The kitchen leads to a porch area at the back of the house where you’ll find a shoe rack, coat pegs and dog bowls. Open the back door and there is a lovely terrace area where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening tipple. Below is an enclosed garden area.
Take the door to the right in the porch area and you’ll discover the second bedroom. This room has a calming feel with deep grey coloured walls and a soft carpet. The comfy double bed is framed with black, metal bedside tables and minimalist lamps. A tall black mirror hangs on the wall beside the window, and there is also a white wooden clothing rail and dressing table.
Head back through the kitchen and straight ahead is the third bedroom. Here you’ll find charming bunk beds ideal for children. There is also a clothing rail and a cute crate filled with children’s books. A quirky jellyfish lamp and pom pom cushions complete the room perfectly.

We had a lovely time staying at Willow View. We managed to have most of our meals outside, either in the garden or on the terrace. The house is very well equipped to make our stay comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds.
Everything was fine apart from the hairdryer which wasn't warm enough to dry hair very well.

We had a last minute 4 night break in the lovely Willow view. We were travelling with a small dog so the property was perfect for our needs. Our dog particularly enjoyed the treats and garden. The holiday home was clean and comfortable, bright and airy and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We were blessed with the weather and we loved our first visit to saltburn by the sea. The people are so friendly. Found a great place to excercise our dog off lead and lots of places to eat. The Ship inn was particularly dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to stay again with the grandchildren.

The garden terrace was lovely and the location was nice and quiet. Parking was also good. One car on the drive and no issues parking another car on the road.
The check in and out times. Now we are out of Covid, I think these times should be amended.

Beyond expectations! Well equipped and excellent communications.
A nesting crow took a like to our car and attacked it in the drive! Not really the property's fault though ☺️

A Bungalow away from the busy town center.
It did have a train line behind it, which is for commercial things only and didn't disturb us at all.
It has a one car drive and really nice gardens. Very dog friendly but also very clean.
Its the best air BNB we've been in. Good price. Thank you.

Beautiful private garden and comfy beds. The living room is cosy but there was no footstool as in picture. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and town. However, drawbacks were the finish and the cleanliness throughout.
Katy

The bungalow is located on a nice quiet residential street with private driveway parking, within walking distance of the town centre, country park and beach. It is nicely decorated and very homely with everything you need for a short break. The garden looked nice, though we didn't get to make the most of it because the weather wasn't great unfortunately. The shower is nice and powerful and the bed was comfy. The welcome basket with crisps, biscuits and milk was a nice touch.
The host couldn't provide a travel cot so we had to buy our own (we've not needed one before as everywhere we've stayed previously has provided one). I wasn't aware of the extra insurance charge when booking, that might have put me off if I'd known we'd have to either pay an extra £25 or a large deposit.

What a lovely little place in a peaceful area. It was just as described and we were impressed on entering the property at how clean it was with lovely decor and very spacious!
The railway line is cargo trains only and only a few came so no problem at all.
We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Lovely clean linen and towels.
The location was so peaceful. A space for one car off road which was great.
I would highly recommend and we would definitely book it again if we return to Saltburn. 😁

Stylish and comfortable and perfect location. Near to family and also to town/Saltburn Beach which is about 5 mins drive or 10-15 mins walking distance. Easy drive to other beauty spots/beaches.
Lots of facilities to make our stay comfortable. We didn't make use of the games in the living room but would have done if we hadn't nearby family to visit. Also the garden space is great but we didn't have the weather or the time to make use of it. There is a railway track next to the house but hardly any trains passed and they are goods trains so not many. Was a novelty to see one pass when we did see one!
Amazing welcome basket was there on arrival which was really appreciated, so thank you, along with a supply of tea and milk and other bits in the cupboards. Definitely would rebook if we need more space (usually only two of us visit Saltburn to my mum) and need three bedrooms.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like. If we had to say something, maybe the bedroom at the other side of the kitchen was a little chilly but there is an extra heater in there to combat that and it wasn't an issue.

Brilliant location, very dog friendly, shower was great. The parking and garden were very helpful to a comfortable stay. Lovely welcome gifts too, thank you. The Christmas tree made it extra special.
Few niggly bits like the light switch and the bed was not hugely comfortable, it was good but not up to the same standard as other bits of the bungalow.

Well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds and cosy. Owner left milk and nibbles which was nice.
Location is perfect, Saltburn is a lovely seaside resort. It's a good base for seeing the area.
Train track was very close to the house, it didn't bother us as we loved watching the freight trains go by, which were few and far between.
Doors need looking at as they have swollen and difficult to close
Toilet seat was loose needs to be looked at.

