Lovely modern apartment, well equipped , beds lovely and comfy. Great location.

The bathrooms were a bit grubby - tile grout in en-suite bathroom a bit dirty and black in parts around the shower area and the floor of the other bathrooms shower cubicle was dirty.
The apartment overall was clean but just a bit dusty in parts - window blinds, lounge/kitchen floor and the 2nd bedroom black wardrobe shelves were very dusty.

Loved our stay there and would definitely stay again we just thought it needed a deeper clean

Great place to stay. Super clean and plenty of space. Fantastic location - super close to Harrogate town centre, but very quiet and relaxing too. Perfect spot to stay and enjoy everything Harrogate has to offer.

Quality accommodation and ideal location for visiting Harrogate. Free Car Parking space and gated parking area. Everything we wanted and a quiet relaxing area to stay.

Everything was great. A couple of suggestions, maybe a small bottle of milk for a cup of tea on arrival? A small map of where to locate the apartment and parking area would be handy too on the apartment info.

Perfect location for a wedding we were attending.
The apartment was easy to find and instructions for access easy to understand.
Everything was very clean and tidy.
The online guidebook was really stay.

We stayed in Harrogate for a week at the flat. It was easy to find with easy parking and access. The flat was clean and in good order. The management of the flat was good overall. Our only issue was that we never worked out how to turn off the hall light at night and management could not help. Not a big issue overall!

Very nice property, stayed here several times now so that says it all really! Perfect location for all shops and restaurants in Harrogate town centre. Parking is an absolute bonus.

The check in time of 4pm is a bit harsh, would be nice to be in earlier!

Lovely place. Could have done with a better clean but I’m very fussy. Floor in living room was very dusty I had to sweep on arrival. Everything else was great. Fab location, walkable to the centre. Just what we needed. Would stay again and recommend.

Unfortunately I would not stay in any properties run by this agent again. We were promised compensation on our stay as they knew there was no hot water on our booking but accepted it, and then there was no hot water for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. We had a 3 year old, which they also knew and yet did not advise us on the hot water situation until we had arrived. This is unacceptable and yet no compensation has been offered. As an Airbnb host myself, we would always be pro-active on any issues such as these. They did get it fixed on day 3, but I think we are not being unreasonable to expect at least 1 night fee in compensation - and yet nothing has been offered. Disappointing.

Had to phone up office to get codes to gain entry through 2 doors, codes should have been sent to me prior, this would have saved us getting wet in rain trying to get in the first door. One of two electric heaters in lounge would not work ( no instructions for heating system to set heating higher due to extremely cold weather)

The apartment is lovely....IF YOU CAN GET IN.!!!!

We arrived to find the electric gates locked and when we checked we had not been sent access details (Codes and Apartment Number) having travelled through heavy traffic and bad weather with our disabled son we were kern to get in. I called thecemergency number several times leaving voice messages and got not response. After 15 minutes (at 7.45pm) we fave up and booked into a local hotel.

We woke in the morning to find I was sent a response, apology and tre address and codes at 2.22am!!!

Since then I have been battling to get the first night refunded with no response other than complaint from from both Booking.com and Host snd Stay the agencies who took mymoney.

I feel a court case in the small claims court coming up where both parties will be named as defendants!

When you have driven for 4 hours through bad weather and heavy traffic having left late (due to government traffic travel alerts), the last thing you want is to ge locked out of where you have booked and paid for and unable to get a response. Eventually had to book into a local hotel.

The flat is in a good location. Just had a few problems getting directions and actual address. The heating for the 2nd bedroom was off, there is a cupboard full of thermostat controls so had to work that out. Only enough hot water for 2 (short) showers in the morning (4 people staying 😞)

BUT!
With the hacking of booking dot com host messaging absolutely rampant, getting a message with a link from the host had me on high alert as I have had several phishing messages from other hosts (No, I haven't fallen for them, it's kind of obvious what they are when you read them). They were demanding a massive cash deposit. When I finally was able to get to my pc to open the link in a protected browser, it didn't work, having established it wasn't hinky by examining the actual link and not just what the clicky says it is, I finally tried the link on my phone and it STILL didn't work. The host's only response was to repeatedly send me the SAME LINK that wasn't working, if it hasn't worked first 5 times, do you REALLY think it will the 5th? REALLY? I am 100% positive they are using some sort of automated bot to respond to all messages because a human wouldn't respond that way, would they? no matter how little English, there's translation software. Anyway, my husband, who wasn't with me that weekend, eventually tried on my behalf with his phone and it worked, but this was at 7pm the night of check in, while I was driving up the M1 after trying over and over and over. They should have offered and alternative way to pay the deposit. I won't be booking with this company again, they are super quick to take your non-refundable money, but far too difficult to deal with, even if they do have nice properties.

If this accommodation is meant to be for up to 4 people, the only table was an elevated bar table with two bar chairs, so that means no social eating around a dining table and 1 or more has to risk staining the couch, eat standing up or wait thier turn. There's no point providing a full kitchen if there'[s nowhere for everyone to sit. Not very well thought out. Also, the heating broke on the first night, we messaged the host on the second night, we were assured they would send someone round to sort it for us, they didn't, we requested again, they promised to expedite.... no one turned up, so parts of the flat were roasting hot and other parts freezing cold, with my friend having Fibro among other issues, she was not doing well with a cold bedroom. The heated bathroom floors would have been a lovely touch, if they weren't so hot they were burning our feet because the heating wasn't working properly.

