Stayed in apartment 602 and it was great. Lovely newly refurbished kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely to have the duplex so felt spacious and the extra downstairs loo was an added bonus. Lovely and clean with a hoover to enable us to give the place a once over when we got back from the beach/the apartment needed it. The washing machine was a dream to have to rinse out towels etc. Sun all day from the afternoon on the balcony. The only thing I’d say was missing was a full length mirror but simply an observation. Getting beds round the pool was a bit manic as people were queuing to get their lounger mattresses from over an hour before it actually opened though I expected this having visited the SKOL annually growing up with family and it was the same then. 🤣🤣 Plenty of room on the beach though. You cannot beat The SKOL for location. A walk to the old town and harbour etc with a supermarket/great bars and restaurants just along the front out the gardens gate which is literally directly onto the beach. Fab long run towards Puerto Banus every morning was glorious. Daniela was very quick to respond to emails when booking. I’ll definitely go back to this apartment. ❤️

Very well equipped apartment and great view. Now our favourite location,not perfect but so many positives. Hard to find a combination that delivers as much as Skol. Only requests are a full length mirror, possibly on a wardrobe door and a headboard for the bed.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Skol Apartments, we stayed in 523a and although it was small it had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location of the Skol Apartments is fantastic, everything you could want is on your door step. I would absolutely recommend the Skol Apartments for your Marbella break. We had a fantastic 3-week stay at Skoll while working remotely and enjoying some downtime. The internet was incredibly fast and reliable, which made working from the apartment (839B) completely stress-free. The facilities were always clean and well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping replaced the bed sheets every week, a lovely touch that we weren't expecting. The location is wonderful, with everything we needed close by. This was actually our second stay at Skoll, and it certainly won't be our last. A special thank you to Daniella, who was so helpful as always and made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

We had another fantastic stay at Skol Apartments. Daniela was an exceptional host, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish and always available whenever we needed assistance. Apartment 542C was immaculate upon arrival, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The complex itself is superbly located—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and only 30 seconds from the promenade. This was the second time my partner and I have stayed at Skol Apartments, and it certainly won’t be our last. We look forward to returning again in the future.

A lovely stay again in Skol. Apartment was spotless and had everything you need. Always beds by the pool and direct access out the gate to the beach promendate, close to restaurants. Less than a 10 minute walk to the old town. Great location.

El apartamento estaba bien y la estancia fue correcta en general, pero hubo un detalle que me pareció muy decepcionante. Pagamos más de 300 € por el alojamiento y, una vez allí, descubrimos que no se puede utilizar ninguna hamaca de la piscina sin pagar un suplemento adicional. Lo que más me sorprendió fue que tampoco permiten tumbarse en el césped, por lo que prácticamente te obligan a alquilar una hamaca si quieres disfrutar de la zona de piscina. Considero que, pagando ya una cantidad importante por el alojamiento, debería existir alguna opción gratuita para los huéspedes. No es un problema grave, pero sí algo que me habría gustado saber antes de reservar y que creo que deberían replantearse.

Das Gebäude ist aus den 60er Jahren und wurde immer mal wieder umfangreich renoviert. (Wikipedia: Dieser 1963 in Marbella erbaute Komplex wurde von den Architekten Manuel Jaén Albaitero und Carlos García San Miguel nach den Prinzipien der Moderne entworfen.[1] Ursprünglich als Hotel mit 580 Zimmern geplant, besteht der Komplex aus drei unterschiedlich hohen Gebäuden, die in U-Form zum Meer hin angeordnet sind. Die beiden kleineren Gebäude verfügen über Galerien in mittlerer Höhe, die den Zugang zu den Apartments ermöglichen. Das größte Gebäude ist von Le Corbusiers Unité d’Habitation in Marseille inspiriert und zeichnet sich durch eine skulpturale Außentreppe aus. Auch die Innenräume orientieren sich an diesem Vorbild aus Marseille und übertragen die moderne Formensprache auf touristische Wohnarchitektur. In den 1960er Jahren drehte Regisseur Mariano Ozores mehrere Filme im Apartotel, darunter „Operación Cabaretera“ (1967) mit Gracita Morales in der Hauptrolle.) Entspricht aber keinesfalls mehr dem heutigen Standard eines 4 Sterne Hauses. die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön . wenn man das richtige Apartment erwischt, hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Strand oder den Hafen . am Swimmingpool sind ausreichend Liegen . die Auflage kostet 3 € pro Person am Tag . es ist alles sehr gepflegt .es gibt eine Bar in der man essen und trinken bestellen kann , am Abend auch Cocktails. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar . zum Strand muss man einfach nur die Strandpromenade überqueren . es gibt eine Vielzahl von Restaurants an der Strandpromenade und in der Innenstadt . Preisniveau touristisch relativ hoch Qualität überschaubar. Die Innenausstattung unseres Apartments entsprach dem aktuellen Standard : zweckmäßig bis gut .wir würden drei Sterne vergeben . der Service und die Übergabe der Schlüssel waren problemlos und freundlich . wir hatten kleinere Anmerkungen bezüglich der Klimaanlage und eines verstopften Abflusses,diese wurden sofort zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt.
