Very difficult to find and no signage. local farmer who also rents out was helpful to find the place. Can't understand why no signage at all to find the place. They are bothered all the time by lost people amongst ourselves. Link to find it did not work amongst those of use seeking to fin and so we walked back along long tack and turn offs to take pictures for the way to go s not at all clear. Maybe do this for others so they don't get lost or take ages to find. Make find instructions clearer.

Absolutely loved our 9 day stay. Large cottage, good furnishings, very peaceful and private location. If you want to be within walking distance to the downtown, this isn't the place. However, there's a lot to do and see within a very short drive (minutes) of the property. If you want peace and quiet and beautiful countryside this place is perfect.

Fantastic property. ‘Out of the way’ but close to nearest town and northeast coast. The pictures didn’t really do it justice. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped and very spacious. The garden was huge and, had the weather been better, would have been fantastic with two little boys with a lot of energy! Had a lovely long weekend and would definitely go back.

We all had a great time at the property. Communication could have been a bit better as it got to the day before and we still hadn’t received check in instructions. Found it difficult to contact the host on air bnb chat and I appeared to be talking to a bot. The house itself was beautiful, clean and we had an enjoyable stay there. Great location as feels very rural and great views but still close to towns and shops.

lovely home in a peaceful setting. A shame that a gardener arrived for several hours during the stay as this created noise and meant we did not have full access to the garden we had paid to access. The gardener was lovely but to be considered by hosts. Also only one dish washer tablet left for 8 guests for 2 nights. No washing liquid and only two toilet rolls. A shame that the hosts provided little basic amenities given the price of the reservation.

The house was perfect for my family short break. Plenty of space for us in the dining room and lounge, modern kitchen and the beds were all very comfortable. Quite easy to find, very quiet location and room to park four cars.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property and Host and Stay.

A beautiful, clean & comfortable home in a very peaceful location. We were a group of 7 adults & there was plenty of space for us all. We really enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen & enjoyed sitting in the dining room in the evenings. Enjoyed walks in Plessey Country Park & Druridge Bay. Highly recommend this property.

I booked this gorgeous property on the day of arrival for some of my colleagues who were working in the area. The response from the host was immediate, the information emailed immediately and when I contacted Support because I couldn’t find some information (my mistake), I was connected quickly - and this was on a Sunday. I was very impressed with the booking process and the guests were blown away by how beautiful the property is. One is thinking of returning with his family for a holiday.
All in all a super home and a very positive experience. Thank you!
