It is a very nice house, with all the comforts, nice swimming pool, good beds etc. Nice and the sea are at your feet, the view is fantastic! From the house, Nice and places like Antibes, Menton, Grasse and Tourettes are easy to reach by car or Uber/public transport. Hannah (on behalf of Bettina) is a likeable host who responds quickly and gives tips for restaurants/clubs, among other things. We actually wanted to stay longer and would love to come back.

Lovely villa which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s about 15min drive from town and on top of the hill so you get great views. The roads are very narrow and you really could do with a very small car. The property manager Hanna is the added benefit of this villa who is meticulously looks after the property and the guest.

Fantastic villa with incredible views over Nice. The facilities are great with the pool and tennis court. A little bit out of the way so taxis/Ubers are definitely needed for transport into the city if you don’t have a car. I would pay close attention to their T&C’s as we received a fine for not washing towels or taking out the trash properly but all in all a very pleasant visit for my friends and me.

We spent wonderful 2 weeks at the property with the breathtaking view over Nice! We especially enjoyed the generosity of the rooms and the property. The kitchen was well equipped, everything very clean and maintained! Communication with Hanna was straightforward, prompt, and super friendly! A few small things could be improved that has been gratefully accepted! Warm thanks for this great vacation🇫🇷🫶!

We loved our stay at Les Genets. As described, it is two separate buildings, which worked really well for our group of two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The villas are simple and functional, comfortable and well equipped. The pool and grassy area are the highlights, as is the roof terrace. The views are beautiful. We also made use of the tennis court which is a bonus! While a bit of a winding road to get there, it is well worth it for the elevated position. It is only a short drive from the centre of Nice, and we got around with Ubers mostly. Hanna was an amazing host, she responded to all our questions and issues very quickly and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable.

This was one of our favorite vacation stays yet. Absolutely beautiful home and grounds with a pool that we lived in during the day. Kids had a blast and there was plenty of room for the whole family. Highly recommend this location!!

Hanna, the host was great - communication wise, etc. even gave us her jbl speaker. She is a gem in regards of managing rental properties. It’s calm and quiet in the area, a rental car is a must - and a small one, would not be possible to park a van - too tight to drive in) otherwise uber or private transfers are if need. As written previously in reviews. However, we were disappointed with the swimming pool - as for the first impression, in photos it looks much bigger, so be aware of that. Otherwise the place grew on us and we felt like at home here.

Very nice place with amazing view of Nice. Large pool with garden. Terrace with a view of Nice. Nice can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car or Uber. Vacation stay: 7 days with 6 people.

Fabulous villa for a large group. Hanna was very helpful and accommodating. The accommodation is split across two buildings...the main villa and the cottage. Pool is fabulous and we spent many evenings on the rooftop terrace looking at the stunning views of Nice. We got the bus into the city as the bus stop is a short walk away. Ubers home from the city were easy to get. Great location. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful stay in Nice and enjoyed the house, the pool, the view and the tennis court everyday. You need a car to move around and the streets are narrow, so small cars are recommended. We drove a SUV and we fortunately managed to drive there. The communication with Hanna was super easy.

Cannot say better things about this villa. We wanted something with a view that was spacious + a pool. This had it all. We were six people total (one couple, 4 adults) and it was more than enough space. The location is not in town, we could always take ubers as a group vans + cars. It's a quick trip into the heart of Nice and we also traveled to neighboring towns (Antibes, Cannes, Monaco) via Uber and taxi as well. Hanna was excellent with communication - 5 stars all around but 4 stars for accuracy because it's even better than the photographs. Just note for guests looking for 5 true bedrooms that the second villa is "Railroad/Shotgun" style meaning there are two connecting rooms with a shared bathroom. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay..!! Hanna made our stay very comfortable with all the info..!! View of the riviera from the living room is amazing.. Everything was available in the villas. We used the swimming pool almost everyday. 😊 Would love to stay here again and highly recommend this place..!!

Great stay! Quiet house and very clean. Roof top, pool and tennis court very much appreciated! Fully-equipped house for a great vacation. Friendly house, ideal for a family stay because in the chalet two bedrooms are interconnecting with a single bathroom and asks to cross one to get there. Hanna and Ivan were very attentive to us. Thank you both!

