Loved our stay for a family of 4. The location was fantastic and with the fans and AC on, overall quiet despite being in the midst of everything. The host communication beforehand was great and very accommodating. When our luggage was lost and we were late arriving, they were flexible and understanding and still met us immediately upon our arrival. We very much enjoyed the beach umbrellas, beach towels and swim noodles. Everything felt easy and comfortable.

This place is a perfect little gem if you are looking to be in the middle of all the action in Old Town Nice. Comfortable with everything you need within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. The place has both old world charm and modern convenience. Not suitable for any with mobility issues as you will go up and down many flights of stairs to access. Know that the nightlife in Old Town is very lively, so bring your AirPods with white noise. We loved the place!

We had a last minute cancelation and so glad we found this airbnb. It's in a great location nestled in Old Nice, steps away from restaurants(Highly recommend Chez Juliette), the tram (train/metro), bars that are open until 5am. I will mention that the unit is on the 3rd floor (4th for Americans) but we received such a great welcome and assistance with our luggage from Bogdan that it's easy to overlook it. The unit is modern, AC is phenomenal, the 2nd bedroom is rather small and best for 1 person or 2 small people and the only room without AC but weather was still cool in April. We were welcomed with a wine bottle which was so thoughtful and everything you could need. The apartment is as beautiful in person as in pictures. Very well thought out. Definitely a great stay and would stay again! Thank you Hanna and Bogdan for everything. hope to see you soon :)

Perfect apartment in the perfect location. Markets, restaurants, bars and shops are all on your doorstep with the promenade and beach a short stroll through the Old Town. Great for a couple or young family, kitchen is very functional and well equipped. We would happily return next time we visit Nice.

The Unit was exactly as described, clean, and with great ventilation. The kitchen was fine and we cooked some of our meals and it had everything we needed. The reason for the 4-star and not 5-star is twofold. First, there is an after-hours club on the ground level. Each weekend night and some weeknights the crowd noise was so loud at 23:00 and at 5:00 it was not possible to sleep through it. My spouse moved to the second bedroom to sleep. If you like to be up partying at those hours, it may be great for you, but not for sleeping. Secondly, the common areas, the hallway, and the staircase to get to the unit are very dusty and needs cleaning, as well as, paint is chipping off the ceilings and walls.

Thank you for a wonderful time in the heart of Nice! I was allowed to live in the spacious and well-equipped apartment for almost two months. The apartment is absolutely quiet in an atmospherically wonderful side street of the old town and a stone's throw from the cathedral. All public transport (such as to the airport or train station) was also within walking distance. From the impeccable cleanliness and the very comfortable beds to the great equipment of the kitchen to the huge range of TV, Netflix, music channels and the like, everything was made for a longer stay. Loving amenities, a nice selection of books, and a lot of great insider tips on restaurants and shopping were perfectly founded. I would come back immediately!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the Old Town in Nice. The location was absolutely brilliant - walking distance to restaurants, cafes, ice-cream, the beach, museums and the tram stop at Garibaldi. Hanna welcomed us at check-in and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. The apartment itself was cosy, well equipped kitchen and the perfect size for our family of 3. Might not be the ideal apartment for younger children as no window locks available.

There were three of us, 8 days in the great apartment that has everything you need. The location is super very central and everything can be reached on foot. The only downside is that below the apartment is a club that attracts people until early in the morning. But the apartment is the best and everything meets.

