Host Hanna greeted us warmly at the entrance of the apartment and gave us a detailed introduction of the layout of the apartment and how to use the facilities.The apartment is right next to the beach, the location is very good, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It takes about 20 minutes by tram train from the airport. It is also very convenient to go to Nice Old Town and downtown.In addition, the apartment is well equipped with all kinds of common appliances.The balcony is a highlight, you can see the sea directly from the sea, and the experience of sunbathing and dining on the balcony is fantastic.Thank you so much Hanna for your thoughtful arrangement, my lover and I had a perfect vacation in Nice!

The apartment was very nice and clean - corresponded exactly to the photos and description. We were very satisfied with our choice. The communication worked smoothly with Hanna and she even ordered a taxi for us to easily get into the apartment when we arrived in Nice. I would give another plus for the balcony. Very good welcome from Hanna who gives a tour of the apartment and gives all the useful information. Impeccable cleanliness and all amenities necessary for a good stay. Awesome terrace overlooking the sea, sideways. There is truly an AC is a plus. The nearby tram makes it possible to go to Old Nice in 10’. Shops in 5'. I would definitely recommend Hanna and her beautiful apartment.

My wife and I spent 5 nights, very nice environment, close to the beach promenade. Shops and bakeries are also nearby. Everything is easily accessible by tram. The accommodation was fantastic, the kitchen was well equipped and the cleanliness was absolutely adequate. Thank you for this great opportunity!

The apartment is even better than the photos - definitely worth the price! Very bright, large terrace overlooking the sea, enough space and super clean. Immediately on the Promenade des Anglais, you could explore the area and get to the center. A few steps from the tram, which can be reached from the airport or to the airport and the city center. Very good cafe with delicious croissants downstairs :) We appreciate a very successful stay, we had a great stay with Hanna all week. Definitely a better choice than the hotels we saw in the area. The apartment has everything you need to spend a good time - a well-equipped kitchen, access to Netflix in the evenings, next to a well-stocked supermarket, delicious coffee and cookies downstairs, and a location right next to the beach and promenade. Hanna is a responsive and friendly host, she thoroughly explained and showed everything in the apartment, she was there to help and recommendations in the area. Thank you!

We stayed a week at Hanna’s AirBnB. The apartment was just what we were after and Hanna was very friendly showing us around the apartment and provided great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try during the week. The apartment was just as shown online with great views of the sea. The balcony is a nice place to sit out in the morning when the sun is over it. Also the sofa bed was far better than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Nice.

Hanna was great, very helpful and responsive. The metro is very close and convenient. The bakery downstairs was awesome! Great restaurants near by. And the beach was very close. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and olive oil to cook with. The hospital is directly across from the balcony. The beautiful beach view is at an angle.

