Really enjoyed a long weekend in Saltburn to coincide with the annual food festival. Pros: Beautiful property. Modern and very clean. Amazing (& powerful) shower. Large space inside. Location - can’t get any more central than this! The front door is literally right onto the pavement and you must go for pizza at the restaurant under the flat, best we’ve ever had. The location is just perfect with free and easy to find parking available on both the main road and side streets. We just park the car and leave it until we go home as everything in Saltburn is within walking distance. Conns: Up a few flights of stairs, we were fine but some may struggle as it’s on the top floor. Noise outside - it was food festival season & summer time and direct underneath is a very popular bar. It did quieten down at 10:30pm ish though but we knew it wouldn’t be uber peaceful as it’s on the main road. Overall we were really happy staying here. Very comfortable and the location is spot on!

Terrible host. Used this flat twice (it is a nice flat, though is ageing fast), never again. As soon as you've paid for the holiday you get an email asking for more money (a 'damage deposit/waiver') before they will send the check-in details. It may be mentioned in the description, but it's still cheeky and greedy. £65 cleaning fee yet the bedding hadn't even been changed (could tell by the smell, plus there was a used tissue between the sheets - not nice!). Bits all over the kitchen floor and living room. Rubbish under the (broken) sofa. Great cutlery - 1 knife and 2 forks. And no washing up liquid! Their responses are insincere. As soon as we got there we saw that the kettle is still faulty (goes off before it's boiled half the time), the hot tap wobbles and the sofa is broken (all of which we highlighted to them when we stayed there 10 months earlier, their response was along the lines of 'we really value your feedback and will endeavour to correct these problems').

Great place and looks exactly as the photos showed. Matches the style of the town. Bed was really comfortable also! Host were great too, really responsive, understanding and helpful! Highly recommended!

We loved the flat in Saltburn and had a great time. Beautiful decor and furnishings and a great location. Lots of drawbacks though: I know it is a flat for two, but only having two knives, two forks etc is a little tedious if you don't wash up immediately every time you use something. There were no big glasses at all, and only one wine glass (and one flute) which isn't great if you have bought a four pack of guinness, or a bottle of wine to share. The hot tap on the bathroom needs fixing, as does the kettle (it switches off before it has boiled quite often). There were no recycling bins. No oil, no salt (annoying, as they are listed). Finally, I was quite annoyed when I found the 'wood burner' is a gas fire! I asked about this beforehand, brought wood and kindling (as instructed) and carried it all the way up there before finding that out!!! The burner was a big draw (no pun intended) when booking the flat so that was quite a let down. Poor communication from hosts too.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Saltburn by the sea. It was beautifully furnished and very stylish . It felt really good and was also a short walk from the sea and from some excellent restaurants. Parking was easy , the only downside was noise from adjacent restaurants . However, we would return to stay here as we had such a good time.

Great location in the heart of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, excellent restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The flat was spacious and clean, would recommend.

Great location, everything you could want is only a short walk away, including the train station and the sea. The flat is on the top floor and so it was quite even though there is a lively bar/ pizza restaurant on the ground floor.

Lovely homely apartment that is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Although it is on what can be a busy street at times and above a busy pizza restaurant we had a peaceful and comfortable stay and didnt notice much noise. The bed was fairly comfortable, the pillows ok but quite flat but there were more in the cupboard to use. The living room is cosy and spacious and was nice to relax in the evening in with the fire on watching a movie. Would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodation-light, airy & immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and perfect location right in centre of Saltburn. Excellently placed for all nearby restaurants/ bars & shops. Great as a base to explore the surrounding coast either on foot, by train/bus or by car as plenty of on street parking nearby.

Well located & appointed apartment close to shops & bars/restaurants etc. Great for our weekend stay & would have liked to have stayed longer. Will definitely book to stay again.