We were 3 friends/ladies staying at this apartment. Although the 3 story walk-up in Old Town may not be for everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay at this apartment again. Hanna greeted me in person and on-time, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of this apartment, as well as all of the amenities that we appreciated such as iron, ironing board, kitchen spices and multiple utensils - fully equipped kitchen - even coffee. There is a booklet put together on the counter with virtually everything you ever needed to know about staying in this complicated yet beautiful neighbourhood. We cannot wait to return. We had an incredible stay at Daryna & Chris’ place in Old Town Nice. Hanna welcomed us to the apartment and helped us get checked in. She was very friendly, detailed and also shared many recommendations for restaurants and things to see in Nice. The location was absolutely perfect and was right in the heart of old town. Definitely a bit noisy at night, but we didn’t mind that at all! If/when we return to Nice, we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in Nice, this is perfectly located to everything! We were able to walk out the apartment and be right in the center of everything- amazing food and shops are all nearby! Additionally, the walk to the beach was easy and close! The only small downside was we had to wait about 20 min for the host to show up (she was with other guests) and bring us inside, wasn't at all a big deal and was totally understandable. Besides that one small downside everything else was perfect and I would totally recommend the apartment!

The hosts were very helpful and responsive! We had an issue with the hot water, and Hanna was available to help us immediately. The location is very central. The one downside is the noise at night, but that is to be expected downtown. We found putting on the air conditioning helped to muffle the noise. Would definitely recommend! :)

After a very stressful arrival because we arrived by hire car and our satnav directed us to the address, despite the laneways being restricted access unbeknown to us! We managed to meet Hanna who helped us unload from a nearby point and carry our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. The apartment was a calm and quiet retreat in the most exciting part of the Old Town and was very well stocked with everything from wine to thick, fluffy bath towels, beach towels, detergent and cooking supplies. Hanna showed us how to use the air conditioning which was a godsend in the heat of July. Everything in Nice is an easy and enjoyable stroll, the beach is probably 300 meters away and the fresh fruit and flower market about 200 meters. This was a great place to stay, too spoiled for choice with brilliant bakeries and restaurants to bother cooking anything ourselves.

The old town of Nice is beautiful, with lots of bars, restaurants, markets and character. 5 min walk from the tram stop from the airport and 25 min walk to the main train station. Very easy to get to Cannes, Monaco or beyond from here. Great base if going to the Formula 1 GP. Only a short walk to the beach or to Colline du Château park which is lovely, especially early in the morning before it gets too busy, but even then its easy to find quiet paths. The apartment was comfortable and met all our needs. Hanna was a great host and answered any questions we had before we arrived, providing recommendations for restaurants and parking. She did warn that street parking is very difficult to find and the multi-story car parks are expensive.

I was contacted in advance to move the apartment because there was a leak in the listing I was originally booked. The moved apartment was so nice and the surrounding amenities, restaurants, shopping malls, etc. It's your best location to travel because you're close. Hanna was so kind! I also adjusted the check-in/check-out time, so I was able to travel comfortably without carrying heavy luggage!!! I really loved it! However, there is no elevator, so it can be a little difficult to carry your luggage up. I would still like to book if I come back.

The most responsible and helpful owner and hostess! We did not get to stay at this apartment, however our experience with the host and hostess was a great one. On our way to Nice on the train, hostess Hanna texted us to let us know the apartment would not be available due to water damage. She quickly found a replacement apartment in old town Nice under her management. She cleaned the apartment to make it ready for us to stay. She also sorted out payment for us in the most efficient way so we did not have to do a thing. We were very grateful to Hanna and to the owner for taking care of us. Their efforts made our trip a successful one. The replacement apartment is spacious and clean, is also in the best location in old town. We highly recommend this place, because the owner and Hanna will go extra mile to take care of their guests. When we visit Nice next time, we want to stay at Daryna and Chris' place.

Beautiful place in a very good location in old Nice even if it's a little dark, the apartment is very well equipped. We had a really nice little week. The animation in its small streets is very friendly and we were able to do anything on foot. The windows being closed in relation to the season, the street noise did not bother us. Excellent bedding. It's in a quiet street in an area that otherwise gets a little rowdy at night, and is very conveniently located to lots of activities and fun parts of Nice. It was a good location, lots of restaurants, an 8 minute walk to the beach and promenade and it was right around the corner from the very popular and delicious gelato place, Fenocchio’s. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. All prospective guests should note that it is 4 flights up with no elevator. We had a lovely time in Nice.

