommodating and we were able to check in early to the apartment & leave later on the last day. The apartment is very close to the beach and beach clubs and there is everything yo need in close proximity, supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacy etc.

Hanna is VERY organised. There are detailed instructions for arrival and departure. She has an extensive folder with every piece of information you could possibly want. She also shares great options for restaurants, bars, activities. The apartment is AWESOME. 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Full kitchen (all utensils and cooking appliances). Small elevator from ground floor to 5th floor apartment. 3 minutes to Rue d’Anglais, 12-15 minutes to main train station, 5 minutes to tram station. Nice is very walkable city. This Airbnb is just one block from the famous Negresco Hotel. It’s not smack in the middle of the tourist hustle/bustle. It’s on a quiet street and there are plenty of “locals places” nearby.

The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable for our family of five which includes three adult sized teens. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for all of us either at the table or at the bar. We enjoyed several late afternoon snacks together and petite déjeuner every morning. There were also towels, umbrellas and mats for use at the beach. Also a very helpful book detailing all of the appliances and other useful info about the apartment and Nice. Overall a lovely apartment and wonderful host.

A real gem. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and located 5 min walk from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were high quality ones. 5 miles from the airport. Lot of things to do around the apartment- restaurants, supermarkets, beach, and beautiful boardwalk. Hanna was always available for any question we had. I highly recommend to book this apartment.

Great apartment, great location and great host. This review would be a solid five stars if not for the smell mentioned by previous reviewers. It was not unbearable but it was unpleasant. Hopefully they can get it sorted because this is otherwise a really cool apartment.

This was a great place to stay! Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment was a nice size for our family, and was comfortable and quiet. The host was very responsive and friendly, and the guidebook was helpful and thorough. Highly recommend!

The check in process was unnecessarily complicated, instead of just getting codes to get in we had to notify the host 30 minutes prior to arrival (which we did), and then wait for the host at the door. However, it was an hour before they arrived from the time we notified them. So we sat outside with toddlers and several suitcases waiting to get in. During this time one of the residents who’s unhappy about having AirBnB yelled at us. This wasn’t the worst part by far. When we arrived we noticed they had these covers over the shower drains, you have to move them for the water to drain but the smell that comes through is horrible. It smells up both bedrooms and the hallway to the kitchen with an awful sewage smell.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in the heart of Nice! This was the nicest, cleanest, most modern airbnb we’ve experienced in Europe - as Americans used to the comforts of home we really appreciated how updated, clean, and COMFORTABLE it was (great beds, sufficient amount of pillows, etc.). Hanna was a great host and the location near the beach was awesome. Close to the train station and airport too!

We recently stayed at Hanna's place for a family vacation. Hanna and her colleague Nona were wonderful hosts, always quick to respond and very helpful with check-in and any questions we had. The house was well-equipped with amenities, including a washing machine, iron, kitchen and access to Netflix, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the beach mat and towels provided. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend Hanna's place for a great stay in Nice. It's a perfect choice with a responsive host, excellent amenities, and a prime location for a wonderful vacation.

Nid Douillet was exactly as described, and just as lovely as the pictures. Really clean, well equipped and great location two minutes from the sea front. Hanna was exceptionally helpful, arranging to meet us early to drop off our luggage, and clearly explaining everything. She was also very patient with the constant questions from our 4 year old! A great base, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

This was the nicest Airbnb that I have ever stayed in. The apartment was absolutely spotless and fitted out with everything you would need. It was very well organised and a lot of thought seems to have gone into it, right down to the finest detail. The apartment is on the top floor and has fantastic high ceilings with sky lights that adds great light and space to the living area. Hannah was very helpful and informative on checking in from information on the apartment to recommendations on local bakeries for a birthday cake we needed to get for our daughters birthday. I've been to Nice a few times with my family and would definitely look to book this place again if it was available.

We loved our stay at Nid Douillet. It was very clean and had everything we needed and plenty of room for six people, including beach towels and mats, kitchen equipment, AC worked really well. It’s so close to the public beach, just a few minutes walk, so you can go back and forth. Also close to bike share stations, the tram, bus stops, lots of restaurants and shops, gelato, bakeries etc. Definitely we would stay here again, everything felt effortless. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator holds only three people so depending on your mobility you’ll want to allow time for that. Hanna was a really organized and helpful host. Thanks for everything!

We just finished our 5 night trip to Nice. We cannot say enough positive things about Nice, Hanna and the apartment. Hanna was fantastic- a great host, very responsive and helpful. We needed a car service last minute and she was happy to assist. Hanna met us at the apartment, showed us around and got us settled. She purchased some beverages and snacks to have upon our arrival per our request. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and in a great location. Close to the beach and walking distance to the old town. We highly recommend you visit Nice and stay here. Thank you Hanna, we hope to return!