Property was lovely for the five of us and dog. Lounge was cosy, beds really comfortable, lovely furnishings throughout and a well equipped kitchen. The welcome pack was really appreciated by the children and we loved the basket left for the dog too! The garden would have been great too if only the weather had been better - lots of space and very safe for the dog.
Only small negative was lack of clarity on how the outside lights worked - with the rain we had, the decking was quite slippery so it felt a little unsafe with no lighting. Otherwise, we all had a lovely few days and found it a great base for exploring Saltburn.

The property was a home from home which had everything you could possibly wish for. It was very comfortable and catered for all our needs and even had treats for our dog. I loved the property so much I didn’t want to leave. The owners have thought of everything. The decor is very tasteful and it had lots of extra touches making it stand out from other properties we have stayed in.
We couldn’t get the outside light to work but that is the only thing as we loved it.

we had a lovely weekend at Willow View with our three children, aged 2, 4 and 7. The older two loved the bunk beds and the books and toys in their room. Before arriving I was slightly concerned about the train line which runs past the garden, but it is much higher than the garden (you go down some steps to access the garden) and trains are very infrequent and not fast. The kids loved seeing them go past! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to town and the seafront, we all walked to the seafront and back (pushchair for the littlest) on our first evening. We love Saltburn and Redcar and would definitely stay at Willow View again.

We had a wonderful stay at Willow View!
The garden was great for our 2 children to explore and have a kick-about with a ball. There is garden table and chairs and a beautiful willow tree. We used the table and chairs on the veranda for our supper and occasionally in the morning for a cupper in the sunshine - it was bliss!
The bungalow was very well equipped with all the amenities we required for our 3 nights stay. The owners were very thoughtful and left buckets and spades out for us to borrow and even a lovely welcome hamper of goodies for us to enjoy and milk in the fridge. The beds were very comfy and there were extra blankets available for cooler evenings.
The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and it was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants/cafes in 5-10 mins. It makes a big difference being so close to the town when you have young children.
We would highly recommend this place and will be back again in the future. Thankyou!

Willow View is a lovely property in a lovely, quiet location. We found the proximity to the beach, gardens and places to eat very good. All within walking distance.
The house was clean and tidy and my children (1 and 3) loved playing with the games and reading the books that were there. The garden was very nice and our dog certainly appreciated the space for a run around. The train line at the back of the property was a great hit with the kids! They don’t come that frequently (freight trains so not at night) and are not at all noisy, but the kids loved to watch them go by.
We were left a welcome basket which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well stocked with the things you would expect and there was tea and coffee which was great!
Overall I’d definitely stay again and would recommend a stay at willow view.

Property was perfect for our needs. Immaculately cleaned, well furnished and only a short walk from Saltburn sea front or town. Lovely peaceful, spacious bungalow on quiet estate. Spotlessly clean and easily walkable into Saltburn. My father retired down here recently and we’ve now found somewhere to stay when we visit again.
The garden was spacious and secure for the dog. However, there was no outside tap to wash off the dog after getting back from any of the stunning sandy or muddy walks in the area. Not a problem but something to be aware of when trying to keep the property clean and tidy.
Highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely bungalow really well equipped. Away from the hustle and bustle of the jewel streets but only 10-15 walk down to the town centre and/or top promenade.
One of the best rentals we have stayed in. Lots of little extras including welcome pack of goodies and coffee pods for machine. Little sun room had stuff for dogs and children, opening to suntrap decking. Lower garden was another suntrap, and enclosed so great for our little dog
Bungalow itself was superb, really well modernised kitchen, and nice quiet location with off road parking.

The welcoming touches 😋
Location, close to pier and places to eat / shops.
Facilities - we had everything we needed
Children’s things - lovely little room with toys and books 🙂
Each room was tastefully decorated and provided great facilities. It was clean and well maintained. The children loved playing in The garden also.
It’s difficult to write anything negative given it is such a nice place and the only thing I can suggest is that the eating area needs sufficient seating /table for 6 guests given it sleeps this many. It wasn’t a problem so much, we just sorted the kids then the adults sat down to eat but perhaps a pull out would work. The doors jammed a little also. That said, I would recommend and would also stay again here.

Lovely holiday house. Very well equipped. Don’t let the proximity to the train line put you off. There were only a couple of trains a day which went by very slow.
The garden is lovely…my daughters loved playing in it and seeking shade under the gorgeous willow tree.
Would highly recommend for a stay in Saltburn. Great to use as a base for beaches all along the east coast. We visited Staithes, Runswick bay and Whitby while we were there. Saltburn itself is great. Not too commercialised. Lovely long beach and great fish and chips!
The only criticism is the front bedroom needs curtains as the blinds let the sun in very early!

