It was the most beautiful place to stay! Perfect for a large group! Gorgeous views. Wifi was sometimes not great but that doesn’t matter with the beautiful views! Amazinf stay i would 100% recommend booking! Its about 20 min from town but the drive is so beautiful

This property was perfection! Communication was on point and made check-in/checkout a breeze. But the view…the view will bring me back. Every morning with the most amazing sunrises, gorgeous water views, and a delightful breeze all while having my coffee at the pool. To top it off, the property is conveniently located to everything. Location was awesome and Robin was a easy and peasant host to deal with from start to finish! The home was beautiful with stunning views and our beds were extremely comfortable. we had everything we needed for a great stay!

Love STX! This stay was amazing. The house has the most amazing views you’ve ever seen! There was seaweed on the Eastside this time of year but we DID NOT care! We enjoyed the picturesque balconies, the well thought out amenities of the house when we were there and took our group of 8 on a new 🏝️ adventure each day. One day my mom stayed behind w/ our 3 yo granddaughter. She said they enjoyed pool time and baking cookies in the large kitchen. Staying here really gave us such an appreciation of how different and beautiful N/S/E/W ends of the 🏝️ could be. It allowed us to experience so much of the islands rich atmosphere. We feel so blessed to stay here. If you are considering, I would do it! My husband & I stayed on W end of the island in January. We had to bring our family back to enjoy STX. We couldn’t have made a better choice…roomy, clean with stunning sunrises. Eat breakfast at Ollie’s!

Villa Sunrise was just what we had in mind, very beautiful and peaceful with a pool overlooking the open waters - serene !
Robin was extremely responsive and also provided local recommendations !

Villa Sunrise was a stunning destination to see the sun rise without leaving the home! The accommodations were perfect! The home was extremely clean with comfortable furniture and a great kitchen. Views of the Caribbean were plentiful and breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed having a private pool and used it daily. Robin's response time was outstanding and included some wonderful local recommendations for grocery stores. My family and I were extremely pleased with our visit to St. Croix and especially this home! We plan to visit again!

Our family of six from Texas had an amazing seven-night stay! Robin was very responsive, and the house had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us—surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle. The views were breathtaking, both inside and outside. We turned off the A/C in the main house as soon as we arrived, enjoying the fantastic breeze. We did use the ceiling fans, though they could have been a bit stronger in the living area. My oldest daughter and her wife stayed in the in-law unit and preferred to keep the A/C on. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, with every pot, pan, and seasoning we needed. The washer and dryer worked fine, though the washer had some balancing issues. We used the pool daily, and my husband and I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. The GPS directions provided were also very accurate. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay on the east end!

This place was perfect for our little 7 day getaway to the east end of St Croix. It worked perfectly for our little family of 4 which included our 5 year old and 2 year old. We understand why this place is called sunrise villa as every morning are stunning views of beautiful sunrises. Could go on and on about all the goods and highly recommend anyone reading reviews to as you won’t be disappointed!

BEAUTIFUL STAY! This place was pristine! So clean and warm, AND THE VIEW! Sunrises were STUNNING! The pool was great! All of the spaces made it a wonderful fit for our group of 7. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

This was our 2nd time booking with Robin at one of her properties on the island. The house was a perfect fit and exceeded our expectations for a friend's get away. Robin is extremely helpful in every aspect, and I can not recommend booking with her enough. We will definitely make our way back to St. Croix!

LOVED the stay here. More spacious than we were expecting, and absolutely beautiful location and views. Bring bug spray as we got bitten when hanging out on the many decks at night. Robin was responsive and helpful. Had everything we needed and more. Definitely will be back.

Villa Sunrise was perfect for our family of 5. The location was scenic and private.
We had a few issues during our stay which were mostly corrected in a timely manner. The house was tidy and the grounds were stunning with beautiful landscaping.Unfortunately, renters in the past discarded their beer cans and cigarette butts in the yard. It wasn't terrible or overflowing. Just disappointing to see on any property. This is of course, no fault of the owners or property manager. There is a trash bin outside so there is no excuse for people to litter.
There is a resort across the road but we didn't see a single guest which means we had the beach all to ourselves during our 10 day stay. There is AC throughout which we used in one bedroom at night. The rest of the house had a refreshing breeze which was more than enough to stay cool, even during the warm days.
The kitchen was fully stocked with untensils, pans, blender, toaster, etc...The bathrooms had plenty of towels, a hair dryer and several rolls of sanitary paper. There was even laundry and dishwasher detergent.Pool towels are provided but they are for house use only. Make sure to bring your own towels for beach excursions. The road to the house isn't bad and I would imagine any vehicle would be suitable but I would suggest renting a jeep if you want to explore the rest of the island.
We miss Villa Sunrise already and would book again without hesitation.

Fabulous week in paradise!! The pool was great for day and breathtaking at night with the sun setting on the ocean. The home had plenty of space for our large group. Robin was a great host. We will be back!
