A two floor, two bedroom house located moments from the center of Pickering town. Although the building itself is an old conversion, the interior and appliances/amenities are all relatively new and in excellent condition. There is a nice private outdoor space in the rear. The management company was extremely proactive and helpful with their communications. Overall a pretty faultless holiday rental experience.

We were happy with the property. Clean, modern and comfortable. Tastefully renovated. Contained all the items and facilities you need and more. The location is great for Pickering being on your doorstep. And it’s also handy for York, nearby Malton and Whitby & coast. We enjoyed our 3-day stay. Have no problem in recommending. Not a complaint as such but rather in the name of managing expectations: probability of getting one of the on street parking spots is low, and next door adjoining to the property is a church hall / community centre. There was drum practice one night and a funeral during one of the days. Feel it’s reasonable to mention it for future guests.