My family of five had a wonderful stay at Hanna’s! She was great allowing us to store our luggage in the morning before check-in, while we wondered around Nice. The location is wonderful, very close to everything, especially the beach. The rooms were great! The kitchen has everything you need, and bathrooms were perfect!! The place is on the 5th floor, so there is an elevator, though really on two could fit in, we squeezed 3 sometimes. The living area is wonderful, it’s open to the dining and kitchen. Best of all, the place has air conditioning which we needed for the heatwave we were experiencing. Thank you Hanna for everything!!

Great place and perfect location. Easy access to Nice and all you’d want. The aircon was brilliant in the heat wave. The apartment has everything you need and more. Couldn’t fault it. Only small disappointment was the check-in. Had to arrange a time and have a handover, which put pressure on your timing with trains etc. Much preferred the lockboxes or Nuki arrangements for the rest of our trip. Much of the handover info was way OTT.

We came to Nice to complete the Half Ironman challenge. The apartment was in the perfect location for us to get to and from the race venue by walking. We had more than enough space to store our bikes and gear. Super clean and well decorated. Also close to the beach and plenty to do. Flexible check in and out, clear instructions. Highly recommend

This place definitely deserves it's Airbnb Plus designation. From check-in to check-out, everything had been thought of for us. Hanna was super friendly and very helpful with local hints. The location is 5 star. We came with a car and used the public parking (underground) 5 mins away, where we left the car until our departure. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais, and a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. There are many grocery stores within a 5 minute walk, and the train station (we visited Monaco) is a 20 minute walk away. The apartment is very quiet for being so centrally located. The fully stocked kitchen was much appreciated, as were the fluffy new towels and the shampoo/body wash in the showers. We also appreciated the instruction booklet left in the kitchen which helped is figure out the appliances, garbage, washing machine, etc. Communication with Hanna was always easy. If we are ever in Nice again, this will be our home base! We loved it.

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you'll need. The location is great, you can walk to many attractions, but you also have easy access by bus and tram. This place was the LOVELIEST! Highly recommend. Hanna hustled to let us check in early, was sweet & thorough in welcoming us. The home is charming and open, gorgeous balconies, well stocked and appointed kitchen, comfy beds, AC, and good water pressure made everything here à joy. 5 min walk to local tram station with lots of nearby markets, etc. we LOVED our stay in this apartment and were sad to leave it!

We recently did a two-week stay here in July as a family of four. It was the perfect home base to explore everything the Nice area has to offer. Our kids loved the fact the apartment was just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais and a great public beach. The location was super convenient for other reasons, too—great supermarkets and bakeries are all a block away. The place looks as good as in the pictures and we appreciated all the modcons, including the effective A/C, the good WiFi, the stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer. Le Nid Douillet was also super close to bus, tram and train lines to get around Nice and head to all the hotspots like Villefranche, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Antibes, etc. Last but not least, Hanna was always available for help and advice and even booked our taxi to the airport. We hope to come back!

A great place! The apartment is super spacious and has everything you need for a great trip. We stayed as a family of 4 for two weeks. It’s easy to reach from the airport and very close to the beach. It’s a short walk to the bustle of the old town, which is ideal to walk off the evening meal! Hanna, who looked after us, was very helpful and had lots of recommendations and suggestions. She was always on hand to deal with our queries. We would definitely stay here again.

We were amazed at the quality of this place. It was so close to the beach and wonderful places to eat. It was spotless and Hanna was so helpful— my family experienced a total nightmare trying to fly in and Hanna had a driver (who was incredibly friendly) waiting at the airport even though the arrival time kept getting delayed. The kitchen was so well stocked. It was cool during a heatwave, and stylish enough (with a beautiful scene out the windows) to make eating in as nice as a restaurant. We would absolutely recommend staying here, and will probably come back!

