The apartment is in a very good location, close to the beach and the city center. At the end of September, it was easy for us to find street parking. The apartment is in very good condition, clean, functional, very well equipped and the amenities are of good quality. Hosts are available and responsive if you need them.

Fantastically located. I felt like a local, which is really what we're all looking for when we choose an Airbnb, right? It was charmingly restored and had every amenity one could want, including a washing machine, which came in handy over such a long stay. Would recommend!

The apartment has a perfect location, close to the sea and not far from an S-Bahn station. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away. The place was very clean and everything was as shown in the pictures. It was worth it!

Staying at Airbnb was extremely positive. The Airbnb is rather small but for a weekend trip it has the ideal Gröse and has any essential amenities:). It also convinces in its modern furnishings and central location by the sea; which allows you to quickly explore the city on foot. A really great stay at Nice. Bogdan who welcomed us in was so lovely. He was super polite and helpful. Communication was quick and friendly too. The apartment is situated perfectly to get to all the main parts you’d hope to see with a supermarket and local food places right on the doorstep. The apartment was clean and bright - there was no air con or TV which would’ve been a perfect addition but this was all explained to not be included prior. Overall a really nice stay.

This is a great place to stay. It was so near the beach was very handy. It was about a 20 minute walk from the old town which was lovely. Only issue we had was the time we stayed was a heat wave and only two fans was difficult to keep the place cool. Otherwise would really recommend with location and also a fantastic host with recommendations for restaurants and sites etc.

Modern , clean apartment in the middle of the city and close to the beach. The apartment looked newly restored and as a result was clean and well stocked . The communication with the host/representative was incredibly good and Hanna and Bogdan were great to deal with and we had no issues . The apartment was compact but we expected that so no issue there . The washing machine was a bonus and the water availability / pressure was fine . It was a little noisy at night and without Aircon we needed to sleep with the windows open but there were 2 electric good fans provided . Local amenities were great as great supermarket literally over the road , a great bar round the corner and loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. We used the tram , the train and the local buses to get around and all of which were close by. All in all this was a well hosted , clean, compact but modern apartment which was bright and airy and convenient for the city and the beach and travel links .

We enjoyed our stay in Nice. The building is very safe and secure and the apartment itself was so clean and organized. The apartment is perfect for a couple though for 2 singles it was a little bit tight for us. The location is a great middle point between the town and the train station. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Hot water is not sustainable and was not informed in advance.It led me and my baby to wash halfway after my wife did not have hot water and got sick.The listing describes having elevator results The elevator is very, very small and can't be put in a stroller at all, even after it's folded, there's nothing you can do about it.It was also very unfortunate that the host was not informed beforehand.Due to the very inconvenient access that was originally set for three nights I only moved to a nearby hotel after the first night.In fact, none of these were the most unacceptable is that the housekeeper did not apologize in the slightest, but instead accused us of the excessive bathing time and the problems caused by our overly large strollers.

On the first day of check-in, they were very responsible and waited at the door, patiently telling us how to enter and how to use all the facilities in the room. And they responded all messages very promptly. The room was very clean and they thoughtfully prepared a blanket for lying on the beach.

Apart from the lift that is a bit small, the apartment is perfect. The location is great for beach access and 15 minutes walking distance to the train station. Baby crib and high chair are clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic week in Nice, the apartment absolutely met our expectations. Especially the folding sofa to be described as full-fledged was great for us - was like a real bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few nice cooking evenings. Supermarket also right around the corner - perfect.

Loved staying here during our short weekend in Nice. The apartment was very clean and in walking distance of anything you could need! Hanna made finding the place super easy, she was very accommodating and got us checked in earlier than expected!

The accommodation was perfectly clean, modern and had a very well-stocked kitchen which we appreciated. It was really helpful having both the dishwasher and washing machine. The host was also helpful and professional when we checked in. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach and it was easy to walk everywhere. However, it was an extremely loud location which did stop it from being a relaxing stay for us. There was lots of noise from the road outside at night which would constantly wake us up. The walls in the apartment also felt very thin and we could hear lots of noise from the apartment next to us throughout our stay. Obviously this isn't the host's fault but just something to bear in mind if you want a more relaxing stay. The bed sheets were also just a tiny bit too thin when it got cooler at night so thicker sheets would have been appreciated. Everything else was great though.

Really great location, close enough to busy streets but wasn't loud at night. We also really liked that it was only a 10-15min walk to the old town and the train station. The space itself was nice, clean and modern. Overall, highly recommend!

We were happy to stay in this apartment. There were 4 of us 2 adults with 2 kids (2 and 5 y.o) . The apartment is very much the same as in the offer and the owner is very polite and helpful. I would like to pay attention only for those who are going to stay here with kids as we did: 1) the elevator is very small. You can’t get in with a baby and the stroller. Our stroller is Bugaboo bee 5 and we have to fold it. My husband used the elevator with a stroller , I walked the stairs with kids; 2) the windows are big and low - dangerous for kids because the bed is close to the window, very easy to fell; 3) lack of air conditioning ( in summer night time with open windows it is perfect, but with kids you have to keep it closed so a little bit hot) 4) bad smell on the first floor ( but it is like everywhere - the garbage is stored there in the private room, because of the heat you can smell it) All in all it was amazing vocation and the flat is highly recommended!