Aldona's flat is just as it looks in the pictures. It fits well for two people and the best thing is that it is half a block from the beach and from the balcony you can see the sea! We were welcomed by Ben, very nice and friendly, he gave us all the necessary instructions to get around the flat and the city. Nice is beautiful! Although the flat seems to be far from the centre it is not difficult to get there, it is a 10 to 15 minute walk along the Promenade des Anglais, a walk we enjoy every day. Thank you very much for hosting us! When we return to Nice we will certainly not hesitate to stay here again. Aldona's apartment is as seen in the photos. It fits two people well and the best thing is that it is half a block from the beach and from the balcony you can see the sea! Ben received us, very nice and friendly, gave us all the necessary instructions to handle us in the apartment and in the city. Nice is Beautiful! While the apartment seems to be away from the center it is not difficult to get there will be about 10 or 15 minutes walk along Promenade des Anglais, a walk that we enjoy daily. Thank you so much for welcoming us! Surely when we return to Nice we will not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved staying here. It’s so close to the beach. It’s about a 35 minute walk to the old town along the beach path. The part of the beach this condo is near is much quieter and pleasant than the beach closer to the city centre so we really preferred swimming in this part of town! The sofa is the bed which worked fine for us. I would have preferred a fitted sheet to go with it but it was comfortable and I slept well. There is air conditioning which made a big difference! Thank you so much for letting us stay here! We really liked this apartment.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for living. Only the fold-out sofa was not so pleasant for my back. The view on the terrace is simply wonderful. First of all, we enjoyed our stay in Nice and the environment! We had a rocky start, when we arrived Ben welcomed us but was really in a rush. When we asked for a parking spot, he told us that we have to move our car every two hours or that we shouldnt have come by car to Nice. Because of corona we had to. That was a bit rude. When I told him about the review on airbnb about a free spot not far away, he told is where it was just a view blocks up. Also, you can park your car in a garage or in some places on the street where you have to pay. Furthermore, the appartment is very hot. The airco is not cooling enough, but when you leave the window open you hear the street and coco beachclub very loudly. As you can see on the pictures, the bank is also the bed. We had to made the bed by ourselfs, we didnt no excactly what blankets and pillows to use, there were a view on a drawer. When you are a difficult sleeper, the bed is not very comfy. The appartment looked precicly like the pictures on airbnb. Also you can take the tram 1 minute away from the appartment to the centre, what was perfect. The terras is big, the sun is on it from morning till approximently 16:00. If the host took some more time to welcome us, the other things wouldnt bother us that much. Now we didnt knew how the airconditioning worked, how to made the bed, where to park the car and more. In our opinion there are other more fancy appartments for the same amound of money. We dont want to complain, but just give you a honest review about our stay. We enjoyed our holiday to the fullest!

Studio very clean and very well located. The view is not as beautiful as you imagine, however you can still see the sea on the side. Too bad that the people before us broke the curtain rod of the bay window (we were forced to lift the rod in order to open it). There is no free parking, you have to go far enough to find a free spot (there are not many) otherwise everything is for a fee next to the walk. However, once the car is parked, everything can be done by transport, the studio is located close to a bus stop and tram stop, which is very convenient. Apart from these little details, we had a great time at Aldona's studio!

I chose the apartment primarily for the views and I was not disappointed! Having breakfast on the balcony with the views was amazing. Though I walked to most places, it also has great transport links to the airport, with the tram stop being less than a minute away from the apartment. The promenade is literally across the road so going to the beach is very convenient. There are also several restaurants along the promenade. The old town is also walking distance from the apartment. The apartment has all the amenities you would need for a short stay and Ben gave me some great recommendations of places to visit!

The stylish apartment in the immediate vicinity of the beach is really super nice! Everything is available as shown in the pictures and is just ideally suited for a few nights. If you have some time, you can easily walk to the city center, otherwise there is a train station right outside the door. In high season it was not always easy to find a cheap parking space, but there are some parking garages nearby. Communication and check-in with Ben went smoothly. The terrace was currently under construction, but could still be used well.

It’s my 3d stay in Nice and I think I finally found an ideal home to stay. This terrace is really grate place to relax. It’s sunny up to 12 hours. Breakfast and dinner on your own terrace with a sea view - what should be better?! When the sun goes down and colors exactly as at the impressionist picture, from light rose to deep blue, you should see that! Very close to the sea, tram 2, Promenade Anglais and... to the dream. Really.

Wow! What an incredibly nice apartment, everything is super neat and everything you need is present. The terrace is so nice, have breakfast in the morning in the sun. Communication went very well and we were grateful that we were allowed to leave our suitcase longer. The apartment is about 20 minutes walk to the old part of the city and by public transport it costs only 5 euros for the whole day. What a nice city and what an great apartment. Nice place! Ben was extremely warm and nice. He gave some very nice travel tips and was easy to reach whenever needed. We never got to experience the balcony unfortunately due to some construction work but it is probably the highlight of the place. The place is not very close to the main marketplace in Nice. We had to walk for around 40-50 minutes to get to where most of the action is. But it’s super close to the beach which, I must say, looks amazing from the balcony. The place has some cleanliness issues. There was junk stuffed in the drawers and the closet, allowing very little storage for the guests themselves, and there was a thin layer of dust on pretty much everything like it wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly. Overall for the price it was a good home and the host was great, but not recommended for someone going to Nice for the first time.

