I absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was charming and had everything I needed. The complimentary bottle of rosé was a lovely surprise! The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the old town. Hanna and Nona were fantastic and very responsive. Nona gave me a tour of the home upon arrival, and Hanna kindly arranged a late check-out to accommodate my train departure. Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Pierres Airbnb and I can only report positives! The communication with the point of contact was simply excellent. They were always friendly, helpful and always quickly accessible, which made my stay even more pleasant. The place itself was very cozy and well equipped, and the tips I got from the ladies were extremely helpful in exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend this Air BnB. Only the shower is not well suited for tall people, but that was just my bad luck. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Hanna was a super host - she met us at the apartment and gave us a tour of the home. She was flexible with early check in and late check out for us which was awesome. She also gave us recommendations for the area and gave us tips for local public transport. The apartment is small but has everything you need! There is a sofa bed next to the aircon which is nice and cool and the bed upstairs which is warmer and more cosy. It is situated about a 10 minute walk to old town, 15 minutes to the beach and has groceries and pharmacies just next door. It is on the first floor so easy to access however noisy at times. The shower is a bit short for tall people but we managed okay. It was small and cosy but perfect for our five night stay in Nice! 10/10 would recommend Hanna as a host too 😊

Very good location. The host is very easy to communicate and friendly. There’s a free Rosé for us to enjoy in the ref when we arrived. The only downside is the stairs going up to the loft ,not suitable for those who have mobility issues.And also the tight shower space. But generally, our stay was comfortable.

Nona was great, she helped us check-in and explained everything clearly. Hanna also sent over some recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc in Nice. Location is great, we found it to be quiet at night and was a close walk to the port and beach/ tons of restaurants and shops. We stayed for a week and had no complaints!

Great location! We stayed here for 3 nights (visiting from Australia). Surrounded by amazing restaurants and very easy to walk to the tram station. We give 5 stars as it matches the description, good value for money and excellent location. However do just note that it is difficult not to make a mess when showering, be careful of the shower tap which gets quite hot itself (regardless of the water temp), would recommend bringing own pillows as the two provided are thin and tread carefully on the stairs to the bedroom as they are a bit wobbly.

Great value! Check-in and communication throughout the stay was smooth with Hanna. She helped coordinate taxis to and from the airport as well. The location was only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Nice Old Town. Highly recommend!!

Overall a great place and great location! The shower is pretty difficult however (we were super careful - not user error, but it got water EVERYWHERE). If you can get past the shower struggle - overall really great place. Would stay again/recommend to a friend!

Loved this place. Bead was super comfortable and the entire apartment was very charming. There are some small quirks about the unit (odd shower and tiny stairs to the loft) but nothing that would stop me from staying there again (stayed in for different places on this trip and this was my favorite). The location is great, 2 min walk to the harbor, a block from tram station and right in the middle of tons or restaurants and cafes.

This place was everything that was described. It was convenient for the size. Surroundings were quiet at night, supermarket right next door and "everything" in the city within walking distance. If I were in Nice again I wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

Hanna (co-host) was really helpful and gave us some great Nice recommendations, she met us at check-in and explained everything really thoroughly. The apartment itself is very small, but as we weren't spending much time in it, it was a minor problem. Although showering was pretty difficult as the shower was tiny. If you want somewhere just as a bed for the night in Nice, this is a great affordable option as it's in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is too notch; you can walk just about everywhere but it is also quite at night. We rented a car and we’re able to find street parking every night despite the central location which was awesome. The air bnb is exactly as pictured and had plenty of amnesties. Hanna also gave us great recommendations!

My partner and I stayed here for a little bit over a week and the location was perfect. Just a few steps away from the port, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. We couldn’t have picked a better place in terms of location! The host was very friendly, flexible, and easy to communicate with. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were able to leave our luggage in the studio and return after it was ready for us. The studio had everything we needed- the kitchenette was great as well as the laundry machine. The shower is very small as described, so keep that in mind. The only downsides were the loud noise from the opening/closing of the front door in the lobby and the lack of ventilation. It felt pretty damp inside after a week and with the studio on the ground level and hot temperatures, we didn’t want to leave the window open at night. Aside from this, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend for <7 days!

The location was great, within walking distance of the old town, port, bus and tram stops. The room was nice and had absolutely everything I needed for a lovely stay. The stairs to the bed are very narrow though and the ceiling of the bedroom very low but I guess this added to the quirkiness and was fine for me as a solo traveller. Communication with Hanna was brilliant, she was extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend Pierre's place.

The two of us stayed at the apartment for 7 nights and had a great time! As seen in the pictures, the apartment is rather small but it had everything we needed and we could go basically anywhere by foot, tram or bus. Would definitely stay there again :)

Great location near the tram, Place Garibaldi and the Port. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy right next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk to the old town and 15 to the beach through old town. Just a note for anyone who may be clumsy, the steps to the loft are small, not standard sized. I had no issue and loved the loft bed and how it created a separate sleeping space from living space.

This was a wonderful stay with a great location. Me and my partner stayed here for almost two weeks and found ourselves very comfortable. Everything was incredibly clean, and we had all amenities. Our host was also very responsive and had a list of places we could eat and recommendations. The only thing I would say guests should keep in mind, is that they do have a water heater with a limited amount of water (for me and my partner it was fine, but I think a larger group may have more difficulty) and that the shower was easier to navigate as a smaller person. However, this was not a problem for me and my partner and we absolutely loved the apartment and we would 100% come back.

The apartment was very nice and cozy, the location top! Amenities for the price really mega and things like aluminum foil, spices, coffee, shampoo, washing capsules, etc., included. The shower was small but nice and upstairs in the sleeping area it quickly got very warm, with air conditioning but tolerable. Overall, it was a very good choice!

Gorgeous little airbnb that is incredibly central, 5 minutes to Nice port and 15 minutes through old Nice to the beaches. Perfect place for a couple of nights to explore Nice. Hanna checked us in and was very welcoming and accomodating as well as providing an alternative as the wifi wasn’t working. Lovely host and place!

Very small but also very cute apartment, location is excellent, hosts were very helpful. The apartment is not super quiet and appears to be a bit damp (probably gets better when using the AC, which we did not) but is otherwise a super nice spot to stay in. Would definitely recommend it!

Perfect studio in a great location. An apartment packed with amazing features for its size, including a small but functional kitchen, washing machine and relaxing tv / sofa space. The space was very clean throughout with lots of new appliances. Possibly not one for those with mobility issues because the stairs to the sleeping area are quite steep and narrow, but this was no problem for us and really made great use of the space available. Location is perfect with both Nice old town and the port very close by, as well as lots of bars and restaurants. The supermarket a few doors down was great for essentials and any meals in. Two tramway stations nearby. Nice Riquier is also a 10-15 minute walk away, providing regular trains along the coast to other towns. Hanna was very easy to communicate with and both check-in and checkout were extremely smooth. All in all a great experience and amazing value for the location.

Apartment in a really good location, very clean and very functional. It feels good and it's very well hosted! The small drawback is the noise in the evening and at night which can be disturbing for sensitive people sincewehear people entering the building or throwing their glass in the container located right in front of the window... But it's little next to the fact that the apartment is really excellent for a short or long stay!
