Nestled on the North Yorkshire coast in the Victorian seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, The Zetland Apartment is a beautiful holiday apartment with charm in abundance. Located within the historic Grade II listed Zetland building, which was once one of the world’s first railway hotels, the property has been transformed into a stylish and welcoming three bedroom holiday home.
The apartment boasts a large living room with huge doors which open out onto a balcony. Looking out at the cliffs and the beach, the balcony is the perfect place to start your day! Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises in the distance or wind down here after a busy day exploring the coast. There is ample seating in the living room and a TV with Apple TV so it’s the ideal spot to cosy up with your loved ones.
Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, the kitchen diner has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay. Beautifully styled, the shaker kitchen is dove grey in colour and there is a large dining table with dining chairs and a built-in bench.
The Zetland Apartment benefits from three bedrooms. Head to the master bedroom and you’ll find a stunning space with vintage style wallpaper, a comfortable king size bed and large double doors which open out onto the balcony. The space also boasts an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom features a double bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed which includes a single bed and an additional pull out single bed which is always made up.
Spacious and modern, the family bathroom in the apartment includes a bathtub, large walk in shower, WC and basin.
There is one designated parking space for one car on site. Additional free parking can be found nearby, and full details will be sent to you before check in.

The Zetland Apartment has plenty of history within its walls as it originally dates back to 1863 when the railway hotel first opened its doors.
