I absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was charming and had everything I needed. The complimentary bottle of rosé was a lovely surprise! The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the old town. Hanna and Nona were fantastic and very responsive. Nona gave me a tour of the home upon arrival, and Hanna kindly arranged a late check-out to accommodate my train departure. Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Pierres Airbnb and I can only report positives! The communication with the point of contact was simply excellent. They were always friendly, helpful and always quickly accessible, which made my stay even more pleasant. The place itself was very cozy and well equipped, and the tips I got from the ladies were extremely helpful in exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend this Air BnB. Only the shower is not well suited for tall people, but that was just my bad luck. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Hanna was a super host - she met us at the apartment and gave us a tour of the home. She was flexible with early check in and late check out for us which was awesome. She also gave us recommendations for the area and gave us tips for local public transport. The apartment is small but has everything you need! There is a sofa bed next to the aircon which is nice and cool and the bed upstairs which is warmer and more cosy. It is situated about a 10 minute walk to old town, 15 minutes to the beach and has groceries and pharmacies just next door. It is on the first floor so easy to access however noisy at times. The shower is a bit short for tall people but we managed okay. It was small and cosy but perfect for our five night stay in Nice! 10/10 would recommend Hanna as a host too 😊

If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