We really enjoyed our trip to Nizza. The Airbnb is in the heart of the old city, everything you need is just around the corner. You find everything you need in the Airbnb, the kitchen is well equipped and you even find beach towels and a parasol over there. Would recommend it!

This is a great value place. The location is right in old town nice close to many restaurants, sights, beach, tram. The place is very clean and the response time is fast. Beware, it is on a third floor with no elevator so you will have to do some exercise. We were there during the Monaco GP and it was a great option for transportation via tram and train. It is also very quiet, so you will not have problems sleeping. I highly recommend this place to couples.

Darnya & Chris's place is a wonderful location for people wanting to explore Vieux Nice. We found it to be just as advertised--clean and comfortable. However--be prepared to climb 4 flights of stairs! The unit is on the 3rd floor (which is the 4th floor by U.S. standards). Hannah (the greeter) is a great communicator and was really responsive when the air conditioning unit was leaking. Thank goodness there was a fan in the unit. The owners have put together a book of information about the flat and the surrounding area that came in handy--restaurant recommendations, where the nearest Tram line is, how to use the wash machine, etc. If you're considering a visit to Nice, this is a great place to stay.

We stayed in apartment for 6 nights in February. We are 4 people (46,17,17,12). We felt very comfortable. It was all there. Even coffee and wine were ready for us. The check-in and communication went great. Everything was perfect. Super nice landlord! The location is great. I enjoyed walking the streets to the bakery or Carrefour every morning. You can get to the sea very quickly! Nearby you will find everything you need, restaurants, shops, bakeries, pharmacy, etc. We will definitely come back.

This is a great apartment for exploring the Vielle Ville and surrounding area, including fort and promenade. Very nicely furnished. Three double flights of stairs -- but very spacious. Area was a little crowded during the holidays, but the street was empty and quiet except for occasional construction.

The apartment was located in a perfect location near almost every single spot of Nice. Of course, you gotta take into account that, being in the old town, might be some noise at night. For us was no problem but for some people might be. Hannah was so friendly and she explained us everything perfectly and even gave us some awesome restaurant recommendations. Nice flat in the Vieux Nice. Modern, well Furnished with 2 bedrooms and just a few minutes walk from sea and Massena place. Definitely a great location. Hannah is very welcoming and the check in was very smooth ! Just 2 things to be aware of: It is a 3rd floor without lift and one of the 2 bedrooms is very noisy (midnight to 6:00am Friday/Saturday) as there are bars and restaurants close by. It is probably more quiet during the week. The 2d bedroom is very quiet.

Only the air conditioning was overwhelmed with the heat. Nightly then unfortunately a bit noisy because next door is a nightclub (either relatively loud air conditioning or open window). Otherwise really GREAT!!!

This apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable. Hanna, who greeted us, was very helpful and friendly. The info book provides great detailed instructions for all appliances. A few things to keep in mind, it is a 3rd floor walk up, no elevator, so don't book if you can't manage lots of stairs w/your luggage and every time you go out (this is listed in the description, just a reminder.) Also, the location is great, but you will have to walk part of the way, as it is pedestrian only area. Not a problem for us at all, but just to make sure others know. The bedroom air conditioning was broken during our stay, which was quite disappointing, as it was hot and we did specifically book a place with air-conditioning. They did provide a fan, which was somewhat helpful. Hopefully it will work next time we visit Nice, as we would love to book this apartment again.

I don’t think I could have found a better location to be during my 4 nights visit to Old Nice. It so close to everything! Since I’m traveling with my family including my child and our dog…we also need some downtime at home and we loved spending time here and even prepping some of the meals. The property manager, Hanna is super awesome! She is a great asset. It was a delight dealing with her. I not only recommend this place but Propably any of the other 25 properties she manages.

