Absolutely amazing - just had 2 weeks in Skol apartments - excellent condition, excellent beachfront location and the staff on reception are so nice and friendly - Daniela is amazing and responds to emails straightaway and very very helpful Everything is just superb - will definitely be booking again for next year. Super locatie , direct aan boulevard en strand en in het centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Inrichting wel beetje gedateerd . Beetje jammer dat je alsnog voor bed aan zwembad moet betalen en het stallen van je bagage voor vertrek . Verder zeker aan te raden wanneer je overal dicht op wens te verblijven.

Wir haben 5 Nächte in Appartement 921A gebucht. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und komfortabel, 2 Bäder mit Dusche und WC und gut ausgestattete Küche. Super Aussicht auf den Hafen. Weshalb gebe ich trotzdem nur 3 Sterne? Das Gebäude ist ein alter Beton-Klotz aus den 1960er-Jahren. Die Wohnungen und Balkone liegen eng aneinander und die Wände sind dünn wie Papier. Die Wohnungen direkt links und rechts gehören anderen Besitzern / Verwaltungen und wenn man Pech hat (wie wir), wohnen darin Leute, welche die ganze Nacht Party machen und sehr laut sind. Wir sind dann nach einer weiteren schlaflosen Nacht früher abgereist. Vincenzo und Daniela konnten nur sagen, dass sie die Reception informieren, respektive dass das halt normal ist ("is summer my friend"). Meine Erwartung wäre, dass sie mit den anderen Vermietern zusammen für die Einhaltung der Hausregeln sorgen. Die einzige hilfsbereite Person war der Nachtwächter, welcher in der einen Nacht morgens um 4 Uhr zu Hilfe kam.

He estado en el apartamento Parque Marbella 53E con mi familia y mi mascota. Es un apartamento muy grande, para 6 personas, con una terraza enorme con hamacas y una mesa para poder comer. El apartamento estaba limpio y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La ubicación es perfecta al lado de la playa, del paseo marítimo y del centro. Estuvimos disfrutando de la piscina que a pesar de ser agosto estaba muy tranquila. Sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias a Daniela que nos buscó el apartamento y que es encantadora.

I booked with this company via Airbnb. As arrival date arrived, they sent an email to register/check-in. It is the local law to get names and ID number for all guests. I readily provided this information. The next request was to sign a "rental agreement" which was available to review before signing. Airbnb terms state that a host cannot require any rental agreement outside of the platform unless it is disclosed prior to making the booking. This host DID NOT disclose anything on the booking page of Airbnb. Among some of the terms that were included in the rental agreement were: 1) They can substitute a similar apartment at their discretion 2) They can cancel reservation outright and not refund your money, but issue a "voucher" that is good for 12 months. 3) They will fine a guest who does not take out the garbage or dirties a towel You get the idea. Thinking this was an agreement for those who book directly with them, I contacted Skol via Airbnb over a week before the check-in date to let them know that Airbnb's terms apply, and not any separate rental agreement for them. I told them all guest information was provided, and to confirm that my booking was correct. They replied that everything was OK, and took a screenshot of the traveler information I provided, thus fulfilling the local requirement as per the law. In subsequent days, I continued to get automated emails asking me to complete the registration process. I again emailed them asking them to confirm that reservation was correct as-is. They did not reply. The day before arrival, I received yet another automated email. I again contacted them via Airbnb messaging to confirm that the booking was correct and governed by the Airbnb agreement. This time they replied that THEIR rental agreement needed to be signed, and that was the LAW, thus I had to agree to it. You can see the problem. First, it is 100% NOT the law. Law says all guests must provide ID. I clearly asked them about the rental agreement, they deceptively replied that all was OK since I provided guest information, avoided follow-up emails, and the day before DEMANDED that I sign their rental agreement. Imagine arriving at the property, and being forced to sign something you don't agree with. The issue here is that they were not forthright, and tried to trick an Airbnb guest. Clearly, they knew that they wanted me to agree to their contract a week before arrival date, but did not confirm this until the day before. Fortunate for me, I booked via Airbnb and immediately contacted them. Airbnb customer service was terrific, and forced the host to issue a FULL REFUND immediately as they did not adhere to the platform policies. I further lodged a complaint with Airbnb to block this unscrupulous host, who also lies about what local law is, from the platform. In conclusion, Skol provides poor service and has an arrogant attitude. Read other reviews. Be aware that booking a property with this company exposes you to many issues from a company which will not care one bit in helping you. The two people running the company are arrogant and unprofessional. Proceed accordingly!

One of our best holidays!! We have stayed in Skol appartement number 122c with our family of 4. (2 kids of 9 and 11) and really everything was great! The appartement was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Everything is so close! As soon as you walk out the gate at the pool area you are on the passeo maritimo with all restaurants and shops, and old town is a small walk of max. 10 minutes away. The apartments and the whole area feels very safe. The contact with Daniela was always great! Nothing to much and every question I had via whatsapp was answered so quickly! I would highly recommend to book your holiday here! We had such a good time!

We have been staying at SKOL for many years. Our last trip here was 2019 because of the pandemic. But 2023 has seen the KIWIS 🥝 return. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here - as always. A long way from NZ but we are always thrilled to return. Trish and Barry Christchurch- NZ🌞🌞 And now 2026 back again for another great stay - must be over 20 years of coming from Christchurch NZ 🥝🥝🥝🥝

Danielas apartment at Skol, Marbella, is fantastic! It keeps all promises mentioned in the ad: fully equipped kitchen, nice beds and everything else! No disappointments at all!
