Los apartamentos están limpios y son funcionales, pero están viejos y la decoración es muy fea. Lo mejor, la ubicación y las vistas directas del mar.

We stayed here quite a few years ago so i cant comment for the recent quality of the place, however, when we stayed the location was perfect, close enough to get a bus to Banus but still in the right part of the Marbella town area to enjoy what you need from the commercial aspects whilst relaxing at the beach.

One of the first turistic constructions of the coast. It still has its old fashion and is really well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax and socialize with other international neighbors. Some residents has the property of the flats and they rent it during summer. Recommend! :)
