It is a very nice house, with all the comforts, nice swimming pool, good beds etc. Nice and the sea are at your feet, the view is fantastic! From the house, Nice and places like Antibes, Menton, Grasse and Tourettes are easy to reach by car or Uber/public transport. Hannah (on behalf of Bettina) is a likeable host who responds quickly and gives tips for restaurants/clubs, among other things. We actually wanted to stay longer and would love to come back.

Lovely villa which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s about 15min drive from town and on top of the hill so you get great views. The roads are very narrow and you really could do with a very small car. The property manager Hanna is the added benefit of this villa who is meticulously looks after the property and the guest.

Fantastic villa with incredible views over Nice. The facilities are great with the pool and tennis court. A little bit out of the way so taxis/Ubers are definitely needed for transport into the city if you don’t have a car. I would pay close attention to their T&C’s as we received a fine for not washing towels or taking out the trash properly but all in all a very pleasant visit for my friends and me.

We expect you or your guest to respect this place and the neighborhood and to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own! - Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning is included, but the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. - The guest is responsible and must pay for any damage to the accommodation. - All these rules also apply to the common areas. Please avoid noise and do not leave your personal belongings in the common areas. Please remember to leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it on arrival. Arrival and Departure: - Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€. The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in. - Please note that we can check your ID upon arrival for security reasons. If the reservation was made for another person, please provide us with the name of the person and ask him/her to present an ID upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse access to the apartment if no identification is presented. - On the day of departure, please follow the instructions of the check-in representative. - Key: If you do not return the key that was given to you or if you lose it, you must inform us immediately. If you took the key with you, you must return it to us within 7 days by certified mail with return receipt requested. Otherwise, the replacement of the lock, which can amount to several thousand euros, will be done at your expense. Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In) Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each). With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree. The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience. The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
