We enjoyed staying at Hana’s. The home has everything you need. I would not change a thing except to have a couple of firmer bed pillows, conditioner for us curly head girls & wash clothes for guests who would prefer them. The kitchen well stocked, the shower amazing, loved watching some of the Olympics in the living room, building is very clean and secure..the neighborhood very walkable to trains, the Tram and buses. We were able to travel to Eze and Monaco while staying at Hanna’s plus the amazing beach!! She even had beach items for us to use on our beach days. We were so lucky to have found her place after staying in another Airbnb for almost 7 days of our 13 day vacation in Nice that had significant mold. Book it you will not be disappointed..my husband, our 13year old son and myself felt right at home. The 2 balconies were great to use..balcony off the kitchen was great for breakfast coffee and balcony in the front was great for evening glass of wine. Thanks to Hana & her team!!!

Fabulous place, stylish architecture, high ceilings, excellent air conditioning. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper supplied, dishwasher tabs and laundry gel too. Very helpful service and we were able to check in early, which was awesome. Nice neighbourhood close to cafés, supermarkets etc. and easy walk to the beach. Would recommend, and would certainly stay here again!

Hannah was a super helpful host. We had problems with the flight but you were thoughtful and adapted to our needs at the last minute. The apartment was as we expected, clean and tidy, very nice. I recommend Hanna to add more darkened curtains in the rooms because the taxes are not adjustable and in the morning there is a lot of light for those who prefer total darkness. The apartment is close to the bus and tram stop, so quite convenient for getting around.

This Airbnb was located in a good spot and you actually feel like you’re living like a local! It was in a good spot which made it accessible to shopping and eating. We stayed here for a week so it was a great spot to stay at!

Arrival and Departure: - Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In) Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each). With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree. The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience. The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
