Great place! Close to C’sted, the beach, fit our group comfortably, and an excellent deal. Few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars: - No toiletries - Only two trash bags provided. Had to buy more. - Place was very warm on arrival. Took about a day to cool down - Few dead critters. I understand we’re on island so it’s almost unavoidable. Overall very pleased with my stay and will definitely book again.

Beautiful home in great location but needs some tlc. A salt pond nearby makes the area smell like pee. Dusty/patio area dirty/ dishes/ microwave very unclean...Our first night we couldn't checkin due to wrong code or faulty lock. Airbnb nor myself could get ahold of Robin. She didn't respond till the next morning. Was outside for hours with my family 5 kids ages, 11mths, 3,4,11 and 16. Our 4 year old was very irritatable as she has brain tumor that causes emotional distress. You could imagine our frustration. Airbnb refunded our first night stay. Otherwise this was a great stay for our family. Price was higher than it's worth. Robin was a great host once we got into the home. She was very responsive with everything we inquired about. Ferry ride and 200 gift voucher was awesome. A walkable area and only 18 min to Udall and beautiful beaches. We really loved the home and would like to have seen basic starter necessities or even complimentary coffee for the price paid for the stay.

The house is beautiful and the location excellent. Robin was a great manager. We enjoyed the space, and the covered parking kept the cars cool. The air conditioning was a huge plus. The kitchen lacked some important of cooking utensils.

I rented the unit for family that traveled for my mother's funeral this included an individual in a wheelchair. Upon checking in I saw that the property had partial power and no wifi. There were no lights on the front patio, master bedroom, part of the living room nor the back walk way which was the only wheelchair accessible point. Though we were inconvenienced Robin made light of it acting as if we should appreciate partial power. I understand some situations were out of her control but she made it seem that it was just island life. Her language/mannerisms left much to be desired. She expected me to be okay with not having the amenities I paid for. In 2 days the problem was fixed. I asked Robin for a partial refund but she wasted my time so I involved AirBNB. She told them a $200 food voucher was a partial refund for the inconveniences we faced, it was a lie. AirBNB refunded me. Robin handled us poorly. Nice home/layout but dealing with Robin could leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Great overall experience. Reginald is a fantastic host. Addressed the few minimal concerns we had on the same day. Highly recommend and will seek out his properties in the future. Thanks for everything Reginald!

Great location!!! House is handicap accessible through back entrance. Lots of room for entertainment. The dinner certificates were a special touch. The dinner at Galleon Restaurant was exceptional.