We loved staying here! You can't beat the view! And the balcony was much bigger than we expected. Even though the bed was a pull out futon, it was very comfortable and we slept very well. Super clean & excellent communication with the hosts. We took the bus frequently because it is a bit far of a walk to town, but it was nice to walk along the promenade as well. Really excellent deal and I highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment for a few days stay. Two minute walk to the beach which also has a private beach next to it as well. Location is a bit away from the old town but if this isn't an issue for you then this is definitely a place worth booking. Amenities including the air conditioning and privacy shutters worked perfectly.

Can’t say anything negative about the accomodation, everything was perfect! The apartment was clean with stylish furniture and very well equipped , especially the kitchen area! Very lovely balcony with sea view , where you can enjoy meals/drinks or just relax. The centre of Nice is around 10 minutes by bus , with a bus coming every few minutes until late at night &you just have to cross the road to get to the bus stop& promenade. All in all, we can highly recommend choosing this apartment for your stay, you won’t regret it!! :)

Great apartment, large balcony which meant we spent a lot of time outside relaxing, popping over to the beach when we wanted a dip in the sea. Washing machine in apartment really useful. Location chosen for us as away from the centre which gets busy, but a buss pass for 15 euros was good as bus stop is very close. A nice 25 minute walk to old town along the promenade, perhaps a bit longer if it’s hot. Auberge Saint Antoine just round the corner - handy, not expensive and decent quality

We just spent 13 days in Nice in July and loved it. The apartment is ideal for two people and the great photos really don't promise too much. The welcome and goodbye by Ben and Nas was very warm and informative, the communication went smoothly. The most beautiful thing about the apartment for us was the location and the huge balcony with the magnificent view, where we always liked to sit, eat or be located. Thanks to the awning, you can also tolerate it well in the morning. The nights are relaxing thanks to air conditioning and electric blackout blinds, and although we are both quite large, we were able to sleep reasonably on the folding sofa. The parking situation is not completely problematic, but thanks to Ben's tip we could almost always park the rental car for free. Otherwise, a bus goes right around the corner into town. Baker, supermarket and restaurants are also easily accessible on foot. Directly across the street is Coco Beach, two loungers with umbrella cost here as everywhere else €30 per day, but it is really very chill there with very nice service. We have left our parasol for our tenants, because you can also tolerate it very well on the pebble beach, which is always quite empty in this area. This was certainly not our last vacation on the beautiful French Riviera and we can fully recommend Aldona's apartment.

The apartment is located in a very good location. It is not the very center of Nice, but it overlooks the Promenade des Anglais and, accordingly, the beach. The apartment itself is small, but cozy and with a great terrace. The apartment has everything you need for your stay : a sufficient set of dishes, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, iron, etc. Personally, I really liked that there are different glasses)))

Loved having the outdoor space, managed to have breakfast on the balcony even though the weather wasn't perfect! The sofa bed is good quality but it was firm. Excellent location as there was a bus stop very close. Great communication and a warm welcome from Nas. Would recommend. I also did the breakfast with a local airbnb experience that I can recommend too.

The appartment is situated on the 7th floor and has a great view over the Promenade des Anglais from the lovely balcony which has a couple of loungers, camping-style chairs and a square table with kitchen-style chairs. The balcony is however overlooked by the admin staff at the Hopital Lenval on the other side of the road (no one there at weekends, but weekdays it's busy - may not feel private for sunbathing). Inside, there's a nice fitted kitchen; a breakfast bar and one of the things we liked the most of all: a nice light and airy bathroom. The furniture was all very nice and modern. As for the bed, a convertible bed cum couch felt very uncomfortable for any serious sleeping! Shame. Outside, the Cocoon beach club is just the other side of the road... lovely location but not so great cocktails. Beside this there aren't many eateries nearby, but more can be found further up the promenade towards the Negresco hotel. All in all we used the flat as a basis for excursions into Cannes (lovely, with great atmosphere) and Monaco (very quiet, a bit disappointing); it's a 3km walk to the station. It's also close to the Airport which can be reached by taxi for around 20-25€. Another immense positive were Ben & Nas, who provided a check-in/check-out service. They were most welcoming, and were at hand to give us further advice and answered some queries we had re restaurants, taxis, etc... at very short notice.

