Had 3 great night's at the tardis. Great location for walking to Saltburn and just 15 mins drive to the North York moors. No complaints at all with the property. Spacious and very comfortable for 2 adults, 2 teens and our dog. Highly recommended.

Visiting family in the area, this was a repeat visit which speaks for itself. Travelling with my sister and a small dog, 2 bedrooms both ensuite, perfect for our requirements! and a small, safe, enclosed garden, perfect for the dog. Would definitely stay again, very clean, everything you need, lovely white crisp bedding, thank you!

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at the Tardis and would stay there again, the property is well maintained and supply’s everything you will need and only a few minutes from shops and cafes. It is in a very quiet street with a nice rear garden with excellent garden furniture 😀

The Tardis was an amazing house which matched everything in the description and the photographs. The instructions and communication given by the host were friendly and easy to understand. The house was tastefully decorated and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which was an added bonus. I would thoroughly recommend staying here to others and would love to come back and visit again.

Perfect - exactly what we needed. We were visiting family in Marske and as a family of four, The Tardis was perfect for us to have our own space. It had everything we needed. It's within walking distance of the beach, shops, cafes etc. Lovely, clean and bright house. A little home away from home for us. Would definitely rebook. The host was also very responsive and accommodating when I needed to change the dates (well in advance). Couldn't be happier with our choice!

Peaceful, quiet. Close to local amenities in Marske by the sea. Easy to get a short 4 minute train ride to Saltburn nearby. Great place to stay with my friend having separate bathrooms and great for the dog too! Perfect size for 2 people and a pet. Really enjoyed our stay.

The place was stunning, very clean with everything you might need, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, clean linen, towels and a hairdryer. The house is certainly a tardis with plenty of space and bathrooms. The house is close to beaches and pretty central to visit all local attractions and other beaches in the area, it was literally a home away from home. We also got to watch a football match from the bedroom window! Brilliant! I would definitely recommend staying here we loved it! Thank you

There isn’t loads to do in Marske, but it’s a lovely walk to salt burn along the beach, or a short train ride to salt burn or Redcar. Great location as it was lovely and quiet. The only downside of Marske is that a lot of places are only open back end of the week to Saturday. The property itself was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed as a small family with a dog.

Loved the house, a few bits of crockery needed washing before we could use them. The t-towel was very stained. We had no soap in downstairs toilet and only one hand towel for the whole house and no bath mat. Guest relations did offer to bring some over but it didnt seem worth troubling them with only a night left. Overall, well laid out, great location. Don’t like being charged £25 for insurance as I would imagine they have there own accidental damage cover and therefore making money as no option not to have it.

The TARDIS is a small lovely holiday home. Marske is a super village by the sea, with great eating places and easy access to the surrounding area and attractiond. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiz at The Ship. The facilities in the TARDIS were good, although the pillows and mattresses were not to our preference so none of us slept terribly well. This was compounded by the bedroom window blinds not blocking a great deal of light out.

Great little place which has more than enough room for me and my friend. Ideal for sharing with 2 en-suites (and WC). The garden was perfect and it backs on to a local football pitch. No football on when we were there but we would have had a great view from the back room. Kitchen was stocked with the essential cutlery, crockery and pans. There was tea, coffee etc provided but it didn't last the entire stay. Luckily there is a co-op a short walk away in the town. The town itself is about 10-15mins on foot with plenty of pubs/eateries although we struggled to find somewhere to eat on a Monday so check opening/serving hours if you're going midweek. In the end we went to The Mermaid which was around a 20min walk which seems to be open for carvery (and other food) all the time and allow dogs in the bar area and outside. The nearby Zetland was a great pub and we felt welcome by the owners and locals. There are loads of fab walks in the area a short drive away. Great stay all round!

Thank you for a really comfortable stay. Fantastic location, accommodation very clean and really well maintained. Served us perfectly for visiting some friends locally. Would recommend. Only additional feedback would give is that there wasn’t enough cutlery and plates. 4 of us stayed however there was only 3 sets of knives/forks and dinner plates which was slightly disappointing. Overall would recommend and thank you for having us.

It was perfect for us! The kitchen/lounge area is great for a social evening in, comfy stools and comfy sofas made it a great space to relax in. Comfy beds too! The local area offered lots of places to go and we were close to the beach which is what we wanted. Immaculately presented throughout. We would definitely return and I’ve already recommended to family and friends.

