Super amazing experience living in Hanna’s house. Impressive seaview, great location. 1 mins walk from tram station. Very convenient and very chill place. Will come again!

Host Hanna greeted us warmly at the entrance of the apartment and gave us a detailed introduction of the layout of the apartment and how to use the facilities.The apartment is right next to the beach, the location is very good, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It takes about 20 minutes by tram train from the airport. It is also very convenient to go to Nice Old Town and downtown.In addition, the apartment is well equipped with all kinds of common appliances.The balcony is a highlight, you can see the sea directly from the sea, and the experience of sunbathing and dining on the balcony is fantastic.Thank you so much Hanna for your thoughtful arrangement, my lover and I had a perfect vacation in Nice!

Hanna made everything super easy. She was very flexible when our arrival was delayed by more than 6 hours. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach made it easy to go back and forth whenever we wanted.

The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