It is as picture shows from balcony right across from beach....our host explained where stores,restaurants,and buses were from apartment.....beautiful walk on Anglis Promenade a minute from flat....the 200 bus to Antibes,Cannes is footsteps away....the apartment was perfect for us...all the amenities of home.....had great time....if you need a nice flat near all major bus lines,d ont miss this one!

My wife and I thought Aldona’s apartment was very nice! We were a little apprehensive about the apartment feeling small like a glorified dorm room, however, we found it to be comfortable and functionally laid out. It felt plenty big for the two of us! Though, it might get a little cramped if you need privacy from who you are traveling with. We were just a little outside of the main part of the city so it was a bit of a walk to the shops but it was nice to walk down the promenade. The view is true to the pictures, quite incredible! There is a new on-the-beach restaurant/bar literally right in front of the building that opened during our stay and it looks quite nice! You can rent chairs for the day or just sit and have a meal or drinks. There was a grocery store very close by that made buying food for cooking easy. Just remember to bring your own bags! The apartment was well stocked and had everything you needed to cook. It is also equipped with a washing machine (no dryer) and a super handy Nespresso machine (coffee) that we used probably more often than worth admitting.. The balcony is just as spacious and appealing as you expect, though the building next door has reflective windows.. so be mindful of what you do and **don’t** wear out on it! The fold out couch is spacious enough and comfy, we didn’t have any problems with it! Overall, this has been a very nice stay and we are sorry to leave it. We will be back for sure and recommend you give it a try!

Aldona's top-floor apartment is a masterclass in utilising space to provide a comfortable, functional environment for a short break. Stylishly furnished and well-equipped, it proved an ideal base for a four-night stay for two - although any longer may leave you looking for extra storage space, and wishing for a slightly more comfortable bed than the cleverly-converting couch! Just off the promenade, the apartment was well-situated for public transport links, and was a good half-hour walk from the old town. The apartment block itself was served by a small lift, and appeared secure - although occasionally noisy neighbours were evident. Future guests may benefit from repairs to the balcony's awning and the internal blinds, but these were no great issue during this stay. Merci pour votre hospitalité!

We stayed in this clean, well-equipped studio in March 2018. Unfortunately, the tram line was expanded on Avenue de la Californie, so the work noise was added to normal car noise. It was a wonderful stay having the sea side promenade in the front and connectivity to public transport to city center was convenient. Moreover we locked our phone inside and the host was kind enough to coming running for us in the morning with a spare key. Couldn't be more thankful to them. Overall great experience

Apartment perfectly matches the photos, located 20 meters from the promenade, about equal distance between the airport and Old Nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole is clean. The bnbsitter system works well (because Aldona is occupied by her recent maternity hospital) and did not pose any particular difficulties. Nice is a very pleasant and welcoming city. There is a "popart" shop in the old nice, close to Place Masséna (opposite the "delicacies of the opera"), which is well worth a visit.

The place was great and it had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Very easy to get to, amazing terrace with view to the sea and we cought an amazing sunrise there. Thanks to the arrangements the host made, everything went smoothly with the check in and check out! Thank youuu

Aldona's place was located in a very convenient spot as well as being perfect and spacious for my time spent in Nice. They were very helpful when it came to check in and also supplying information about Nice. I would highly recommend staying in Aldona's apartment as I would defiantly be back again :)

Brilliant place that was very clean and right on the promenade. Walking distance to everything we required and the apartment had brilliant views over the sea and was only a short walk from restaurants and bars etc. Nice and quiet in the evenings. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful apartment with a huge balcony. From there you have a great view of the beach and the sea. In 2 minutes you are right on the sea and you can swim. A bus station is just around the corner and brings you to the city center. The apartment itself has everything you need and is large enough for 2 people. We had a relaxing stay and can only recommend the apartment.

