The host communicated extremely well, provided extra towels & beach chairs & responded very quickly. The place is a stone throw from the beach, restaurants & a short walk to the main town/square. It’s ideally located, clean & spacious & the host cannot be more accommodating.

Lovely apartment. Great view. The apartment had everything we needed and a little more. Fully live up to photos and description. Casa Sol, which is responsible for the rental, is sweet and welcoming. Very flexible with both check-in and checkout. The apartment gets our warmest recommendations. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Positives Nice well equipped apartment in good location, great view, nice pool, responsive hosts and thanks for the umbrella Negatives We felt the apartment needs a bit of TLC Balcony blind wasn’t usable as one of the bolts seized. Host aware but didn’t offer to resolve. Patio chair was broken and didn’t recline. Balcony as a whole just needs a clean and sorting out, we cleaned the railing which had birds mess from the pigeons but it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Kitchen cupboard door edges need fixing, very sharp and both of us cut our hands on them. Window blinds sticky to close, host aware. Not being negative or picky but a few basic, simple fixes would elevate what is a nice apartment in a good location.

The highlight of Jose’s place was definitely the view of the ocean. The place was very clean and had a very well kitted out kitchen. The location was about a 10min walk to the balcon but had nice restaurants just across the road. Jose’s team were really attentive, especially on check in as we arrived later than scheduled. We stayed in July so unfortunately didn’t have the sun as displayed in the pictures, guessing they were taken in winter as we never had a sunny balcony. Just a couple of things to note if you’re staying here; the pool is lovely but has no sun loungers and closes in the middle of the day from 3-5pm, there is beaches very near but the nicer less stoney one is a 30min walk away and finally bring beach towels as there are none in the apartment.

Everything was fabulous we thoroughly enjoyed our stay no complaints whatsoever Apartment was superb clean, tidy and very comfortable Brilliant location All in all a wonderful vacation

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