It was a perfect vacation! We were warmly welcomed by Hanna and she explained everything to us in great detail, so we had no questions about it at all. The furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired: very comfortable beds, large TV and everything you could need! There was even a bottle of good wine in the fridge as a welcome gift! The airbnb is in the center of old Town, so everything you could need or want is just outside. The apartment had i believe 5 large beach towels available for use which came in very handy, as well as an umbrella and pool noodles. We used the pool noodles and beach towels, thought that was cool that they thought to offer it for guests!! The kitchen had oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar available to use. The air-conditioning and extra fans made the stay SO much more enjoyable! You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the airbnb and you have to park down the road about 5 mins walking but it wasn't an issue. You will get an email with detailed instructions about getting a multi-day parking ticket etc. The host also was able to fulfill my "special" request upon arrival, bonus points! *** I would say the host put a lot of thought into what someone would want or need during their stay and it paid off. I very much enjoyed my stay, and hopefully will make it back down to Nice and can stay again. 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ivan and Hanna’s appartment. It’s super clean, neat and you have everything that you need right at hand. The location is PERFECT, right at the heart of all the buzz in the old part of the city: cozy cafés and restaurants, cute stores and all the sightseeing places are at walking distance. Being in the city centre, it can be a bit noisy at night, but what else do you expect with all the great pubs and café’s right around the corner :) Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice for a citytrip!

This is a wonderful apartment very spacious with great beds. Oh how I love a good feather pillow and feather blanket which were both at this apartment. Upon my request the host bought flowers for my wife. I hope to return some day. We especially enjoyed the local market. We had wonderful lambs shank and the corner restaurant

The apartment matches the photos, very clean, well arranged and in the heart of old Nice, so it's ideal for walking. On the other hand one of the bedrooms overlooks a busy street so it can be noisy in the evening. Also, when we were there the wifi was not working very well and there is little internet network in the 3G/4G apartment).

Wonderful place! Spacious apartment with all the amenities you could need. Located in Old Nice is perfect for accessing all the places to visit, restaurants, gelato and close to the beach as well. Apartment was very clean with everything nicely maintained. Hanna was absolutely lovely - she goes above and beyond with all her help and information she provides to make your trip to Nice perfect. Beware, there's no elevator but Hanna was wonderful helping us upstairs with the luggage. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Nice

We really enjoyed staying here. It's close to so many restaurants, bars, and shops in Old Town. It's also an easy stroll to the water and the tram. It was also very quiet, which is something I always look for in a place to stay. Inside, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the apartment to show us where everything was and gave us a few local restaurant tips. Don't hesitate to book this place if you're looking for a place in Old Town.

This is one of the better Airbnb's we found during our trip to europe. Really loved the apartment. (6 flights of stairs to carry your luggage). Perfect location. Quiet and secure. It has been so easy to communicate with the host. Hanna greeted us and explained everything . She was great to deal with-. The place has everything you need; iron, hair dryer, adaptors,tv,music,recommendations. And thoughtful touches. (One exception - no A/C in second bedroom. We used a fan to circulate from the living area. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended. Beautifully renovated, clean, convenient and 5 mins walk from the square. Attention to detail eg drying rack to hang washed clothes and adaptors. Excellent support. Ivan was very helpful in initial arrangements. Hanna was outstanding - pro-active, thorough and super-responsive, even out of hours. Handled immediately an out of hours building electricity outage (other tenants told us it's only happened once in years) that affected electronic entrance to building. During this outage, we were relieved that apartment itself was fine - full electricity, hot water etc. Book it!

