''On Top of the World!'' at nearly 900 feet above sea level is about as high in elevation as you can live on St. Croix! Neat, clean, and recently renovated from top-to-bottom and ready for you. This mountain-top estate has 360 degree views of the world -- from Salt River to Christiansted to Buck Island, Cane Bay to the South Shore and beyond!

The space

This beautiful vacation home is perfectly built at the top of the hill with a view that is sure to take your breath away. The mountainous backdrop with the Salt River and the Caribbean Sea at its helm along with the view of Christiansted adds to the natural aesthetics surrounding the home. There is a private outdoor pool perfect for accommodating guests and fulfilling their social/entertainment needs.

After an incline of about ten steps you are welcomed onto a contemporary open porch before being led into a beautiful, modern and spacious home. You are greeted by warm colors, beautifully appointed furniture and appliances with a spacious and relaxing common area suitable for both individual or family needs. The common area has glass doors and window combinations to maximize that view of the outside from the inside. One of the most captivating features of the home is the deck that surrounds the main floor. You can access the deck from the bedrooms as well as the common area.

There are two bedrooms on the main level and both have accompanying full bathrooms. Each bedroom has beautiful and comfortable furniture for your enjoyment. There are three bedrooms on the lower level, a separate entrance from upstairs, each with beautiful and comfortable furniture for your enjoyment. Additionally, the lower level has a common area, dining area, and kitchenette (no stove).

The entire home has WiFi capabilities as well as cable. Whether you need a place to accommodate you and your family or small group of friends, this space is perfect for you.

Provided complimentary with your stay is unlimited rides on the St. Croix to St. Thomas QEIV ferry. Make sure to let us know in advance when you want to ride - the ferry fills up fast! Please note, we are not liable for cancellations and scheduling. This property bares no weight to a cancelled ferry.

In addition, unlimited access to a tennis club in a world class beach resort during your visit!

1. Full Concierge ($700-1000 pending guest count): This option comes with full planning for the entire family. Any and all reservations, transportation, excursions, private chef, private charter, etc. A customized itinerary will will provided for you along with local entertainment schedule local reference guides to the best beaches, bars and other things to note while staying on island. The cost of vendors do vary and are not included in the planning price.

2. Finders Fee ($300) : This option comes with 2 bookings/planning but no reference guide, itinerary or local entertainment calendar. The cost of vendors are completely separate.

3. Grocery Delivery ($250): This option can be opted into separately or added on to any planning service. The grocery shopping is done for you and stocked away cold for your arrival including alcohol as long as an ID of 18 years and older can be provided by the main host.