This flat is perfect. It was clean, comfortable and located just outside the bustling tourist area. We really enjoyed the location and the view! Would highly recommend. I will say the blinds didn't completely block out the light and it was very bright in the morning and the bed was firm, but nothing unbearable. Aldona is a very attentive and helpful host and the flat was well equipped- She even had travel soaps in the bathroom :)

Fantastic modern studio! Excellent air conditioning and very clean. Little out of the centre of town but within walking distance or easy enough to catch a bus.

Aldona was a very helpful host. I checked late because of the flight delay so she hired a sitter and contacted to her when I could not. The studio was cosy and lovely and had everything that I need. It was very comfortable, because most of the buses stop in front of the studio to reach other villages(Eze,Grasse&Saint paul de vence).

We had a great stay at Aldona's apartement! It is well located with a directly view to the beautiful beach, very comfortable and clean. The bus station is also in front of the apartement, that's pretty cool. Also the communciation with Aldona during our stay went perfectly. We highly recomment the apartment !!!! Thank you Aldona.

The apartment is very nicely decorated! True to the photos. Everything has been designed for the convenience and comfort. It feels good:-) The location is facing the sea, with only the Promenade des Anglais to cross to get to the beach. GREAT! We were to the center on foot (about 30 min walk via the promenade) otherwise there is the bus just at the bottom of the building. And a 5-minute walk. Convenient!

We had a wonderful stay in Nice. The apartment was better than anticipated. Aldona's communication was excellent as was our welcome to the apartment. The decor was fresh and stylish. Everything we needed was on hand. The space was very clean and fresh. The balcony overlooking the ocean was fabulous. I would highly recomend this apartment.

Very cosy apartment, well equipped with great terrace with lovely sea views. Good location - 50 meters from the bus stop, there is a grocery supermarket nearby. Aldona is very pleasant to communicate with, promptly answers questions. We recommend this apartment. In the future, we will choose this option in Nice

It was a great place! It's far enough away from the main part of Nice, so the beach is MUCH less crowded, but it's not far to get into town. Loved the apartment as well, and Aldona was very helpful with everything.

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous and stylish just like the pictures with everything you could need! The sofa bed was a bit firm and the blinds did not block much sunlight but this was no big issue for us. We are grateful for the experience. It is very close to the beach and close to a bus stop as well. Aldona was a lovely host and very easy to communicate with. She arranged for someone to check us in later in the afternoon and was very accommodating to any questions we had. We would love to come back one day and stay here again. Thank you Aldona!! :)

Don't look anywhere else!!!! The studio is everything as described by Adonia, but what made our stay the most enjoyable, was Adonia and the warm welcomes she provided, along with the additional information that allowed us to navigate our way around the city. Especially given the bus stop is right out of the front of the studio.

The appartment was nice, small and practical. Great view from the balcony with sunbeds, chairs and a table. It was a washingmachine there and a dishwasher. For those who need it there was a small elevator to take you the 7th floor. The host was easy to talk to and reach by email. The sleepingcouch was a littlebit hard, but we slept ok. I would abseloutly recomend this place!

This Airbnb experience was one of the best ones (if not the best) experience I've had yet. This is in part due to the host and the apartment itself. The apartment was perfect for 2 for a short weekend trip. Everything you see in the photos is as is. It was so clean upon arrival and everything was set to go. What made our stay even better was how kind/helpful Aldona was. Her communication was excellent throughout our entire stay and she made sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. Prior to arriving in Nice I asked her for any suggestions/recommendations she had for our weekend stay - she emailed me back several restaurants, things to do, nearby cities to check out, etc. It was beyond thoughtful and helpful. The airbnb is a little bit of a walk from Vieux-Nice, shopping, Castle Hill area (probably 30 min). BUT - that wasn't a problem at all because there is a bus station right outside the apartment building. The bus was cheap as well as easy to navigate, and takes no longer than 10 minutes or so to reach some of these more popular destinations in the city. Would highly recommend Airbnb to anyone!
