My parents stayed in this apartment for a few weeks and they loved it! The location is amazing, close to lots of restaurants and conveniently there is a big supermarket across the street where they would easily get their groceries. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. They were very comfortable in their stay and the host Hanna was super! They loved her too. Very responsive, kind and generous! Easter stay for a week for a couple. The apartment was perfect. Stylish apartment in a quiet location. Well equipped with everything we needed and more. Very central within walking distance to everything, good restaurants, sights, old town, beach etc. Hanna is a very nice and good hostess who provides extra good service and gives good recommendations. We will definitely come back if it is possible to book on the next visit to Nice.

Very nice welcome by Hanna who is always accurate and responsive! Everything was well organized. The apartment is in a very good location and the street stays quiet at night. A fantastic apartment for 4 (2 parents and 2 adolescents, who slept on the sofa bed). The location is the best of all - 5 minutes from the public beach, a few minutes from the busy touristy center. Lots of restaurants on the street, a grocery right across the door and a super bakery in the ground floor. the street is just a little noisy, but there are no bars or loud music. Nice itself is wonderful for casual walking and relaxing. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and a toilet. small but functional kitchen and enough room for all. There is a small cabinet with sea going stuff (sun parasol, folding chair etc.) Hanna was very helpful and friendly. we chatted via Whats-App The apartment is air conditioned and all equipment works great (coffee machine, laundry machine). There is a very detailed booklet of "how to’s" and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful time, thanks you!

We loved staying at Ivan's place we were 3 people and it was perfectly spacious. One of the best features of this apartment is its location - it is amazing for your first time in Nice as its a walking distance from the beach , from the shopping center, opposite the street is a supermarket also. This apartment was right in the heart of Nice! Excellent location and a straight walk to the train. We were greeted at check in and given a tour of the apartment and information regarding everything. Apartment was very clean with great amenities. Hosts were so nice to have a bottle of rosé chilling for us in the fridge upon arrival. The communication was excellent from the second we booked and the apartment also had a guide to answer any questions or recommendations. Loved our stay! Would highly recommend!

The place is really nice. The location is great, in a nice neighborhood convenient to both old town and the beaches. It was unexpectedly beautiful, with lots of pretty art on the walls. There were 2 baths, nice for getting ready. The showers were great with good hot water and water force. Very clean, no issues.

A beautiful apartment with all the amenities you may need, in a perfect location for discovering Nice. Our check in was easy, informative and detailed, and the host was friendly. She was able to book us a transfer from the airport, as well as an early check-in, which was welcome after a long flight. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, very quiet, and also very comfortable, especially the bed made for an excellent sleep after long days around the city! As for location, it couldn't be better. There are so many excellent restaurants nearby within just a couple minutes walking distance. The train station is just over 10 minutes walk, there are tram and bus stops very near, and the beach is just a few minutes walk as well. Some of the main shopping areas are very close by, and for our little one, we also found more than one playground within 5 minutes walk as well. We would recommend this place to anyone as a spot to stay when in Nice!

We literally returned from Nice today and it was a great❤️ apartment really as described and pictures, my husband and I and the little daughter are very happy🌝 Everything was super from the airport, we used the minivan service👌🏻 for additional/ payment. and then we went to the apartment where Anna was waiting for us.🤗 She was just a wonderful person💕I was so worried about all the details….. but when I met her live and got acquainted with the apartments, my experiences just flew away. And I was so happy that everything matches the photos etc. because this was my first experience with airbnb👌🏻 Valid 100 out of 100🤘🏻

We really enjoyed our stay at the Petite Prestige. This truly was one of the best apartments we've rented. It looks just like the photos, was very clean, and is so nicely put together. The kitchen is equiped for most everything you might want to cook and there are two bathrooms. We loved the location and found it very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. It was easy to get to the train station, catch the bus or tram for exploring. The street is a quiet residential one, and it is quiet at night for sleeping. Bonus, there is a small grocery store across the street! We would rent this apartment again without hestitation.

I am an art lover and I love this apartment so much. The rooms have a museum-like entrance, light blue and light gray walls, and well-maintained, noble antique furniture. Some of the furniture is newer The interior of the building and the furnishings are very well integrated. If you are an art lover, or like mix of antique and modern this apartment is definitely the best in the area. I stayed about 2 months in Nice and this apartment was the second apartment we stayed. And we walked around the area and we could say this apartment is really great. Not only that, but the hosts are wonderful. If you are not fluent in French, this place is ready to help you with that too. Moreover They are really trying to contribute to not only guests but society. You will have opportunities to feel it while you are staying there. That's the best part! It is not easy to meet such hosts. Thank you so much. I will definitely come back again.

Had a great extended stay at the Prestige. Hanna was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions. The apartment is in a great, central location close to many of the best locations that Nice has to offer. Clean and well equipped. Speedy wifi which is suitable for working as well. Hanna was very thoughtful and gave us an overview of the apartment in person and even left us with a detailed instruction booklet to use all the amenities in the apartment as well as surrounding stores of note. We had a wondering experience staying at Ivan's place. The apartment itself is spacious, cozy, beautifully decorated with lots of character and very well equipped. It makes you feel like staying a friend's home. The location is also great. Close to major attractions and within walking distance to the beach. Many good restaurant nearby as well. Hanna also welcomed in person during check in and provided many local recommendations which was greatly appreciated. Would stay again in a heartbeat if we visit Nice again. Highly recommended.

This apartment was a true gem. Tastefully decorated. All the amenities you could ever need. Ideally situated. Above all, extremely clean. The space is quite large so it can easily accommodate a family. We felt at home. Hannah herself was very nice and meticulous -- she greeted us for check-in and explained everything in great detail. She was communicative throughout our stay and even helped us arrange an airport transfer for our departure from Nice. We will absolutely want to stay here again.

