The space
The Harbour Den is a contemporary two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

As you enter the apartment, you will find the master bedroom to your left, fitted with a king-size bed and a vanity table.

In the second bedroom, you'll find a twin bed setup, offering the luxury of personal space with separate beds exclusively for your use.

With a Smart TV in each bedroom, you can enjoy your favourite shows or movies right from the comfort of your own room.

The family bathroom is conveniently positioned between the two bedrooms, boasting a bathtub, separate shower, WC, and basin for your comfort and convenience.

Adjacent to this is an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. This stylish area showcases dining chairs and sofa in brown leather, and a Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows! Our modern white kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including an oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer!

We had a lovely stay celebrating my dad's 70th birthday and his first time in Whitby. Great price and easy to book. The apartment looked just like the photos and felt very homely. Brilliant location too. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Overall and great place to stay to enjoy what Whitby is all about and offers. Was disappointed with the condition of the entrance area and certain parts of the apartment had not been cleaned which was a shame.

As a frequent visitor to Whitby, I know my way around well as the apartment was so close to station, and so central to both sides of Whitby, it is an excellent location. The apartment is just as you see it in photographs, I would definitely recommend it for a lovely break in Whitby, there are a few stairs to get up to the apartment, but as long as you are aware of this. there were a few issues, which were passed on, and the, customer care is really fantastic, nothing was to much trouble, it is on a busy shopping road, but when the day trippers go it really is lovely and peaceful. The beds are amazing, lovely and clean, plenty of towels.We had a bit of an issue with the WiFi, for first couple of night, which was sorted out with the great customer service, big massive congratulations to Charlie and Luke who were a credit to deal with. I would definitely stay again, but for a bit longer stay Location is amazing to rail station, and all local amenities. What's not to love.

It was not cleaned when I entered the room. Full of hair in the bathroom and everywhere, smells bad, pigeon’s feather outside of door, staines on the table. I couldn’t stay there so I asked refund.

Overall a good place to stay - great location, very central but quiet at night, reasonably well equipped kitchen, more spacious than I had expected. We had a lovely time there. However, BEWARE THE BOT! I tried to find out a simple question about which floor it was on (1st floor fyi) and spent some time fruitlessly and increasingly vexed trying to get this info by messaging what was clearly an AI response that didn't know and couldn't check. Eventually I called the number and the actual person I spoke to also couldn't find out. It was crucial to me for mobility reasons as affected if all planned guests could come. In the end I found the information by discovering a listing on a different site for the same place.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
