Lovely apartment, hard to find tho, best approached from the road next to bank villa, not gun bank. Great location, nice to walk into town through the sports field.

Masham is a beautiful place and the flat was ideally located to access the wider Nidderdale AONB. Clean, bright and well presented property that catered for all our needs. Only one minor point that didn’t cause us massive issues being it is a ground floor flat with property’s above for those pets that are noise sensitive. Parking/access is to the rear of the building. Fond memories, great break.

Great place to stay location wise. Place suited us, 2 adults, 1 child & a dog very well. It was clean & tidy when we arrived.

Comfortable and tidy with all the amenities you require within accommodation. Great walking country and some are accessible from your doorstep. Only downside for us was, if you arrive on a Monday or Tuesday evening it is impossible to get an evening meal out, locally. Local pub does meals but you have to book – be warned.

Brilliant location next to the black sheep brewery. Good private parking behind the gate for 1x vehicle. Lovely open plan kitchen and lounge. Would recommended.

This booking requires you to do an additional identity verification step which involves sending your ID to a third party company to do ID checks. I had not heard of this other company and so I do not know how trustworthy they are or what their data protection is like. I think this should have been clear on the listing. Once you book this property they do all the communication outside the AirBnb website with their own system which I thought was not as good and adds confusion, the location they send only as a map pin which didn't work for us so we had to call for written directions which took some time as the call center are not familiar with all the properties. The cottage was fine and as described - if a little sterile and corporate in the way it is decorated & managed.

very nice place to stay but very difficult to find after a long drive as only given Google maps location, so after wandering around worried and stressed out I had to ring the company only to be told to go down the bank..it should have clearly stated that property is hidden behind heavy brown gates so hope this helps others who visit. This property is hosted by a company that requires verification details through another company called superhog which require passport details which I refused to give but still got several emails. Apart from these problems Masham is a lovely place with a nice market and friendly bay hotel pub

Lovely little property, tucked away in a courtyard just next to the Black Sheep brewery. Nice and quiet just off the high street. Perfect if you’re traveling with a four legged friend. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a home from home stay. The property is cleaned to a high standard. Beds are very comfortable with quality pillows and bedding.. We will return and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Great apartment - ideal for 3 people or a well organised family of 4 for a short break in this lovely and cosy place. Very clean and everything you’d need. Literally next door to the Black Sheep Brewery and bar - this is no bad thing.

The most beautiful home from home. We’ve just spent 3 nights here & it was perfect from start to finish. We loved it the moment we arrived. The photos really don’t do it justice. The location is perfect & couldn’t be more central (80 metres from Black Sheep Brewery- which my husband was very happy with!) . We’re already looking at when we can return! Thank you for an amazing stay.

I great location to make the most of Masham. Right near the brewery and a great pub. Easy access to the town square and river walks. Recommended.
