Kitchen was missing some bits and there was no welcome pack but generally a beautiful property. Good location and on road parking. Easy access. Just needed a little attention to detail. Back yard not very nice.

Spacious & nicely decorated location ok not far from a good park within walking distance (Ridley park)

Dirty glasses/pans: dusty lampshades: yard area horrendous rubbish lying about including glass bottles :kitchen smelt: lack of toiletries (not as advertised) last people hadn’t logged out of Netflix so couldn’t use I did complain officially to Host and stay

Very nice house, great location to travel around the coast, close to shops and the park is on your doorstep. Well decorated and big rooms with a little yard, it’s a truly lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Me and my friends felt very much at home. Would definitely stay here again, everything was very easy, a great stay!

Romslig sted, god plass på soverommene. God størrelse på kjøkken.

Det manglet oppvaskmaskin. Litt uhygienisk da man er avhengig av at forrige gjest vasket godt etter seg. Bare ett håndhåndkle på fem personer var for lite (to bad, men ett håndkle.). Det kunne også gjerne vært nok toalettruller og oppvasksåpe til besøket.

Great size house, 2 living rooms both with TVs. Nice hot shower with decent power. Great kitchen.

Just what we needed for a week visiting family in the North East.
Good size and had everything we needed including 3 decent size bedrooms etc.
only disappointment was the British Summer weather!!!!!!

Amazing host. House was a 3 bedroom which was ample space for 3 guests. Clean and tidy.

Spacious, quiet, clean
Convenience store 50 yards from the door.

On street parking , a large van was parked across the front throughout our stay!
Property does not have a dish washer.
Tripping on the grooves on the kitchen floor

Lovely house, beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Communication was excellent. Not the most picturesque of towns, but near a beautiful beach and handy for visiting surrounding area. Residential area, near a park and fairly quiet, given it was on a road. Near a good swimming pool and if you enjoy running, there’s a great route from house along the coast - path all the way to Seaton Sluice.

Good size house for us - 6 adults and an infant. Bedroom sizes were good - 2 really big and 1 standard. Separate dining/living room was great with an infant. Beautiful decor. Plenty of parking and a great park at the end of the road. Communication was great throughout with useful information. Utensils - oven glove and frying pan - needed washing before use.

Really smart inside photos are really representative, walking distance to park and local shops easy commute and generally very homely and comfortable. Great stay we will be back

The decor throughout the property was modern and nice. Easy to get keys.

The property was very dirty, in particular the kitchen. The cupboards inside and out were filthy, the utensils (pans, cutlery, glass wear, coasters, table mats etc) so much so that we didn't cook anything during our stay. Also after booking I received an email from Host & Stay advising I needed to either pay £25 non-refundable waiver fee, or provide bank details for them to hold a £250 deposit of my money for up to 2 weeks after my stay.

Convenient location lovely little park at the end of the street for the kids "Ridley Park" also just a short walk into town, tastefully decorated, comfy beds, decent shower. Has good WiFi no issue with all the kids devices etc.

Garden needs clearing up, could be made into a nice (beach / seaside) themed courtyard. More towels could have been provided and some mugs that fit under the coffee maker. Issue particularly with children both door locks were tricky and both boys got temporarily locked in the toilet / bathroom maybe a thumb turn lock with a flat head turn on the outside to release would be better.
