We are pleased to present our apartment "Amalfi", located in a small, discreet alley in the Jean-Médécin district, one of Nice's liveliest and most emblematic areas.

Amalfi is located on the 2nd floor with elevator. It measures 45m2 and has 3 main rooms, all air-conditioned + with balcony access.

All rooms have just been renovated + we've put a lot of effort into the layout + decoration to make you feel perfectly at home.

Fantastic place and location! It was a pleasure dealing with Hannah and her team. Would highly recommend booking here. The condo is newly renovated and the building is actually quite quiet. Everything is within walking distance, close to both the beach and Old Nice. Plenty of restaurants and shops. What a great vacation!

The apartment is in the center, as we were looking for. Hannah met us in person and handed us the keys. Check-in went well, everything is clear, clear. Beautiful, new, clean apartment. Definitely worth the money. I definitely recommend it!

Romain’s place was fantastic! The host was very kind and responsive. The home was in a perfect location - very close to Old Town and the beach, but not in the middle of the touristy area. The home was very spacious and clean. I would definitely come back!

Romain is the owner that has a strict point of view of excellence in every detail as well as Hanna . They offer you a place with soap towels and things to make your stay 5 hotel stay, shampoo , wash soap for machines, a wine . They have a washing mashing for the clothes and dishwasher . The air condicioner it’s available in every Space of the apartment ! A supermermarket nearby has plenty of things . Recomend for everyone ! Thanks for the communication and the links via what up of Nice . We loved this as a guide to spend wonderful 5 days . Tre chic apartment with a little terrace included Marcela and Alejandro 💚🌊🇫🇷

We expect you or your guest to respect this place and the neighborhood and to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own! - Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning is included, but the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. - The guest is responsible and must pay for any damage to the accommodation. - All these rules also apply to the common areas. Please avoid noise and do not leave your personal belongings in the common areas. Please remember to leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it on arrival. Arrival and Departure: - Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€. The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in. - Please note that we can check your ID upon arrival for security reasons. If the reservation was made for another person, please provide us with the name of the person and ask him/her to present an ID upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse access to the apartment if no identification is presented. - On the day of departure, please follow the instructions of the check-in representative. - Key: If you do not return the key that was given to you or if you lose it, you must inform us immediately. If you took the key with you, you must return it to us within 7 days by certified mail with return receipt requested. Otherwise, the replacement of the lock, which can amount to several thousand euros, will be done at your expense. Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In) Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each). With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree. The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience. The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
