Great location in Marbella area, close to the beach restaurant for great day and night eating. The apartment second bedroom a bit small, well equipped for the stay, enough channels and languages in case you like to watch TV, has AC at every room which made it really convenient.

I have tried to email, call (two different numbers) and message for over a week now about a rental, and no response. The apartments were recommended to me for a long term stay. I am not sure if I will trust a company that can not be available for over a week with no information on their website that they are unavailable.

The location of these apartments is amazing, right on the beach and lots of restaurants along the promenade within a ten minute walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. Daniela is lovely to deal with, we will definitely be back. 😊

We enjoyed our stay at the Skol Apartments. The location is EXCELLENT. Our apartment had a beautiful sea view. We have no hesitation in recommending Skol Apartments to others. We give it a 10 out of 10. Our apartment was number 132C Marian and Pat Cronin. Ireland

Great location, apartment needs some upgrades, 2 doors are unable to shut. Curtains in bedroom unable to close. No lock on balcony doors just a metal rod. Bathroom great.

Stayed in apartment 602 and it was great. Lovely newly refurbished kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely to have the duplex so felt spacious and the extra downstairs loo was an added bonus. Lovely and clean with a hoover to enable us to give the place a once over when we got back from the beach/the apartment needed it. The washing machine was a dream to have to rinse out towels etc. Sun all day from the afternoon on the balcony. The only thing I’d say was missing was a full length mirror but simply an observation. Getting beds round the pool was a bit manic as people were queuing to get their lounger mattresses from over an hour before it actually opened though I expected this having visited the SKOL annually growing up with family and it was the same then. 🤣🤣 Plenty of room on the beach though. You cannot beat The SKOL for location. A walk to the old town and harbour etc with a supermarket/great bars and restaurants just along the front out the gardens gate which is literally directly onto the beach. Fab long run towards Puerto Banus every morning was glorious. Daniela was very quick to respond to emails when booking. I’ll definitely go back to this apartment. ❤️

We are just finishing a very enjoyable holiday in the Parque apartments in Marbella. We are very appreciative of the attention to our needs given by Daniela. The apartment was very suited to our needs, particularly the walk in shower and the large veranda, as one of our party has very limited mobility. All of the consierge staff were very helpful any time we needed their assistance. The area was quiet, especially the poor area, and very conducive to relaxing. The grounds were very well maintained, with a lovely range of colourful flowers everywhere. So we would hope to be able to return again next year if God gives us another year. We had a fantastic 3-week stay at Skoll while working remotely and enjoying some downtime. The internet was incredibly fast and reliable, which made working from the apartment (839B) completely stress-free. The facilities were always clean and well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping replaced the bed sheets every week, a lovely touch that we weren't expecting. The location is wonderful, with everything we needed close by. This was actually our second stay at Skoll, and it certainly won't be our last. A special thank you to Daniella, who was so helpful as always and made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay here. Apartment was spotless clean, great AC, very well stocked in terms of kitchen equipment and towels etc. Great location, couldn’t be closer to the beach. Surrounded by great restaurants, coffee and breakfast spots. Short walk to Orange Square. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be going back.

A lovely stay again in Skol. Apartment was spotless and had everything you need. Always beds by the pool and direct access out the gate to the beach promendate, close to restaurants. Less than a 10 minute walk to the old town. Great location.
