The apartment is located close to most things. It has what is needed. A real bed should be considered, as the sleeping sofa is quite noisy and not that comfortable. There is not that much natural light, but not a problem for us as we were out and around most of the day.

Great location in the old town! Hanna was extremely friendly and accommodating: we were allowed to check out quite late. One should be aware that the room doesn't get a lot of daylight (the window faces a building) and the sofa bed is very squeaky, but we slept well nonetheless and had a great time!

Great location and very quiet. Bed was squeaky and not that comfortable. I would suggest a regular bed instead of a pullout sofa. Small shower. Bottle of wine was a nice touch.

We enjoyed ourselves, the area of Old Town is our favourite. One minute to Cours Saleya , two minutes to the beach. The bakery opposite served excellent breakfast. Also, cozy vibe. It took some day to get used to the apartment being dark as well as without daylight. Wish more cozy lighting. The bed was just okay. There are no hooks and shelves on the walls . For me and my nine year old granddaughter it worked out well and we are happy. Thank you also to Hanna for your kind response.

The apartment is an excellent option at this price-point - the location in old Nice is unbeatable, the space is clean, the kitchen amenities made cooking small meals effortless, the washing machine and drying rack a useful addition and the communication with the host organisation was outstanding. I would recommend the accommodation based on these benefits, with the following caveat: if one would feel more comfortable on a bed rather than a pull out couch and/or enjoy natural light to relax/wake up to, it may be more beneficial to increase ones' accommodation budget.

We had a great time at the apartment in Nice. It was very central, just a two minute walk to the beach and 25 minutes to the train station. Would definitely come back!

PERFECT stay! The most perfect location for Old Town, Nice! Even on our walking tour he took us past our location. Right across from the beach. Everything is easily walkable. Train about 15 if you’re going to take it. Ubers easy to come not a far walk with luggage. It’s a block away from numerous restaurants and the market that happens daily! Our hosts were amazing we are very thankful for their reliability and flexibility. Host greeted us and showed us everything about the apartment! Would definitely stay here again next time! :)

the only problem is that there is no proper daylight.. little French balcony with door is opening to Airing area in between the building and so no proper daylights. since I was there just in the evening to sleep only this did not bothered me at all. also compare to the facilities provided this was nothing to me.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Simple apartment, but close to everything you could ever need when staying in Nice. Only a few seconds from the amazing beach, and a few more minutes to the famous market, and a walkable distance to the city centre. Seriously a perfect location. The apartment itself was cozy and clean, and has everything you need. The hosts were amazingly friendly, and accommodating. They were also very communicative, and responds right away. They meet you at check in, and show you the place properly. Will come back when I visit Nice in the future.

Very nice spot close to the beach and old town Nice. There were a lot of restaurants and stores around. We loved the styling and tile in the room. We are 2 people 190cm tall and the pull out mattress was surprisingly comfortable. If you arrive by car budget extra time to park. There are open garages a very close distance away (parking saleya has a lot of spaces and 2min walk) but if you miss a turn you will spend a lot of time in traffic.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was very clean and nicely decorated🥰 Our communication with Hanna was also great. Quick and friendly responses🤩 The location of the apartment completely exceeded our expectations😍 The only drawback: the balcony is unfortunately very small and in a narrow alley with temporary odor nuisance. Do not invite to linger. We will still be happy to come back.

We loved this studio in Old Nice! The location was perfect- truly only about a 3 minute walk to the beach. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for the host to meet us for check-in. Otherwise, this place is exactly as posted in the listing and in a wonderful location. Would stay again!

The apartment is very good, I would recommend it for anyone visiting nice and the Cote d'Azur for a few days. Super clean and equiped, and the location i perfect at the center of Vieux Nice and 2 mins walk from the beach !

Great cosy spot perfect for two right in the thick of the action in Nice's old town. Fantastic service from greeter Hanna. Thoughtful attention to detail, laundry and washing liquid provided, no need for a trip to the supermarket on arrival just to clean the dishes!

A great stay! Hanna advanced the check-in time and delayed the check-out time from our plane schedules, a lovely hostess. The accommodation is in a great location, with small touches for guests in it, and does not overlook the street, it remains cool and rather quiet despite the location. I recommend it!!