This is our second time staying here and once again we enjoyed our stay. Lovely local dg friendly beach dod cafe and local pun. Enjoyed the pub quiz on Thursday evening. Lovely walk on the dog friendly beach to Saltburn. The ship inn at Saltburn does some good food deals

Been to maske a few times with my partner now as he is from Redcar but must it has been the best trip. Being doctor who nerds were better to stay than the tardis and trust me it was bigger on the inside. Most definitely be booking again 10/10

This is a superb house. Although it is small, it never felt it. There seemed to be lots of space! Everything was top quality, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The digital information pack was brilliant and very comprehensive. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped with everything you could need, and the most beautiful wine glasses! Little things like non-stick pans that were non-stick and not scratched. Kitchen knives that were actually sharp. A vacuum cleaner that works properly. etc These things show an attention to detail that is evident throughout the property. The bathrooms were modern and had wonderful toiletries and soft, fluffy towels. Not only would I stay at this property again, I'll look at Host & Stay the next time I want a holiday property.

Lovely house in a quiet surroundings. Easily accessible to the beach, shops and restaurants. Walked to Saltburn by sea along the beach which is beautiful and the dog could be off lead all the way. Even used the cliff railway which is a great sight.

We stayed for 3 weeks, as we are currently between properties, the Tardis is a real home-from-home. Everything we required was provided and the garden was perfect for our dog. It was quite hot during our stay and we would have liked to sit outside, out of the sun - a parasol or awning would have been beneficial. The host, Mark, was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Marske (beautiful dog-friendly beach just 10 minutes walk away) and the wider area. Saltburn and Whitby are within easy reach as are the Moors. If you need cool/shady walks, then Errington Woods and Flatts Lane Country Park provide great walks with free parking (Flatts Lane also has a visitor centre which provides hot/cold drinks, snacks and ice cream). We will certainly return in the future.

The house had everything you needed like a home from home, was ideally located for what we needed as we know the area well. Good clear communication from the host for arrival which made check in seamless. Only a personal view but we felt the main room bed needed a good mattress topper or new mattress as it felt very springy and resulted in disturbed sleep during our stay. Otherwise very well kept home.

We were visiting because I had a training course in Middlesborough, so my fiancé, 8 week old baby, and dog came to stay as well. She enjoyed the easy walk to the beautiful beach, and just behind the house there was a park for the dog. The house was very warm, cosy, and there was even a Christmas tree in the lounge on our arrival, a very nice home from home touch. We would also recommend the bakery around the corner for their delicious cakes! We would definitely stay here again, if we ever visit the area in the future.

My sister and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Tardis (we were visiting family in the area) everything was just perfect! No problems checking in, the Tardis was very clean, warm, comfortable and homely with everything you need... and to have 2 En-suite bedrooms was such a bonus!. We also had a small dog, the small garden was perfect for her, enclosed, clean and safe. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when in the area, highly recommended, thank you!

This house was perfect for us. Its in a quiet residential area that felt safe and it was close to the areas we were visiting. It was very clean and tidy. The information provided was clear and helpful. The garden was secure which was great as we had our dog with us. There was plenty of space for his crate and he seemed very settled in a new environment. We did not have any issues at all and would stay again in the future. We also very much appreciated the milk in the fridge. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great place with a lot of cosy features that provide a warm welcome and take away the need to bring loads of stuff from home. Was especially grateful for all of the cookware in the kitchen. My main complaint is with the price, but I guess that's just the going rate today. I think 4pm is incredibly late for a check-in time when the rate is what it is. The beds were on the uncomfortable side but the Dorma pillows and duvets made up for a hard mattress. Shower was great, local amenities and seaside accessibility were fantastic and the TV/Wi-Fi were great too.

The property is modern, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and a great base for exploring the area. A secure rear garden was ideal for us with a dog and a fantastic beach is only 2 mins away which our dog also loved. Very good communication from Host and Stay and I would highly recommend both them and this property.

House was clean and tidy, self check-in was easy. Really good location in Marske with easy access to other locations of interest, especially with train station being a short walk away. I do feel the price I paid for 2 nights was very expensive. Main criticism is that the house doesn’t seem to built very well. We were woken up both mornings by excessive neighbour noise, with doors and windows slamming and creaky floorboards. I probably wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

the tardis was an amazing holiday for us and our dog, lovely peaceful area with plenty of places to go to that are dog friendly within a short distance. the property itself was lovely with all u could need , plenty of space for us . very clean and met the owner after a few days there who was lovely and welcoming. Great base for exploring we visited red car, whitby and saltburn by the sea and owl centre in Kirkleatham. all amazing would definitely book again. thanks for an amazing holiday. leanne, Ricky and Freya. x

Really lovely house in a great location, really enjoyed our stay. Communication was good and they even had a folder of suggestions of local places to eat/things to do. Only downside was how pushy the superhog contract notifications were which weren't actually necessary to sign.

Lovely house warm welcoming . Milk in fridge for arrival and a few basic tea bags coffee washing up liquid etc very welcome. Clean and furnished and decorated to a high standard (we brought covers with us for the sofas so the dogs could sit with us ) Highly recommend accommodation. Marske was very quiet, mostly closed sadly Beaches fantastic all the way from Saltburn to Radar, you will earn the Lemon Top ice cream cornet at the end
