We enjoyed staying at Hana’s. The home has everything you need. I would not change a thing except to have a couple of firmer bed pillows, conditioner for us curly head girls & wash clothes for guests who would prefer them. The kitchen well stocked, the shower amazing, loved watching some of the Olympics in the living room, building is very clean and secure..the neighborhood very walkable to trains, the Tram and buses. We were able to travel to Eze and Monaco while staying at Hanna’s plus the amazing beach!! She even had beach items for us to use on our beach days. We were so lucky to have found her place after staying in another Airbnb for almost 7 days of our 13 day vacation in Nice that had significant mold. Book it you will not be disappointed..my husband, our 13year old son and myself felt right at home. The 2 balconies were great to use..balcony off the kitchen was great for breakfast coffee and balcony in the front was great for evening glass of wine. Thanks to Hana & her team!!!

Fabulous place, stylish architecture, high ceilings, excellent air conditioning. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper supplied, dishwasher tabs and laundry gel too. Very helpful service and we were able to check in early, which was awesome. Nice neighbourhood close to cafés, supermarkets etc. and easy walk to the beach. Would recommend, and would certainly stay here again!

Hannah was a super helpful host. We had problems with the flight but you were thoughtful and adapted to our needs at the last minute. The apartment was as we expected, clean and tidy, very nice. I recommend Hanna to add more darkened curtains in the rooms because the taxes are not adjustable and in the morning there is a lot of light for those who prefer total darkness. The apartment is close to the bus and tram stop, so quite convenient for getting around.

This Airbnb was located in a good spot and you actually feel like you’re living like a local! It was in a good spot which made it accessible to shopping and eating. We stayed here for a week so it was a great spot to stay at!

Spacious, comfortable two bedroom apartment in a residential area, about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. We were already familiar with the downtown area of Nice, so we wanted to experience another part of the city while being a little closer to the French school we were attending. The apartment is in a safe and friendly neighborhood with grocery stores and bakeries nearby. The host was very responsive and accommodating and was quick to respond to anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

The communication with our host and the local represantative was easy and very pleasant. The check-in and check-out was flexibly managed. The flat itself is extremly spacious, very clean and equipped with all necessities and even more (the dish washer is a big plus)! We also enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony. The walk to the nearest beach is quite short (about 10-15 minutes) and more than 4 super markets are in walking distance as well. Various busses (to the airport) and to the harbour (which we would recommend to visit, as well as climbing up to the Colline du Châteu) depart either right around the corner or at the promenade (10-15 minutes from the flat). We would recommend staying in this flat!

We loved the apartment! It was clean, spacious and beautiful with its two balconys. Perfect location with short way to the bus (straight outside the door, or few minutes walking), 10 minutes walking to the beach or train station, and its a 30 minutes walk to the old city. Evgueni was very nice and easy to communicate with. We would really recommand this apartment!

Such a fantastic stay! The apartment was very spacious and so well presented. We could settle in right away and if and when we had questions Evgueni and Donika were so fast at responding. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and around 20 mins to the city centre where all the restaurants are - but there are bakeries and sights along the way. Also regular buses across the street which take 5 mins to the city centre. And regular buses to the airport. Very accessible. Would definitely stay again, thanks Evgueni!

The overall impression of the apartment is great. The apartments are designed in one Provencal style, light light tones. Spacious enough. Not hot even without air conditioning. There is a wonderful terrace that overlooks the northern courtyard. It's quiet and not hot. The apartments are equipped with almost everything you need. The only small disadvantage is that one of the bedrooms and the hall overlooks a busy street and at night. With the windows open, it's not good to sleep with sensitive people. Nearby there are a large number of grocery stores Casino, Carrefour on Gambetta and Lidl if you go strictly to the beach in a straight line. At prices, we strongly recommend Lidl, but there is a much more modest choice. The station is nearby. The beach is also a 5-7 minute walk. I consider this area and accompanying routes in terms of architecture the most beautiful in Nice, as well as the house itself. I would stay there again. I definitely recommend it. P.S. The apartment is within a 10-15 minute walking distance to the beach and to the train station. We thought that it was pretty well equiped. The balconies and verandas are very pleasant. There are many neighbors with it being situated in an appartement complex. I loved the little supermarket down the way. All in all, we really loved the apartment and our stay in Nice. We spent our vacation in this apartment. There are very clean and elegant. Quite and nice place. From beach about 10 min by walk. There are a lot of space and we felt themselves very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment.