Great location in the heart of Old Town Nice, which is where you want to be! Newly renovated space with everything you could need. Had a very easy check in, Hanna was fantastic! She let us drop our bags off early before our true check in, which was a huge help so we could go out and explore. There was also a cold bottle of delicious Rose waiting for us, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location. We walked almost everywhere and whenever we visited a beach that was a ways off, finding our Uber was fairly easy. We also took public transportation to and from the house to Monaco. Very good and easy! Please note, as with any older building is that there is no elevator. This home is on the fourth floor and it was tiring after a long day and when we had to lug our suitcase up and down. Lastly, our host was FANTASTIC. We had an unexpected tiny guest in the house (natural for an older building), and she was swift & responsive. She immediately came the next day and set some traps for us. While we completely understood that this happens in most homes that are in older buildings, we did feel uneasy the last two nights there. However, this is not to say that our host did not handle the situation and for anyone coming to book this shouldn't be a deterrent. It's a heads up and a reality check that you may encounter this with any Airbnb in Nice.

We had a wonderful family (2 adults & 2 children) holiday in Nice. The apartment was exactly as described, in fact I would say that it exceeded expectations. I booked the apartment based on location and amenities and the past reviews. All the positive reviews were spot on, the apartment was spotless, every amenity you could think of was provided from air conditioning to beach towels to travel plugs.....I couldn’t actually think of anything else that could have been provided. The beds were very comfortable, the location was excellent, 2 minutes walk to the tram, 5 to the beach and seconds from all the restaurants and attractions of the Old Town. Hannah met us for our late check in and she was so nice, helpful and informative. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

This place was great! If you are going to visit Nice, this is the perfect spot located in old town Nice. Hanna took such great care of us. She set up a private driver to pick us up from the train station. She also had great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The place itself had plenty of room for the four of us (two adults & two teenage girls). It was clean, comfortable and had air conditioning.

This is a very clean and modern apartment in the middle of old Nice. It is well appointed with extras like coffee, a large bathroom with complimentary shampoo/soap. The owners provided a booklet with restaurant suggestions- we had a great meal at Bistro d’Antoine! Also check out the Italian restaurant, Di Piu, on the promenade - large portions you can share and a great view. The apartment has many stairs but it was not a problem for us. It has air conditioning if you don’t want the windows open. Nice is a great starting point for Eze, Monaco and Cannes via train or buses. The tram is just around the corner. Highly recommend this apartment and the attentive staff who run it.

Perfect place for a family! We put our one-year old in a crib in the second bedroom and it worked out so well. Hanna is extremely communicative and a wonderful host. This is a hard-to-beat location, right in Old Town. We didn't have to the leave the neighborhood to find our restaurants, hikes, and the beach! We highly recommend this place - plus, our little boy learned to walk here!

What you see is what you get. It is a wonderful, clean & modern apartment situated in the old town. The apartment is also bright, which is great & not too noisy. The only challenge is that you need to climb up 3 floors with your luggage, but otherwise this is the best way to be fit for the beach. Shops & the promenade are all close by, about 5-10mins walk. Hanna will be there to welcome you with lots of what to see and do in Nice! She is great! Thanks Nid Niçoise!

In the perfect location in Old Nice, we felt completely at home in Christopher's place. Thoughtful touches from beach towels and umbrellas to local maps and dinner reccomendations from Hanna made the trip even better. 5 min walk to the Cours Saleya market and a 10 min walk to the Promenade de Anglais. No better way to explore Nice than to book this AirBnB!

A wonderful apartment in the old town, which is full of character in every way. Amenities were brilliant, air conditioning a godsend! The host, Hanna, was so helpful and friendly, and kept in constant contact both before, during and at the end of our stay. Your perfect home away from home in Nice. The apartment is well located in old town close to the fruit and flower market, the Promenade des Anglais and also Castel beach club (my favourite). Lots of great shops, restaurant and convenience stores surround the apartment. Inside the apartment is fresh and clean. The air conditioning was fantastic and the little touches were most appreciated. 100% recommended.

