The location is fabulous in a beautiful development overlooking the sea with lovely landscaped grounds, ponds and waterfalls. It is close to the beach, the lovely town of Nerja, and many of the attractions we had planned for our vacation. There is a known problem with mold from moisture in the plaster walls, but apparently no-one has determined the cause or made any repair. The smell from under the sink and refrigerator is noxious. In general the apartment is well-equipped, but the bedroom is cramped, for example you can barely open the closet doors while standing between them and the bed. There is a cupboard in the hall with a know that is coming off. The living room rug was full of sand, but we just rolled it out of the way. The hot water is limited for two showers in a row.

We spent two wonderful weeks at the property and were absolutely thrilled! Everything is well organized, sea and pool are very close as well as shops and restaurants. The team was very kind and helpful as well as always available. We will be happy to come back! G. and A.

Had an amazing time at this flat!! Was in the ideal location and the private path to the beach was a life saver! Literally a few minutes walk and you are on the front! Cosy and comfy stay. There was a smell of damp in the kitchen which was quite off putting, but for what we used the kitchen for it done the job! The air con was amazing and everything worked great. The washing machine was fab a fab addition

The views were great, and a good location but noticed an odd smell in the apartment and mold on the shower curtains.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