The studio was nicely decorated. The host was lovely and responsive. The bed is a fold out couch and is about as comfortable as you’d expect. Overall, you really can’t beat this location - so close to many great restaurants, bars, beach and public transportation.

Beautifully restored studio, original and tasteful decoration. Very quiet, a short walk to the sea, ideal for swimming at the jump of the bed. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a simple meal, great! We really enjoyed our stay. As noted by previous hosts, the only problem is the sofa bed, not comfortable. However, we recommend it without hesitation!

LOVED my stay at this Airbnb! It is literally a few minutes to the beach and in the heart of old village. The host was super responsive and helpful, great communication. I worked here a bit and the wifi was strong. The bed is a pullout sofa, but as someone else said there is so much nearby that you wear yourself out and it doesn’t matter. There isn’t a lot of natural light, but I liked that so that I could sleep as late as I wanted:) Plenty of overhead lighting and lamps to brighten the space. The hallway echoes, so you might hear people coming home late on the weekends but not a huge deal. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

This Airbnb is the absolute perfect place to stay in Nice. 30 seconds away from the local market, 1 min walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing bars, cafes, ice cream parlours and patisseries. Hanna was a very responsive and helpful host; she even sent us a list of 30 recommended places to eat and drink! Would 100% stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment as a solo traveler. The location could not be better. Check-in was very easy and Hanna was lovely. The apartment was clean, there was a nice little kitchen, and I appreciated having a washing machine! I would echo the points made in other reviews (that there is only a sofa bed and not a lot of natural light) but nonetheless give 5 stars because of all of the positives. Especially for the price, a really great option in Nice that I would highly recommend.

Hanna is amazing person and host, she has beautiful energy. Our flight was late and she welcomed us nicely and was very quick to give us instructions how to get quickly to the apartment. Apartment has everything a person needs, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, towels, washing machine... and everything was clean. Only downside at this apartment is the bet which is actually sofa (as you ca see in the photos). It's uncomfortable but if you spend a day at the beach and walking around, you don't notice the bed. Internet is super fast and I have worked from this apartmentfor couple of days and it was great. Plus if you turn on camera on the meetings you will get a lot of compliments of your background. Another downside (for someone) is that the only window is looking at another building wall and there is almost no light in the morning. It was hard to get up. But this means apartment won't get warm during the day and it's amazing how quiet it is.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! After spending a week in nice I can confirm there is literally no better location than this apartment!!!! 60 second walk from the beach and from the famous market. All of the bars and restaurants are sooooo close by. I worked remotely here for a week and the wifi was great. The kitchen is super well equipped and AC works well. Check in was very smooth and flexible and Hannah is SO helpful! Keep in mind it’s an old building and you can hear everything and for longer stays, the sofa bed might be a little uncomfortable but other than that I would 100% recommend this Airbnb

Probably one of the best places to stay at in Nice! The location was the best possible location you could hope for: in the middle of Old Nice and just a couple of steps from the sea (100 m)! The room was clean and had everything one could need, including bedding and even beach towels. The air conditioner is a life saver and a must in Nice. The kitchen was adequately equipped, including a coffee pod machine with pods, basic spices, a pot and a pan, tasteful dinnerware, decent knives. There was also a washing machine and laundry detergent. The bathroom was tiny, stunning and had everything necessary. The living room was small and had a foldable sofa bed that maybe isn’t the most comfortable or sturdy but does the trick. A tiny romantic balcony is located between houses so it’s private. Finally, our host Hanna was absolutely amazing! She was easily reachable, very friendly, gave a lot of good recommendations and was kind enough to do a lil extra! Will definitely be back!

It is everything you might want and more. Located in historic old town apartment is very cute and newly renovated. It is one minute to beach, restaurants, market and transportation. I think it is a best place to stay in Nice and due to location it is very quiet at night. Bathroom is absolutely beautiful and I was getting plenty of hot water. Washer was so nice to have. It did not have cons for me. There is no bed so you sleep on the sleeping sofa. I did not care because I was sleeping like a baby after all the activities. Hanna was amazing to communicate with and made the stay even more comfortable

This air bnb was amazing! Hanna was such a huge help with everything and was very responsive. It’s in a perfect location and we felt very safe. The beach is so close and there is so much to do. Also - the place is decorated really cute :) would definitely recommend!