Great location and liked all the space in the apartment. Had a problem with check in, we agreed to meet at a certain time outside the apartment and we waited there with our one year old granddaughter, daughter and myself with all our luggage, it started to rain, and she showed up an hour late with the excuse she had to go to the wearhouse to pick up more bedding but didn’t arrive with any bedding. Thankfully someone staying in the building let us come into the lobby to get out of the rain. I understand they are busy, but just wasn’t the best start for us.

We made our first trip to the South of France and stayed in Nice. Our host had us meet Hanna for the walk thru and hand off. Hanna was magnifique! The apartment is also spectacular. Larger than the photos would make you think. Very charming apartment and a very American shower (which we loved). Instruction booklet & guide was thorough and had a few great spots for food too. Just a few steps to the train station (for easy trips to Cannes or Monaco) and just a few steps to the beach. We loved our stay here and look forward to staying here again!

This was the most perfect airbnb experience I've ever had! The host was so helpful and friendly, and she showed us how everything worked and even included a detailed booklet with pictures for how to use everything in the home and local recommendations. She was also available by text for any other questions. The bedroom was also very dark, quiet, and comfortable (I am a light sleeper and this matters a lot to me!). Location is fantastic, right near the beach and a couple blocks from a lively area with restaurants and shops. The apartment is also beautifully decorated. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice.

We spent four nights. This apartment is excellently located in Nice, just two blocks from Promenade des Anglais. It's extremely cozy and extremely clean. Very nice bedding. Two bathrooms, luxury! Very efficient heating. On the living room side, the street is quiet. The room opens to an unobstructed backyard, very quiet. Hanna very kindly welcomed us and explained what should have been. Everything was smooth.

Perfect stay! The apartment is very well located, a few minutes walk from the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it is very large and above all very quiet which is rare for an apartment that is in the city center. The windows are very well insulated, the bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard which guarantees quiet nights. The bedding in the room is of good quality. ( we have not tested the sofa bed) . Just in front of the building there is a convenience store for groceries as well as a bakery. Hanna who welcomed us was very responsive . One of the best airbnb we could do. We will come back without hesitation and recommend it!

We have enjoyed this beautiful apartment very much. Smooth check in and check out. The location was perfect - it was in a residential area (which I loved) with lots of restaurants, stores (including grocery store) nearby, yet 2-3 blocks from the Promenade and touristy areas, 10-15 min walk to the train station (which we used every day), old town and other sightseeing areas in Nice. The hosts were very nice and answered our endless questions (including covid related restrictions) with lots of patience and made us feel welcome before and when we arrived there. Apartment itself was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bedroom overlooked a very quiet garden and we never had any noise at night. Apartment had everything we needed for a 12 day stay and we really appreciated having beach umbrellas, mats and towels which we used every other day.

Beautiful apartment! Very cosy, stylish, clean - really felt like home. Looks even better and bigger than on the pictures. Host is very nice and helpful. Shop is just across the street, bakery on the corner, 7 minutes to beach. Beach towels are provided, which is very convenient; we didn't use, but sunshade was there as well. Umbrellas also provided. Sanitizers and masks also available. Nice restaurant hints and general information on the apartment. Would really love to come back.

That was my second time in Nice and I can tell the flat is located in the best area of the city, only two blocks away from the beach and everything that you need is nearby. I have been in many AirBnbs in different countries and this flat was the best ever. It has the best hosts, Hanna is excellent, very nice, and made us to feel at home since the check in. I would highly recommend this lovely place and its hosts to everybody that enjoys a five star accommodation. The flat has everything you need with a lot of details that make all the difference, fantastic location, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and super hosts.

In picking this place, it was the style and amenities that caught my eye. What I fell in love with was the neighborhood and the feeling that this apartment was my home away from home in the midst of a warm and incredibly well situated part of Nice. Whether I was walking anywhere in the city or just staying in and sipping wine on the balcony, it had everything I needed. The apartment was very nice and with style. The location was perfect for us. The supermarket is right in front of the apartment. We also had umbrellas and floor mats for the beach. We noticed the quality and high standard of the towels and bath towels. We could use the washing machine also in the bathroom. The check-in time was very flexible even until late in the evening. I want to thank you for a great stay in Nice. The apartment is conveniently located to the central street, train station, sea for no more than 5 minutes in a calm step. The apartments are stylish, conveying the spirit of France, clean. For the family, everything is there: a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stove, you can cook yourself. My wife noted the stylish aged dishes. There was a bakery downstairs in the house, every morning we went to it for fresh pastries. A bottle of wine from the hostess as a gift when you arrive. Hannah helped me navigate the city, answers all questions very quickly, you can ask any question. There are beach towels, umbrellas, baby crib. We took a car for 1 day for a trip to Provence, well, a classic: Monaco, Antibes, neighboring villages - it's by train, every day the beach. The weather was perfect for us: 22-24 degrees air, 20 degrees. It rained for one day, everyone else is sunny. It's great to recharge with the sun before the snow in St. Petersburg)) From what can be improved: touch buttons on the microwave are pressed with great difficulty

What a charming apartment!!!! It really is like you living at home with everything designed for a traveller. The standard appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, kettle are all provided, but then you also get a Nespresso machine, plug converters, umbrellas and what I thought was a really nice touch beach towels with the lounger mattress for the rocky beach. You have a great super market (Util) open 7 days a week directly across the road from where you stay and literally 30 seconds away is a boulangerie where I bought my fresh bread every morning. Initially I conversed with Ivan who dealt with the booking and then I met with Hanna who went into great detail on the workings of the apartment. Hanna provided an excellent service and answered any questions I had immediately. The location is fantastic, but the apartment itself is even better. This was my very first Airbnb and I could not have chosen a better place to stay.
