We arrived at the property, following a 7 hour journey, and were not able to access through the main front door as one of the other guests had not returned the keys to the lockbox. I am heavily pregnant and had to stand out in the rain with my toddler, husband and dog waiting for 25 minutes before this was sorted and one of the other guests kindly returned to let us in. The first morning in the property we noticed that there was no hot water or heating in the property and we were not able to shower for the entire time. We called host and stay immediately to let them know and they told us somebody would be out that same day, they weren’t. We called the next day and still nothing. We decided to make our way home and got a call to say that someone would be over between 7-8 that night (when our toddler would be going to bed). There was no sense of urgency and having to stay in a property with no hot water or heating is unacceptable. The washing machine was also out of service.

Despite a bit of difficulty getting the keys from the lock, entry was straight forward. Lovely apartment, clean and tidy. Open plan kitchen, diner and living space. Nice tall shower. 2 good size bedrooms. Situated in the middle of town so a perfect location. Apartment was exactly what we needed for our short stay

Lovely flat, very clean, great location. There was a technical issue with paying the non-refundable damage deposit there was no link though. It took ages to sort out and as a result I only received the lockbox code just prior to check in.