Hanna was exceptionally helpful and friendly, from sorting our airport pick up, dealing efficiently with our delay, a very comprehensive check in and she even sorted boarding pass printing on our return. NID DOUILLET is truly a Home Sweet Home. It couldn’t be better placed, a short ride from the airport, a hop from the sea and everything you need in the vicinity within walking distance pharmacy, groceries etc. Apartment very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Our stay here was superb. Our host Hanna was thoughtful and helped us with many details during our stay. She went above and beyond when it came to finding a place to get our covid tests before leaving for the US. She was wonderful. The Airbnb was perfect for our stay and the location was excellent. Hanna was the perfect host and this was a great apartment to spend a few days in. Check-in was super easy, Hanna had organised a taxi from the airport for me and was waiting when I arrived. She was very friendly and showed me how everything in the apartment worked. There was a fabulous folder with instructions on how all the facilities worked as well as information on places to go and visit. She gave me some tips on how to get to specific places I wanted to go. The apartment itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had all the kitchen equipment you'd need and all the appliances were in great condition. The bed was super comfortable too. I felt very at home here! The location is also great - tram line no.2 is 5 minutes walk away. There are several supermarkets within 2-3 minutes; Carrefour, Alsi, Casino and U Express. The promenade is beautiful and just one block to the south. Definitely worth a walk along here in the morning! I really enjoyed the walk along Rue de France to the Old Town most days. From that area too you can catch the 100 bus along the coast to Monaco and Eze village and Botanical Gardens are a must! I would highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Nice. Hanna is super helpful and I'd love to come back some time.

The accommodation was perfect, well located 50 m from the sea. It is tastefully arranged and has all the comforts and amenities. We were 6 people and we all enjoyed staying in this place. Small inconvenience the accommodation does not have a parking lot. It's expensive in private parking at the end of the stay.

One of the BEST places we have stayed in. This place made me feel like I was at home. We have been traveling for six weeks staying at Airbnb’s and this place is one of the absolute best we have stayed in. It is so clean and every attention has been paid to detail. The sheets are lovely white hotel quality the pillows are so comfortable, also hotel quality. They provide towels for showering as well as towels for the beach. They were so easy to deal with and arranged our transportation for us as well. We are a family of 5, 2 adults 3 teenagers and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is about a four minute walk to the beach if that. It is also very close/walking distance to everything. Bonus, there is an elevator for your luggage as it is on the top floor. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!!

We just spent Christmas week in Nid Douillet with my husband and two kids. The apartment was very comfortable , perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The restaurants were not open at the moment we were able to cook no problem. Hanna welcomed us very warmly, and was very available. The common areas of the building are clean and the place is quiet, located close to the Promenade des Anglais. I recommend it 100%.

A very stylish apartment with the best connection. The beach is only 300m away - shopping at your doorstep - it is only 700 m to the tram. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes. The apartment has a large reception with open dining and living area. The bathrooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The reception by Hanna was great - a guided tour of the apartment did not exclude you and took a lot of time for us.

Apartment particularly pleasant to live in, bright, quiet, on the top floor of the building, very well located near the Promenade des Anglais and shops ( supermarkets, rotisserie, pharmacy...). We are from different generations, my father, a senior over 80 years old, me, an adult in my 50s and my 22-year-old son, and we all really enjoyed this place, its layout, its decoration, its great cleanliness and its geographical location. The attentive and warm welcome and follow-up by Ivan and his team also contributed, for many, to the quality of our stay. A big thank you to everyone, especially Hannah!

Perfect place and great hosts. The apartment is new and stylish, classic, and cozy all at the same time. The location is fantastic at steps of every business you could need and a block from the waterfront. We thought everything was perfect and thought nothing could be better! Apartment is beautiful and well kept. Kitchen is well stocked and more than for for use to cook all meals. Living area is bright and airy. Air conditioning in all rooms! The bedrooms are perfect. Bathrooms are beautifully decorated and showers are fantastic. Last of all the welcome and helpfulness of the host was second to none, couldnt have been more helpful and courteous. Fantastic host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can’t say enough good things about this apartment. Myself and two friends spent 4 nights and wished that we had more time to enjoy it. The apartment was centrally located in a great location, beautiful, and extremely clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Nice!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is beautiful with updated kitchen and bathrooms- perfectly comfortable for 5 adults. The location is great - minutes from the beach, several grocery stores and bakeries and an easy walk to the old town and central shopping. There was a problem with the elevator on day and to our delight it was fixed within a few hours - thanks to the prompt attention of the host. Would definitely recommend.

Martin’s place is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully and tastefully designed. Very thoughtful touches throughout the penthouse flat! As we cooked in often, the pots and pans were terrific. And great cooking space. Loved all the natural light throughout. The rain showers were amazing. One of our guests found the 3rd bed a bit small and hard. However, we loved our beds. It was great having the lift to get up five stories. We would highly recommend this stunning penthouse. Fantastic location, just two blocks to the public beaches. We walked everywhere from this terrific location. You will love staying here.