This is a really delightful villa. The accommodation is fantastic for a family or sharing with friends (with the adjoining chalet offering a great option). The outdoor areas are really great, offering a nice variety of options : be it lounging next to the pool surrounded by a beautifully kept garden; enjoying a barbecue on the lower terrace; chilling with family and friends on the top terrace with the amazing views over Nice; or even playing a round of tennis on the court. Highly recommend this place for family and /or friends who want a location close to the town and beaches as well as a well sized home to relax and have fun in.

Very nice villa with a very clear view of Nice and its hills. The interest of being quiet less than 12 minutes by car from downtown. Having rented this house with a group of friends and it was very nice to have 2 'villas' in 1, the cottage with its 2 bedrooms allows a very pleasant independence. Was pleasantly surprised by the density of the equipment provided for cooking. Paintings, bathrooms, bedding, dishes, everything is in excellent condition and in sufficient numbers. Small weak point for the sofas in the living room that are starting to get tired. Big positives: the cleaning done with care and the warm welcome upon arrival Thank you for this week in the Niçois sun. I recommend this property for the excellent value for the.

A wonderful spacious villa with beautiful views (the roof terrace area in particular is fantastic). Bedrooms were larger than expected with lots of handy storage space. The BBQ and outside dining area was great, as well as the tennis court. I would point out that there are no local shops, so we couldn't walk to get daily requirements (water, bread etc) so if you haven't hired a car, do make sure you budget for a lot of Uber's! Overall, it was a fantastic villa, the hosts were great and Hanna was extremely helpful whilst we were staying there. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This property is not two villas. It is a villa with a side building which has two rooms, and one bathroom so cannot be used a two bedroom villa. This is false representation. It was not professionally cleaned prior to our booking and was very dusty/grubby in some places. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms which made the stay unbearable for some of our party. The sun beds were dirty and grubby and not all functioning properly. Not what you would expect from a property of this price. The pool filter was broken and hazardous and this was not fixed during our stay. The tennis courts are not private and random people come to use the tennis courts, with permission from the owner, but not with notification to the people staying. The asst host Hannah was helpful, but the main host Ivan was not responsive. When i raised these issues, I did not hear from him for over 3 days until I contacted Air BNB direct. This was not a great service for the money I paid. I would not consider this a super host property. Also the house has lots of faults that need to be addressed i.e air con and pool/beds etc before this should be rented again. Book with Caution !!

At the top of the hill of Nice you find this gorgeous house with a beautiful view, nice pool and a tenniscourt. We were a family of 8 people, which was perfect for this house - it is very spacious. We also rented two cars. One car fits in the front yard, the other in the streets below the house. Don’t rent a big car - the streets are very narrow and winding. It’s a bus stop 2 min from the house which departs every 1 hour ish.. The timetable is not that reliable. We used an app called Mooveit, which was more accurate. When arriving you will meet the host. We met Hanna, and she was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for letting us stay here! See you next time :)

The place was nice and clean, the pictures were accurate, and the place was well equipped with everything you need. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, and had more than enough space. The only downside of the place is that you need a rental car, or use uber/taxi frequently. Also note that the the roads in parking spot are quite narrow.

Expect amazing views, a lovely clean villa with great amenities, close to Nice (10-15 mins by taxi), and great hospitality for you to enjoy your French Rivera experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful! The views were breathtaking and it was incredibly easy to get around the city via Uber’s and taxis. Hanna, the host was so sweet and accommodating! Incredibly responsive and attentive. We were a group of 7 with a 2yr old and we all fit very comfortably. We did have an incident were the baby accidentally broke a bathroom door and the hosts were very professional and accommodating with the resolution process! We definitely recommend this place for your stay!

All in all a nice place to stay with a huge view of the city of Nice. However, the price is high in my opinion, as the property did not convince until the last detail. However, highly recommended as a group of friends! :-)

The place is amazing and has a beautiful out door areas with a great view of Nice. Bedrooms were clean, the kitchen was perfect all areas are air conditioned which is perfect in the summer. Instincts are annoying but it's part of nature :). The location is a bit confusing and up the hell so it's not waking distance to shops however if you are using a car or Uber then you will have no problem also the host offer you a link to order from the supermarket online. Loved it.