Willow View was perfect for our family of 5, we love Saltburn and when we come back I won’t need to look any further for somewhere to stay. The house has everything you’ll need, it’s comfortable yet simple, has a lovely feel to it and the back garden is lovely, so different to the picture! Don’t let the railway line next to the house put you off it’s so quite and peaceful, the train passes very slowly a few times a day. Location for us was perfect, we loved the short walk down into town and to the beach. The Spar at the end of the road has everything and more but the independent bakery and butcher in town are worth a visit. Signals cafe is a treat, we hired a beach hut for the day which is great value for money. You couldn’t fail to have a good time at this property or in Saltburn.

A lovely stay in a perfect bungalow in a great location. Even though we were there during two major storms we felt really secure and the bungalow was toasty warm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was ideal for our family, including the grandparents who are in their late 80s. Very easy walk into the town and plenty to do, even in February. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and super helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely think about returning in the warmer weather!

Location perfect for our purposes. Decent shower. Clean and tidy, it was useful to have tea/coffee/sugar in kitchen. Nice neutral decor - the owners had been very thoughtful in terms of equipment left in the property. We stayed at New Year and a Christmas tree was up, wreath on the door and a welcome pack of treats on the kitchen table. Very nicely done.
An extractor fan would have been useful in the bathroom. Not a problem for a visitor, but for the owner it would preserve the bathroom and avoid damp.

Willow View was the perfect property for our seaside holiday as a family of 4. Located in the corner of a quiet residential street, we enjoyed the summer evenings on the deck watching the kids play in the garden just below.
Willow View is very well appointed and equipped, we instantly felt at home and comfortable. We had a busy week visiting the surrounding areas with many hours spent on local beaches, just a real treat to come home to somewhere set up so well to relax in afterwards.
We would highly recommend Willow View to anyone considering staying here,it really is a gem of a find, you will not be dissapointed in booking this property.

Fabulous place to stay in Saltburn. Lovely and quiet, modern with all amenities. Beds were really comfy and everything was very clean. The sun shone every day which meant we could sit on the decking with a cup of tea and enjoy the many birds that visited the beautiful garden. The bungalow is next to a train line but only about 3 freight trains came through each day and travelled slowly so there was no impact from the noise.
A gorgeous welcome pack was unexpected but was indeed very welcome! We loved the bungalow and Saltburn and will definitely return!

First of all I need to say that the house is immaculately clean. Absolutely sparkling. It's cosy and well laid out with lots of thoughtful touches. The garden is enclosed which is welcome when you're travelling with a dog and the parking is easy, off street and right in front of the house. We said hello in passing to a few neighbours and it's a nice. friendly, and very safe neighborhood.
Although we didn't spend much time in Saltburn itself, it was lovely and we met with family and ate fish and chips next to the pier watching the lights reflecting on the water. Cold but a lovely experience!
The only down side of this property, and I must say clearly, it wouldn't stop me returning, was the additional hoops put in place by the management company. They themselves were friendly, efficient and nothing but brilliant to deal with but they "offer" an additional check in step after you've booked through Vrbo which has endless small print - pros and cons but some (IMHO) rather onerous cons. The management company told me it was optional so having read the small print I didn't complete it. On arrival there was a tablet asking me to check in so I started doing that - until I hit another ream of small print that it wanted me to sign up to so again, didn't bother. I have fed this back to them and they say they've taken it on board. I booked and paid on Vrbo, signed up to those Ts and Cs and paid in full when I booked. Hitting people on holiday with endless additional small print just detracts from the management company which was nothing but helpful in person and the property which is AMAZING and I couldn't recommend enough.

One of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in, super clean, cosy, quiet and fab decor. Lovely house in a quaint seaside town!

This is 2nd time at this property , for us it’s a great location , suits our family needs perfectly so our teenage son gets his own room . All the decor , facilities and thoughtful welcome pack etc make staying there a real home from home

Willow view is a fresh, clutter free, well styled home with everything we needed for a few nights stay. The welcome basket and toys and books for the kids were really nice too. We enjoyed our trips to the pier and beach as well as our pizza out in town, and just wrapped at warm against the weather!

We stayed at this property for 6 nights , I’m from the local area so having a modern stylish but practical place was great and close to the beach and town . Hosts amazing welcome scones and fizz , biscuits for the dog . Everything you need for a short stay , the only improvers would be an additional TV maybe in Master bedroom and somewhere to store your underwear as furniture and storage is minimal . Overall a really nice property , well furnish and very clean