The apartment is spotless and sparkling clean and had all the facilities we needed for our short stay. Very modern with a rustic feel. Nothing to fault. We felt at home straight away. First and foremost, this is my 10 or 11th airb&b and this was the best host I've had! We had two incidents that caused our arrival a bit it a hiccup and Hannah was more than delighted to assist us. She also had balloons and cakes for my son who was turning 15 during our trip. I was very pleased with everything and look forward to visiting again. Wonderful stay, location, and super clean.

This appartment in Nice is an absolute gem! It is very beautiful, super clean, and has all equipment/ things (e.g. tv, netflix, kitchen utilities, etc.) that you need for a nice, comfortable stay. It is only a small (nice) walk into the very old part of town (about 20 min), the boulevard and beach are just around the corner, and you have many supermarkets/ bakeries immediately outside the appartment. The beds and showers are very comfortable (we had great nights of sleep!), and the overall vibes are very pleasant.

A fantastic apartment in a great location! The beach is only a block away, and there are many bakeries and supermarkets very close by. The apartment is rustic, yet modern, and has great amenities. The air conditioning is brilliant, and the beds are comfortable. Ivan and Hanna were wonderful to deal with. They responded very quickly to queries, and organised us an airport transfer, plus extras such as a baby cot and high chair. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance!!

Wow! What an amazing apartment in a great location. One block away from the the promenade and shops and supermarkets on the surrounding streets. Hanna was a superb host and communicated really quickly and had great knowledge of the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed if staying in to eat. The bedrooms were light and airy with good sized beds and great air con. The bathrooms were again spotlessly clean and had toiletries and fresh towels provided. Thoughtful touches included the beach towels, sun umbrellas, floats and also washing powder to use for the washing machine. Couldn’t find one fault with the place - would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great location in Nice, 5 min walk to the beach and near so many great restaurants! We walked to old town, it is a bit of walk but not bad. Our 6 yr old loved the beach and our group loved the boogie boards, water noodle and beach towels provided. We had a fantastic time in Nice and would definitely stay here again.

The information provided in the description and photos were excellent but they could not capture all the great things about this property. It truly was an incredible find and we would definitely stay there again. We have already recommended it to someone because it is so well equipped, quiet, stylish and in a perfect location. Also, the communication with the owner as well Hanna, who checked us in and was availabe to us during our stay, was excellent. We are very thankful to the owners for sharing their wonderful property with us!

Great location, great apartment close to the beach! Beach amenities available (bath towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards). About 15 minutes walk to the center of the city. Apartment very clean and lovingly decorated. Essens-Basics vorhanden (Reis, Pasta, etc.). Super sweet welcome by Hanna and great recommendations on restaurants, clubs, etc. Everything very well organized!

Look no further, this is the place to book. My first stay with Airbnb and the apartment was great and great location. If I am going back to Nice, I will stay here again. This place looked great online - and was actually better than it looked in the online pics! Really beautiful apartment. Handled 6 of us easily/comfortably. Extremely clean, all new everything. Balcony we used everyday to sip coffee/wine and relax (mountain view to to north is real). Beds very comfortable, baths beautiful/new. Kitchen very functional (we had breakfast every day and made dinner one evening. Close to old town, beach/grocery options less than a block away (Carrefore). Thanks so much to Hanna for a great walkthru. Elevator a plus (it's on the 6th/top floor). We highly recommend this apartment.

This place is amazing! The flat is beautifully decorated, equipped to the highest standard and is in a perfect location (a few streets away from the promenade and within walkable distance to the old town). It had everything we needed and even more - plenty of towels, beach towels, toiletries, teas and coffees.... Basically everything we needed to feel like at home. Hanna and Ivan were super quick to reply to all my emails and sent plenty of information about Nice in advance, including restaurant recommendations and things to see/do. As a welcome gift we received a bottle of rose, which was very sweet on their behalf. Overall this was one of the best Airbnb places we've stayed at. We absolutely loved it!

Martin & Helene's apartment was absolutely beautiful, totally updated, clean and well situated. Before our arrival the hosts made reservations for us at local restaurants and were available to answer any questions we had about the area. They were quick to respond and made planning stress free. The apartment was a couple of blocks from the promenade and a short walk to the old city. There were six of us staying in the apartment and each couple had their own bedroom with plenty of storage space for belongings. When we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and were given an in depth tour of all of the amenities. Everyone had a wonderful time in Nice and we are thankful to the hosts for making our time there so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nice!

This apartment is fantastic. It is large, with three nice bedrooms and two bathrooms with great showers. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we had a large baby crib (pack and play) plus two high chairs. The location was good - near the promenade and a bus stop, and about 15-20 minute walk to Old Town. This is a great place and location for the price. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment according to photos. We had a great stay with our family. The apartment is located in the center of Nice, is large and spacious and the kitchen is also very well equipped. I would recommend this place to everyone whether it's with family or friends!

Recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore Nice. All is doable by walking, great host Hanna is friendly and helpful with any questions, responds quickly plus gives great local tips. We stayed there with 6 of us (all women), and fit perfectly. The kitchen amenities were also good, not often you have knives available in airbnb that actually cut well :) Supermarket and bakery around the corner, enough good restaurant in 10min walking distance, beach 3min walking.

The overall experience is fantastic, especially the location of Ivan’s apartment is very convenient to both beach and downtown area. In the meanwhile, the apartment is located in a very quiet street, so you can stay away from busy hassles of the busy street. The apartment itself is super clean and modern, highly recommend! To add one note: the manager of the Airbnb met us in person for both check in and check out, however, we didn’t feel like we are welcomed. For check in, She talked to us downstairs for 10 minutes, while everyone was standing with luggages. For check out, she made us feel like we did something wrong to the apartment by using tones and languages lacking of manner. However, we tried our best to clean out kitchen wares and take away the trash ( we already paid for the cleaning fee). So I guess the manager should improve her attitude.

All the facilities in the room are all available, relatively new, and the house is very clean.It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and within 20 minutes walk to the central station, there is a supermarket nearby and life is convenient.It's a great option.

It was an amazing place and much better than our expectations . it has been recently renovated, with all the latest amenities and it's perfect for families and even individuals / friends. at an excellent location by the promenade with all local amenities / restaurants quite nearby. Helene , our host, was superb in welcoming us personally, as also seeing us off. And the welcome wine bottle was very thoughtful and added a personal touch to the whole place.

The place was amazing! It’s very spacious, modern, clean and it has all the essentials and more. Ivan, Hanna and team were extremely helpful and flexible with our check in time. Hanna waited for us at the apartment until we arrived, even though we were running a bit late. They also left us a bottle of wine to enjoy, which was so lovely. Highly recommended!

Modern and stylish with rustic charm as advertised- this property is the very best example of the fact that old and new can be tastefully and cleverly combined. This apartment is newly renovated with very high-end features and amenities. It was impeccably cleaned upon our arrival (with a lovely bottle of rosé to welcome us - a very classy touch), and the hosts accommodated our every request seamlessly. The location is also top-notch, easily accessible and close to everything that we needed to enjoy a long weekend. And with three single adults, we had more than enough space for each of us. We didn't want to leave!

The accommodation is very close to the sea, very convenient for swimming, the view of the sea is beautiful, and the neighborhood is very safe.The appliances in the house are new.The landlord is very nice, very patient, and easy to communicate with.We booked the room late and the price is a bit high.But overall it's still pretty good.

Just book this place. I was nervous about booking as there were no reviews. But we were so happy we took the chance. Our family of 5 loved this place. The children had their own beds, which is so nice after a day in the sea. There are cute little balconies overlooking the streets that are great for enjoying a glass of French wine. This apartment is a few minutes walk to the sea, the markets, and to nice dining. A bit longer walk (~20 minutes) and you'll be in the Old Town part of Nice. The flat is very recently renovated with modern touches everywhere. Automatic sky lights, USB charging ports, and a fully stocked kitchen are just a few of the nice touches this apartment has to offer. We've been staying at Airbnb places for years, this is without question the nicest place we've ever rented. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay in your beautifully renovated apartment. Top floor was not a problem as the lift worked well. The apartment was very spacious and bathrooms immaculate. Kitchen well equiped. The location was excellent and very quiet. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Hanna’s advice on how to get around and what to see was also very good. Great apartment centrally located in Nice. Everything you need is within walking distance. Even the beach and the promenade are just around the corner. Still the locoation is in a quiet environment so you can realx and enjoy your stay. The place has recently been refurbished and is in top condition. Very stylish interior, especially the natural stone wall in the living and dining area create a great atmosphere. The apartment is large enough also for extended stays. Next time we‘ll definitely stay longer. Simply a place that leaves nothing to be desired. Also our host was on the spot with everything. Friendly and always helpfull with a ideas what to visit. Definitely enjoyed the the tour of old town Nice, thanks for the tip. We‘ll be back.

For two the place is too big! But for a family it is super. The location is central, meaning that you can easily reach the local amenities and attractions. The promenade is very close so you can enjoy the evening air. The apartment has had a great refurbishment. It is modern and well equipped (even the knife was sharp - not always the case in apartments) Organisation was well done, this is important when you are travelling to the city. Always a worry about where to get the key - but it all worked. We'll stay there again but next time with the kids too.