The apartment looks as good as it is in the photos. Nice and near the town walking distance,safe and secure,beds very comfortable couple of silly things plastic hangers and the thinnest toilet paper I’ve ever seen.

Excellent location, easy check in, quiet & safe complex.

Cleaning could be greatly improved. Dirty grill pan found in oven, fridge was smelly, a used vape left in kitchen cupboard. The main bathroom not very clean, soap scum on the glass shower panel and the drain would benefit from being declogged as the water was slow to drain, causing it to flood the floor. Hairs and clothing labels were left in main bedroom. Generally found the apartment a bit tired, the walls and sofa were marked and would of benefit from a freshen up & deeper clean as some areas dusty.

Also, disappointing that you can’t leave the car later than 10 am on check out as the “cleaner” needs access however, the apartment was found not to be very clean and the dishwasher was on and filled when we checked in at around 5pm indicating that the cleaner had not long left..?

A suggestion - Leave an extension lead as the plugs are not sited close to full length mirrors or mirrors suitable for hair styling.

Here there is no love but money. Be sure to book refundable rooms for there are policies forbidding any changes within 60 days. And management will take advantage if you must cancel due to COVID, adding financial hardship to your misery. Other inns responded kindly waiving any penalties. But not here.

The location is great. Apartment is modern and spotless clean, fitted with high quality appliances.

But few things to note:
1. There’s a hidden cost - when making a reservation, you will be asked for a deposit. This is not unusual. But you will have to pay for administration fees of 10 pounds.
2. The apartment is for 4 adults. But there are only 2 chairs. And no dining table, so you probably can’t plan for a dinner.
3. Please check the hot water is switched on. We had an unpleasant experience, when came back from a day out, longing for a nice shower, to notice that it’s cold.

The One Love Appartment in Harrogate was exceptional.It was very stylish with great art work. Equipped to a very high standard with everything we could need. All Bosch appliances- even the kettle and toaster. Parking at the door and the door entry system worked really well. Highly recommend.

Struggled with the tv as it had been left on Netflix., but that was because I do not usually have to sort out the tv.

Great location close to the shopping centre and parks. In a quiet residential location. Property was secure and gated, so felt very safe. Property of a very high standard, clean and comfortable. Arrival information sent well in advance and advised how to contact if required during the stay. I would recommend this property.

10am checkout is a little early, 11am would have been better.

This property is not ideal for seniors. It has two flights of stairs to climb and the King size bed was right against the wall! We managed with some difficulty to move it enough to be able to get in and out of the bed.

The location of the apartment was perfect to walk into the centre of town. Everything was accessible by foot so no need to drive. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from! Enjoyed the Turkish Baths and Betty's Tea Room. The public garden near the apartment was nice to have a wander through.

A lovely big space and wonderfully cool in the heat of the summer.
The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen space was functional and comfortable.
The decor was to a good standard and it was easy to access.
The location was great for exploring Harrogate and right across from Valley Gardens which are lovely for a walk.

When I arrived the front building entrance wasn't locked and the apartment was unlocked as well when I accessed the key. This made me slightly uncertain and as someone travelling alone meant I checked everything thoroughly before feeling secure.
While the place was clean there were little things like remaining splashes of toothpaste on the bathroom door and the living area floor wasn't as clean as I would have expected for the cost of the apartment. The dishwasher was still full of the last person's dishes, tidying away someone else's dishes isn't the start to a stay you expect.
The lights are a bit of a learning curve if you object to adding an app to your phone just to turn them on and off and I never worked out how to turn the hallway lights on as there was no switch or option on the main living area control panel. Slightly too clever for its own good for short term guests.

Excellent location within a few minutes walk of the Town Centre and Restaurants and shops. Very close to the Valley Gardens which were beatiful and provided a lovely walk. Also a 45 minute walk to Harlow Carr RHS Gardens.

The heated towel rail in the ensuite bathroom didn't work and the door handle to the bathroom was loose. There needed to be more wine glasses for 4 people. Maybe need to alert customers that there are 2 flights of stairs up to the appartment. Minor problems but easily fixed. Otherwise Excellent.

The only thing we had a problem with was heating the water. More explanation of the booster switch would have helped.We couldn't get the heating to work in the bedroom without the ensuite.

Heating system was an issue. It took a couple of tries to understand how to get hot water. Bathrooms were supposed to have heated floors. Only one bathrooms’ floor barely heated. A very cold place to stay. one dining chair of two was wobbling so much you couldn’t sit on it. We ended up getting an Allen key to fix it ourselves. TV COMPLICATED TO USE.

Quiet, central, top range stuff from Sonos, Le Cruset, Bosch. The entire apartment was thought out very well for guests. Even the books and 45’s were good.

Temperature faff on the rooms and bath couldn’t fill before getting cold.

the only think was there were no coat hangers in the apartment at all, no hooks on doors or a coat stand for our coats. it was very odd to have none in the wardrobe or in the free standing wardrobe in the second bedroom. also a small bin in the bathroom would be handy not just in the en-suite.

Location was excellent. Only five minutes walk from centre of Harrogate. Apartment was superb, very well equipped, very comfortable. Up two flights of stairs, Apartment 3 exceeded expectations. Parking immediately outside the property. Would highly recommend.

Bistro dining table not big enough for 4 people and only two chairs. Had to eat breakfast and first meal on our lap, which was disappointing for a luxury apartment.
Also had one allocated parking space for the 4 person apartment, which was already occupied on our arrival. No good if you’re travelling in 2 cars.