This place is a true gem in the middle of the old city of Nice. The apartment is as described and presented in the pictures. Everything was super clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped and all basic cooking essentials (oil, salt and pepper, coffee...) were provided. The AC is a true help especially if the nights are very hot. We had really a pleasant sleep bc of this. Beds were comfy and the rooms very nicely decorated. Everything a tourist heart desires is a stone throw away from the condo. Bars, restaurants, small shops, grocery stores, yummy ice cream places. The beach is just a few minutes walk away from the place. Hanna, who welcomed us, was more than helpful and friendly. She provided us with great advice and tips and showed us everything in the apartment. The apartment is more than recommended. We definitely book it again once we are back at the Cote d'Azur. Thanks for having us and making our stay so perfect.

This flat was in a perfect location in Old Nice. So many restaurants and shops nearby. But the thing I loved the most about this apartment was how comfy it is! The beds, towels, linens and pillows are fluffy and cozy. We didn’t want to leave!

The location was great, just three mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to downtown and everything else. The place is clean and everything is there like beach towels umbrellas but just note that there is no bathing gel or shampoo at all. Slightly noisy at night but thats due to its superb central location.

The location is very good!! Both the tram and the sea are close by and there are so many restaurants in the area!! It's in the alley, but it wasn't dangerous at all, and the place was pretty and clean:) There were a few bugs, but it's okay! And the host was kind and nice. He spoke good English, so there was no problem with communication.

The Condo was lovely and immaculately clean. The 61 stairs were somewhat demanding for us seniors as there is no elevator otherwise, location in the old town of Nice was perfect. Some nights, partying at the local bars and restaurants, the noise level was annoying so earplugs would be recommended. We loved this place!

We had an excellent stay here. Ivan was very friendly and gave us some tips for good restaurants upon check-in, and was quick to reply via text when we needed directions to the trash disposal area (just around corner from the flat). Nice bottle of wine was there when we arrived and we really appreciated the french press for coffee! Also very handy is that there are separate beach towels and house-towels provided. The flat is very clean and the beds were very very comfy. Location is great for beach and old town, and easy for everything else (3 min walk to tram and bus stops).

A fantastic place to stay, you cannot go wrong with this choice! Our stay at Nid Nicoise turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit to Nice. To start with, the location was impeccable. The old centre is a really lovely area, full of history, gorgeous architecture, small restaurants, cafes and independent shops. On Sundays there was the food market and on Mondays the antiques markets - both minutes from the flat. In fact, the promenade, the parks, the harbour, the art museums and the train station were all walking distance. The flat was perfect! It was clean, light and spacious, lovely decorated, with comfortable beds, fast Internet, kitchen well equipped and spacious bathroom. Its building is also a gem - historical and typical of the region, which to us only helped to enhance the experience. After the busy days exploring the Cote d'Azur, it was always delightful to come back and relax. Last but not least, Ivan is wonderful! He welcomed us whole-heartedly, was super helpful, besides being cheerful and friendly (I suppose it helps living in paradise)! He was also very understanding when we asked for a late check-out, and truly made us feel comfortable and at ease staying there. We will definitely contact him again next time we're in Nice.

The contact was prompt, uncomplicated, informative and friendly. It was helped quickly. Everything was fine and uncomplicated on site! The apartment is super central. Depending on the claim, you can reach a lot within walking distance! We stayed with baby and toddler for 9 days. Everything was great. The stairs wasn't an issue. The volume was also ok. On the weekends it was a bit louder, the kids were still able to sleep through well! That's what you're in your heart! Great for couples and singles as well as families! Hosts and Hanna were very accommodating and helpful! Anytime again!!!! In the apartment there is any comfort you need. We couldn't find a German TV program, which was bad for me, as every evening can also be ended with good conversations!

Three of us stayed at Christopher’s apartment for three nights, and it was fabulous! The location is perfectly positioned in the old section of Nice, where everything is in walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. Do not miss the flower and produce market in the morning! There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortable during our stay. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs because there is a bar beneath the apartment and it could disrupt your sleep. Other than that, this is the perfect accommodation. Communication was thorough and beyond helpful when looking for airport transportation and suggestions for day trips. Hanna got us settled in and was happy to answer any of our questions! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Nice.
